Clinical & Professional Failures The level of care provided by Dr. Naguib and the new lady dentist is significantly subpar. There is a palpable lack of diagnostic knowledge, leading to recommendations that feel more like sales pitches than medical necessities. Furthermore, the clinical environment itself was unsanitary, raising serious concerns regarding patient safety and basic hygiene standards. Administrative & Financial Misconduct The front office staff, and specifically the biller, operate with a level of unprofessionalism that is frankly alarming. I found their billing practices to be intentionally opaque and exploitative. They will resort to any measure to overcharge for services, including: * Fabricated Costs: Inflating prices far beyond industry standards. * Dishonest Dispute Handling: When I attempted to rectify these financial discrepancies, the office engaged in deceptive practices, including providing dishonest statements to financial institutions to prevent a legitimate refund of my funds. Final Verdict This establishment functions less like a healthcare provider and more like a high-pressure sales floor. Between the "scammer" ethos of the billing department and the lack of expertise from the practitioners, I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental work in Palmdale to look elsewhere. Save your health—and your bank account—from this egregious lack of ethics.

The only thing I didn’t care for is the fact that the schedule seems a little unorganized. Every time I’ve gone to the dentist whether it’s in the AV, SFV or LA, I have never had to make one appointment for the exam/xrays, another appointment for the cleaning, and then another appointment for the treatment! I just wish that it all could be done in one-two appointments considering I would likely have to take off work multiple times for this for myself and my child. So not very convenient schedule wise, otherwise nice.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for some tooth pain. They said I needed 7 crowns and my gums weren’t checked. Dentist kept touching my mouth then would touch the computer with the same gloves! I ended up getting a second opinion at a different dentist and they said I only need 2 crowns. Always trust your gut. Would not recommend this place.

He breaks things down in a logical, easy-to-understand way and gives you real advice on how to prevent future issues. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best long-term outcome for you. And I have to give special mention to Emilie, Dental Hygienist — she’s highly knowledgeable and does incredible work every single time. Super thorough but gentle, and you always leave feeling like your teeth got the best care possible. After 10 years, I can confidently say this is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Always a great experience.

You and your team are amazing. Never in 1 million years thought I would have to have them removed, but if you don’t take care of your mouth, then you get an infection this is what happens. I was a little anxious when I first arrived here but everyone from the front office to back of house have been so incredibly kind and sensitive towards my dental care. I am cut on my knee and couldn't tell you how that happened and to top it off I am hit in the face with the x-ray machine. They were informed of the damage to my glasses, I barely got a "sorry" I will not be going back. I will continue my dental work elsewhere. I don't care to be abused by the dentist! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would leave negative stars but that's not an option....

There have been many people that I have met that rave about the doctor and this office. I had a tooth missing since I was really young #4 is what I think it is. I was so embarrassed by it every time I smiled. Dr. Naguib explained everything about an implant to me really well, and Brosnan did a fantastic job going over the pricing with me and explaining everything I will encounter through the process. I decided to finally do something great for myself and get and Implant. After everything was done I was beyond esthetic for how the implant turned out. Absolutely nothing negative to say, I will sing Dr. Naguib's praises because of this. The process went really smoothly and when I had questions about the insurance Laura did an excellent job explaining it all to me. THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My son went in needing serious work on his teeth as his face started swelling the night of, since he had a bad infection on one of his tooth that needed immediate attention. I called the same day and they were able to squeeze me in 30 minutes after I called. They were very understanding of my son’s diagnosis since he is an autistic child. They were all nice and cared for my son as if he was their own. The doctor was so amazing and understanding and did not judge me for what was going on in my son’s mouth. They did have to wrap my son in a board but assured me he would be okay my son was crying due to being wrapped up only but assured soon as he was out of the wraps he stopped crying and thanked everyone for helping fix his teeth and has been happy ever since leaving our visit. Will definitely be my sons knew dentist as I felt as if the other dental offices specifically for children were just pushing sedation and wanted me to wait a year for my son to be seen and worked on. Thank you to all the staff they were all pleasant interactions.

I schedule two appointments for a teeth cleaning for my daughter and for my self my appointment was at 11:30 and my daughter at 12:00 when I made our appointments for the cleaning for my daughter and for my self the receptionist told us we needed to provide our insurance card information over the phone to make sure we where cover for the teeth cleaning before scheduling our appointment which we did provided her with the information she said we where clear and made our appointment so we went to our appointment on time and they took one hour to call us in after x-rays and scan they made us wait in the exam room where dentist came in and I told her I was there for just my cleaning she did the exam and after a guy show up with a pricing quote that was over 5,000 I told him that I was just there for my teeth cleaning and I had specify that when I made my appointment and when I registered in the front office and had also mention it to the doctor so I decline that service they wanted me to get done and also told guy that gave me the quote that I have gone there prior and they had quoted me before for the same service I needed prior they had quote me 1200 and now it was over 5000 for same job so I decline service and told them I just wanted to get my cleaning done I Believe that because I decline service they told me they couldn’t do my cleaning that I would need to make another appointment for my cleaning I told them they didn’t make sense that when I made my appointment I specified that I was making our appointment only for a teeth cleaning and receptionist had verified approval and I was set to get my teeth clean guy made so many excuses and told me they where busy and couldn’t do the cleaning at the time that I needed to make another appointment for that so I went to the waiting area to wait for my daughter to come out she told me they didn’t want to clean her teeth bcuz they where to busy if she wanted to get teeth clean she would need to go back at 3:00 when she was schedule at 12:00 for her cleaning that’s when I got upset and told them that wasn’t right we had got there on time for our appointment and we were there before other people they have been taking in and why did my daughter needed to go back at 3:00 the same day if she wanted to get her teeth clean only bcuz they overbook people I told them that we should had receive the service we where there for in the first place they refuse to provide us with the service we have made our appt for I was really upset and told them that they have waisted our time and told them I will no longer be going there for any service and now I have to go to another dentist and expose my daughter and my self to more radiation to have x ray and scan done somewhere else to be able To get the service they refuse to give us only bcuz I decline there outrageous prices, and for them over booking people

