Dahlia is so gentle and thorough and I know I have the best chance of preventing problems or catching them early. I have been with the practice for about 37 years. 7-2026 update: Dahlia does it again with her skillful gentle professionalism. Thanks for keeping my old choppers healthy. Worth the 2 hour drive (each way).

Experiencia fantástica: After being patient of Dr McCormick for 35 years I was understandably concerned when he sold his practice to Dr Griffith. Who is this guy? Can I trust him with my teeth? Is he as good as Andy? After my visit today I am a resounding Yes! My experience is that Dr Griffith was genuinely concerned about me, my tooth health and finding the best possible way to resolve the problem I was experiencing in the simplest yet most effective way possible. I came away one happy patient. Thank you Dr G!

Experiencia fantástica: This was the absolute best dental experience I've ever had. Unfortunately I don't usually go to the dentist until something is wrong with my teeth do to past experiences. I broke a tooth and cracked another one so I had no choice but to find a dentists. Did some surcharges made some calls now one could get me in finally called Syal family dentistry they got me in next day. They are INCREDIBLE!!!!! I highly recommend them if you have dental issues make them your first and only stop.

But the front staff almost always is rude ish with attitude anytime I try to clarify , communicate or ask questions making sure about billing stuff … here’s your receipt. Bit of a shut up and don’t doubt me vibe despite spending large amounts of money. star off cause of that alone and honestly makes me consider going elsewhere. I trust and love the dentist though.

Experiencia negativa: My dental work received here failed both in function, alignment and visual appeal. Cosmetic work was more extensive than requested still baffled as to why they did this. Technicians performed task which you expect the highly trained dentist to do. These mistakes are being corrected by specialists now. Unfortunate loss of a healthy tooth, altered others, money and time. Highly suggest to seek out 2nd and 3rd opinions. This is only a honest, critical review of the work I received not a personal attack. Do not let any dentist shave your teeth down to fit their failed work or to adjust your bite in various areas. Go to a bite specialist if you are having challenge's. In response to the reply to my review: I was indeed a client of your office. Updated: I have no plan to call your office unless you plan to refund me ruining a perfectly healthy tooth. Also, I have an another update, the implanted tooth you gave me has now been removed. The specialist took it out because you left too much space between the teeth and the shape did not fit snug. Food lodged constantly between the teeth causing gum irritation. No matter how many times in a day I would floss food would get stuck underneath. All the extra flossing was adding to the irration. So, to elimate the issue he removed it and the problem is solved. He was one of 3 dentist who made mention that it was not done well. It was a waste of money, time. In addition to you ruining one perfectly healthy tooth. I advise anyone would needs specialized work done to see a specialist for example. orthodontist, prosthodondist, of cosmetic dentist. I was swayed by all of this dentist reviews and advertisement. I now realize that he and many other services will ask for review prior to services being rendered. Also he ask for payment prior to services. And note again he has his assistants perform work that only a dentist/specialist should have been doing. I have learned alot through this experience and sadly this was not first bad experience. I now have taken the time to find specialist to correct the issue and feel confident in their work and their results. They do not advertise or ask for reviews. Again, this is not a personal attack, this is a review of very expensive work I had done at this office. Be well.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Griffith has been wonderful. I unfortunately lost a tooth last year and with his expertise I am able to replace that missing tooth and be whole again. The doctors, hygienist and staff are all very knowledgeable and have been helping me obtain optimal oral health!

Experiencia positiva: Initial visit, cleaning & consultation. Very pleasant and professional staff. I've never had a more thorough exam. Dr. McCormick listened carefully, took notes, ask questions. Then he and his staff not only took a full set of x-rays of my teeth but also took pictures of my profile and smile (he wanted a snapshot for progress). I thought that was pretty cool. The office is conveniently located in the Fountaingrove area of Santa Rosa.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this clinic today, I wanted to make an appointment for teeth cleaning. The receptionist was not friendly. She was eating pasta at the workplace and was not happy that I showed up. When I said that I would like cleaning without other additional dental services, the lady replied that it is impossible, because this is a “high standard of service” that they provide. I retorted that there was no standard in this, because I had previously did teeth cleaning in a place where it was not so. I also compared it to ordering in a restaurant, like you order a salad, but they offer you to buy wine first, even if you don't drink and call it a high standard of service. The lady was very annoyed by this comparison and said that I am not in the restaurant. Well, I just came up with this analogy because of the food she was eating on her desk.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. McCormick has been my dentist for eight years now since I first moved to the Santa Rosa area. I made the decision eight years ago to repair my damaged teeth with porcelain crowns. BEST decision I ever made - I have been so happy with the results and my confidence to smile has been restored. Dr. Mc's staff is amazing as well - it feels like family when you visit the office. Another important note, I've never had to wait long to get any appointment or see the doctor and he also has an emergency line for any after hour issues. Insurance billing and turnaround time is fast!

And I say this even though the procedure, in this case, was the extraction of a molar with a broken root. I can't think of many procedures that are less pleasant than having a tooth pulled, but this went as well as could possibly be expected, and the follow-up was comforting as well.

It’s hard to find this level of service post Covid. They submit claims on time to my dental insurance and, the office is super comfortable. Unlike some medical/dental places that have all the charm of an airport terminal! I’m glad I found this practice. Please do yourself a favor- go for a consult.
