Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff and care. I recently reached out to the Chun Family, who were great, for an emergency appointment regarding an abscessed molar, which was not so great. I was in a considerable amount of pain and could barely hold myself together but their staff took great care of me and set my mind at ease with their kindness. They got me on some antibiotics and referred me to a specialist in just a few hours after first getting hold of them.

Recently, I was surprised by their full schedule - couldn't get me on the books for my next 6 month cleaning, had to go out by 2 additional months so I see they are well liked! They also used to accept my insurance payout for cleanings as payment in full but now charge the difference.

My children have always felt very welcome and at ease, which is HUGE when it comes to getting them to the dentist! They are also very accomodating for my 11 year old daughter with special needs. She recently needed an extraction and that incited a lot of fear and anxiety in her but Dr. Chun and his assistant were incredibly patient and creative with her, making sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Am not however aware of support for my holistic/alternative lifestyle, that aims to restore and support bodily function, before root canals, extractions, or antibiotics might be prescribed. Also find the cost of services pricey --perhaps up throughout the industry. Tough for a pandemically induced out-of-work senior, without insurance. Do offer a cash discount. --Update: Jessica's work for me is fabulous.

We both visited for different reasons and both of us were very pleased with our experiences. One of my biggest "beefs" is arriving for an appt with a new dentist and then the dentist doesn't even come in (so you can see him/her) and introduce themselves before diving into my mouth....Dr. T. Chun actually took the time to introduce himself to me today! How charming and thoughtful! We are so pleased. As well, with the awesome staff! And now it's another day and I had my teeth cleaned by Jessica...she is wonderful!! Highly recommend this office...such a wonderful place!

Experiencia negativa: Unhappy with results. First of all my daughters appointment was changed dates twice and times once. Secondly veneer she was given fell out and had to be replaced by another temporary which fell out. Finally the date of appointment the veneer is yellow and too chunky/ does not look realistic or match the rest of her teeth. So we leave today with another temporary. Always having to wait two weeks for an appointment just to walk away disappointed. I can’t help but think why can’t they get the job done right. Very frustrating and I’m looking elsewhere if they mess it up for a third time

This was 4 days before Christmas and they recommended Dr. Chun. When I called them they told me that they were booked but could fit me in the next morning which I promptly took the appointment. Dr. Chun glued my implant back in and away I went to finish working and the family holiday celebrations!! Thank you so very much for giving me a perfect holiday!!