Experiencia negativa: Unscrupulous service. At first, nice. One of the dental hygienists was rough, but not all. The rest of the staff is very nice, and friendly. Charged me for a service that should have NEVER been billed. I scheduled another service, and when I arrived, they demanded that I leave my credit card to pay for the service that had they asked if I had the service prior, such as "Hey, your insurance will not cover this because you had this prior. Would you still like to have the service?" I would have said, "No." Any professional dental office would asked this question so I would not be billed for a service I did not need and only is required once every two years. Every dental office I have been to has asked me this. Unscrupulous. I can't trust you to give me accurate information, so I am NOT leaving my credit card information with you to pay for a service that was not required or needed. Greed.

I have had problem with my teeth since an infant. 6 oral surgeries, 2 sets of braces for a total of 10 years, head gear, plates with a key to open my bite, and too many others to count. By the age of 38 I had lost many of my teeth and it was just getting worse. I had seen a dentist prior to Dr. Naguib who I spent 4 hours with just to tell me that the only thing she could do was give dentures because I had little bone left to do anything else. I had given up and really didn't leave my house because I was humiliated. A couple years later, after getting an infection so bad that my face was blown up like a balloon, I stumbled into Dr. Naguib's office with the hopes of just getting antibiotics. Well, a year later I am here with a smile more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I get compliments on my smile all day and I wear that smile proudly. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! Later in life i developed dental anxiety so going in for treatment to a new dentist can be scary. I am happy I chose them as a new provider. They were quite empathetic and supportive a long the day of treatment, they made efforts to check up on me and my anxiety. To better support me they provided alternatives that helped me. I am happy with the way I feel after treatment and with the service provided. In no way shape or form did I feel they were trying to push services on me, rather felt supported with what I went in for. I think I found my new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I have 6 months in palmdale, I wasn't so sure about about a dentist around here the only thing that made think twice was my best friend jhelany who works in the office. Beside that the whole staff is great they were really nice very clean and careful with me the doctor explained everything very clear gave me options for my best result and comfort. I the best experience overall I'm definitely coming back and highly recommending it to my family.*(I had a crown extraction today around 1:00 pm it's 7:25 pm and I feel great)

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Experience Dr. Naguib was my dentist, Nelly his assistant created an amazing experience for me as I had a terrible experience prior at other dentist locations was nervous to be seen, they explained everything were very caring and helped make sure I felt no pain and was comfortable! Truly made me gain trust and enjoy dentist visits again very professional and caring! Would recommend! The front desk was amazing too especially Lady she helped out with making sure I had all my documents including for work! Super helpful! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good. When getting my teeth cleaned he stopped and asked me if it hurt when he saw I was trying not to show I was in pain. Then adjusted when I said my teeth were sensitive

Experiencia fantástica: Came in today for a consultation on a cavity and had to do xrays. I was seen by the lead dental Assistant Julia in a fast timely manner and did fantastic on my xrays. No pain! Shortly after I was greeted by Dr. Marjan that did my overall consult and got me in and out quickly with a great plan. Girls up front were all very sweet and got me in and out quick as well. Thanks premier Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience with the staff and orthodontist!! They were able to address my issues and resolve them within the same day. So grateful for these people and their talents. They relieved me of so much pain and made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them

Experiencia fantástica: Truly grateful to have found this dental care provider. They had availability the next day, and all the staff were so professional and sweet.

Experiencia negativa: Don't come here for dental work even if you use medical. They told me I needed procedures done and they tried to make me pay for it because my medical supposedly didn't cover it. I was about to spend 1200 and get into a loan because of them. I ended up calling another dentist group outside Lancaster and they are doing the same procedure for 500. Please consider getting a second opinion do not trust them! I'll look for my estimate and post it if need be but am really disappointed with this place never again. They try to get money from you any chance they get sad....

Experiencia fantástica: I was in excruciating pain that was being caused by two teeth that needed root canals, I had went to two dentists on the same day prior to Premier dental. We called this office, the staff was very friendly and understanding of what I was going through, they got me squeezed in the same day. The staff made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel bad about my dental health or the concerns I had with payment and totals. They talked me through different treatments plans and allowed me to talk to my family about each. I was in and out within an hour and a half with 0 pain and two prescriptions to help with the healing process. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this place, especially because they were the only people willing to help me! I will be returning :)
