The Diablo Dental Group

Experiencia fantástica: My husband, my son and I are incredibly happy with our dental care at Dentist Diablo Dental Group! They make you feel valued and seeing! Melissa the hygienist did my cleaning, she was absolutely amazing She was patient and allowed me to communicate my needs. I am grateful for her care As a business owner I admire their commitment to deliver great customer service experience! No all business run like this. If you live in Danville or surrounding area, this if the Best Dental office there is! I highly recommend Diablo Dental Group in Danville Ca. - Galya C.

Experiencia fantástica: I am someone who has had a lifelong fear of the dentist. That is a fear that has almost entirely been alleviated in the years I’ve been going to the Diablo Dental Group. They have one of the kindest and most accommodating staffs you could ask for, and they have put in some serious work on my teeth with no judgement. I have previously been very self conscious about my smile, and now I don’t feel like I have to catch myself when I laugh too hard. In my standard visit there’s usually three people I interact with, and I would say they make me look forward to my visits. Everyone on staff is clearly a hard worker determined on making your experience as positive as possible, but I would like to take a moment to shout out these three in particular. The receptionist, Lena, is always there to greet you with a warm welcome. She offers a first impression that lets you know every part of your visit will be handled with care and quality. Dr. Lim is my primary dentist, and she is a professional in the truest sense of the word. She is thorough in her work and explanations, making sure you understand every step of your care and that you are comfortable during any procedure or visit. Her and her staff have my full trust, and my utmost gratitude. Last but not least is Irina, who is the dental assistant that I typically interact with the most in any given visit. She is one of the kindest souls I have met, and she is also extremely understanding of the fact that I jump a little every time she moves the seat (I did mention I had ALMOST completely gotten over my fears). We usually have a good laugh over that or something else, and in those interactions it is clear to me she cares deeply about her job and making sure those under her care feel safe and comfortable. She is a shining example of Diablo Dental Group’s stellar work ethic and overall commitment to their clientele. TL;DR: If you come here, I guarantee you will be in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Huge shoutout to Diablo Dental Group! I recently had my braces removed, and unfortunately, when my retainers were taken out, my front crown became loose and actually fell out. Normally, this would have been stressful—but the timing made it even worse. It happened on a Saturday, and I was leaving for New York that Monday. Total panic! Dr. Lim went above and beyond. Despite the office being closed on the weekends, she made a special trip to meet me at the office and fix my crown. She literally gave up part of her Saturday to help me, and that level of care is something you just don’t see anymore. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Lim and her genuine care for her patients. Even if this hadn’t happened, I would still highly recommend Diablo Dental Group to anyone and everyone. This experience just confirmed how amazing they truly are!

Experiencia fantástica: Diablo Dental Group, and especially Dr. Kamile Lim, provided an outstanding dental experience that was comfortable, Stress-free and efficient. The visit checked every box that matters to me as a patient, they are Gold standard in dental industry with being warm welcoming, caring, timely, clean, modern equipment/office with easy parking. Everyone on the team is warm, friendly, and professional from the moment you walk in. Check-in is organized, and the overall vibe is welcoming rather than clinical or intimidating. The office feels modern and thoughtfully designed, with a clean, bright environment that immediately puts you at ease. Everything from the reception area to the treatment rooms looks well maintained and up to date. The practice runs on time, which makes scheduling and planning around appointments very manageable. There was no excessive waiting, and the visit flowed smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Kamile Lim is gentle, thorough, and very attentive, creating a genuinely painless experience. She takes the time to explain what she is doing, which helps reduce any anxiety about treatment. She is the kind of Dentist that can make even a nervous patient feel comfortable. Her chairside manner is calm and reassuring, and she clearly prioritizes patient comfort while still being efficient and detail-oriented. I was even offered a blanket during treatment to help calm my nerves. You walk away feeling confident about your dental health and the care you received. The Parking is convenient and easy to access, with an ample amount of parking and has its own private gated parking area, which takes the stress out of getting to your appointment. This makes it especially convenient for busy schedules or families coming from different directions. I have been searching for many years for a Dentist provider that check all my boxes with all of these great qualities I was looking for. I am lucky to have finally found it with Diablo dental group. I will now be transferring my family members to them.

Experiencia fantástica: Melissa is a dental ninja. Just got my cleaning done and I’m convinced Melissa could polish a bowling ball if she wanted to. Experiencia fantástica: So happy I found Diablo Dental! I have Delta Dental insurance and usually struggle to find good in-network dentist, but this experience was different. Even though they’re out-of-network, Diablo Dental made everything super easy, they submitted everything to Delta for me, I paid up front, and got reimbursed with a check just a few days later. They got me in quickly for a cleaning, fixed a chipped tooth, and even whitened my smile. I’m so happy to have my teeth looking like me again. Everyone there is so kind, welcoming. 100/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great first visit with Dr. Aziz and her amazing staff. Very happy welcoming and informative. I appreciated how thorough they were and they made sure all my questions were answered. Excited to start my care here!

Experiencia positiva: I really liked my dentist that I seen, however something that doesn’t make me want to give 5 stars…the lady in the financial department is not nice. I asked her questions about my balance I didn’t even know I had and she kept an annoyed tone the whole time and was very snippy. If you’re that annoyed doing your job maybe you should find a new one. Patients like to feel valued and respected and it can put us off greatly from wanting to come back if you can’t even do the bare minimum.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to DDG by a couple of my friends who spoke so highly of their experience. So when my previous dentist moved out of the area I decided to give DDG a try. Experiencia fantástica: I recently got a crown at Diablo Dental and it was a great experience. Dr. Lim and Irina made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I also appreciated Dr. Lim's insightful recommendation to get a root canal consultation for my cracked tooth before the crown. It turned out that I was in need of one after all! Additionally, Irina diligently and patiently made sure that the permanent crown fits well before Dr. Lim cemented it down. My routine cleaning was also performed skillfully and swiftly by them both. Thank you DDG for making my dental journey a lot more bearable!
