They got me in quick, got me cared for and walked me through the whole process with professionalism and warmth. I cannot express enough how grateful to the team here. Dr Arita, Celia and Maribel especially. You ladies rule!! And the tunes were phenomenal, really kept me calm throughout what is usually a harrowing experience!! Thanks again!!

The staff and doctors have been amazing since my very first appointment. I had an exam with Dr Rita who was amazing and very thorough with her exam and Cecilia was so sweet to comfort me while she took my x-rays. I had also gotten a Cleaning by Alicia who was very kind and gentle. I have never had a Cleaning done that well in my life we talked About oral hygiene and other concerns that I had, she answered all my questions and I will definitely be booking another appointment so glad to have found a team who truly cares.

We are especially thankful for Kelly, Carol, and Christine who have worked hard to deal with our multiple dental events this year. We were overwhelmed with 3 out of 4 of us needing root canals and crowns and insurance got tricky. They helped get it solved and were very pleasant. It is also nice to have a dentist that is willing to offer different options and be conservative at first. And Alicia is a fantastic dental hygienist. She has alleviated a lot of fears that both my daughter and husband have had with their teeth. All and all it's about as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. Highly recommend!!

All of the staff are professional, but beyond that they care about their work and care about their patients. I believe the phrase is 'above and beyond'. Dr. Ha was friendly, great at explaining what he was doing, and solicitous of my comfort and well being. That same level of friendliness and concern for my comfort can also be said of Ingrid, who assisted Dr. Ha. I was thirsty and she enquired whether I would like anything to drink and let me know if I needed seconds, or anything else before the procedure started, that it would be no problem. The front office personnel, Kelly and Carol, were understanding when I called and let them know that I was going to be late, that it would be no problem. Carol took care of booking my appointment for next time and also took care of the insurance and gave me detailed care plan. Both were friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Division Street Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: I came into Division Street Dental for my first visit. The first impression when walking in is that it doesn’t look like a dental office. It looks more like a spa, which I loved. Had my XRays done by Maribel which did everything very kindly and gentle. Those X-rays often her the bottom of my mouth. She took her time and gave me breaks as needed. Dr. Ha was exceptionally kind and explained in plain terms why I needed certain things and the importance of treatments now versus holding off. Now Jennifer… she went over my financial agreement in detail. I’ve gone to other places where they either pushed you out of the door like an inconvenience or sat you down to what only felt like a sales pitch. Not here! Jennifer gave me my options and answered all my questions and concerns with an amazing smile and friendly demeanor. I’ve never recommended a dental office more than today. Don’t walk… run! They definitely make you feel like family

I had the best dental cleaning ever and I couldn’t ever go to someone else now. I may be a little impartial, but really she is the best! Angelica is also super cute and personable which was great to have someone that actually interacts with patients being that we have a generation that only communicates through texting. I hope you are rewarding both of them for being great employees. I would hire both of them right now and I am in the aerospace industry.

Experiencia negativa: This review is for an experience I had recently. I went in for a toothache. I received a full x ray and I was only able to speak to a hygienist. I was told that the source of the pain was my gums. I went to another dental office and they correctly diagnosed the cavities that were completely missed by Division Street staff. In addition to this, they incorrectly calculated my insurance benefit and charged my credit card the wrong amount. I am unhappy with their services.
