Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office - the receptionist, the hygienists, and the doctor herself - are so friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience as always! Dr. Elward and her staff are wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience and friendly staff!!! First time with Ashley and I noticed toward the end of my work day what a great job she did on cleaning my teeth! Very friendly, professional and did a fantastic job! Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Elward took her time with me and was very thorough in her assessment of my dental issues. Really liked her style and the staff was also very professional, friendly and efficient. It was my first visit here and definitely would recommend.

Experiencia negativa: If I just rated Mary Kay who cleaned my teeth this would easily be 5 stars. She was absolutely fantastic. However, I really like Dr. Elward, she’s kind and has been thorough in the past but today she spent less than 5 minutes with me, and I felt rushed and unable to ask my questions. She said she needed to get to a staff birthday party. I drove 1 1/2 hour for that appointment but I felt dismissed and unvalued as a patient. But I do believe it was a one off in this case, I feel Dr. Elward does genuinely care about her patients despite this. If I could the receptionist at the front desk it would be -5 stars, very rude person should not be dealing with the public.

Experiencia fantástica: Mary Kay is always great and very friendly. She takes great care with my sensitive mouth and explains everything as she goes along. Also, everything in the office is shiny clean!

Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted professionally by Harriet, attended to on time, and had a very professional dental cleaning by Ashley. I am very pleased with Dr. Elward's team.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for my first cleaning experience at this office and it was fabulous!!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, caring folks. I like the vibe here. Dental care is not cheap, so you might as well pick a place with nice people to support… and they do a GREAT job!

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoyed visiting with Melissa

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say that hygenist was the BEST I have ever experienced in my 63 years of dental cleaning and check-ups. She was so polite, friendly, informative, gentle and not too chatty. My teeth felt so clean and not scraped. In the past, other hygenist at my former dental offices were too aggressive with the scaping and gum cleaning, leaveing my mouth sore for a few days. This is by far the best dental office I have experienced in my life time. It's not overly decorative but very clean and contempory. The staff and doctor are friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley was great doing my teeth and gums cleaning. It was good to see Kelly during my visit. Keep up the good work, we appreciate you !!!! I mean it !!!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel badly that I didnt recognize Mary Kay (combination of mask and me being old, deaf and stupid.) Anyway I have to say the experience this time was yet another adventure in excellence. She does a fantastically thorough job with a minimum amount of pain. Cant recommend her highly enough. Steve S

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody that works. There is super super nice, especially Kelly. She’s super great.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant hygienist. Kept me informed of what was going on and constantly checked in with me.

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist of 20 years retired and he left some big shoes to fill. I tried a couple of other dentists but they just weren’t quite right for me. Her office staff is cheerful and friendly. I adore my hygienist, Mary Kay.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had an amazing experience at Kelly Elward DDS. Marykay, the dental hygienist was super kind, gentle, and always made sure I was okay. She kept checking in on me, which was really reassuring. One of the best parts was the warm water rinse – it made everything so much better! She also explained what she was doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Honestly, it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Thanks, Kelly Elward DDS, and Marykay for the awesome service!

Experiencia fantástica: Best cleaning yet. My Hygienist was gentle and thorough. Clearly knew what she was doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Very caring and gentle environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Elward's office is efficient and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the first procedure I had done since becoming Dr. Elward’s patient 6 months ago. I had 4 old fillings replaced. The fillings were visible and in very poor condition. Dr. Elward agreed to change plans last minute at my request to do all 4 instead of 2 on one side and then rescheduling the second set. It was not treated as an inconvenience at all. Dr. Elward was very attentive and concerned about my comfort. The work she did was incredible. The fillings to the outside surface of my teeth at the gum line are completely invisible and totally undetectable to my tongue. I am super impressed. I completely trust her to help me make a plan, not rush me to do the plan and then execute the plan with immense care and concern for my well-being. And now I know that she also does incredible work. Amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: Just great! Everyone was so friendly. Crystal was very meticulous cleaning my teeth. She cared.

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient Dr. Elward and staff made my appointment relaxing and stress free. Dr. Elward did a through exam and addressed any concerns I had. Great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of doctor Elwards for about fifteen years. Kelly and her staff are the most friendly, professional, and helpful group that I have ever had the pleasure to have, helping me to pay attention to dental health and not dread an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office does a wonderful job and are incredibly kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Integrity- Kind- Informative- did I mention INTEGRITY? This is the dental office you have been looking for. I had been to 2 dentists before this and both tried to upsell me for thousands of dollars. A friend told me about this practice -she drives an hour to see Dr. Elward--thats how good she is- and now I understand. I was treated with care, respect and dignity. Dr. Elward had time for all of my questions and her calm demeanor is so refreshing. Every single person in her (all female) practice is kind, respectful and really competent. Highly recommend. This is the dentist I have been looking for!

Experiencia fantástica: Office staff is very polite and helpful. Technicians did a great job and were very concerned on about my comfort. DDS Kelly was quite attentive during our first meeting / appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: My initial appointment was for x-rays, review of x-rays, mouth assessment, discussion of my mouth issues (patient and dentist doc), and next steps. The office is exceptionally clean and organized. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and informative. Online paperwork is essential to complete prior to appointment. This helps the office understand insurance, past experience, and how to manage your care moving forward. Cleaning is scheduled for later this week.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience. She listened and heard my concerns. Was willing to provide an alternate solution for an issue with a tooth. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I went into Kelly Elward, DDS’s office with a broken tooth. She and her staff displayed flawless teamwork as she worked to repair my tooth. I left there being able to eat solid food again. I have spoken highly of her in recommending her to my family and friends. If you are looking to switch or need a new dentist, you just found one.

Experiencia fantástica: Perfection. After so many dentists this is the first one that had it all going on - kind, professional, knowledgeable, gentle, considerate, affordable. She's a keeper!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything went well. The service was excellent. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: No more than a few minute wait. Hygienist Mary Kay was delightful, caring, considerate as always. Reviewed options for my next appointment at the end.

Experiencia fantástica: Well, after my initial consultation I felt relief that I had found a new dentist I was comfortable with. Being relatively new in the area it has been rather difficult finding all new service providers of every sort. After meeting with Doctor Elward and most of the staff I feel like finding a new dentist is one less thing I have to do. Great listeners, kind and patient are just some of the things I noticed about them. Looking forward to seeing them again!
