Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with the treatment I received, from beginning to end. The office staff is very friendly, but I had to figure out that if a call is received by a much more impatient person, that my call was answered by an answering service. In that case hang up and try the local number at a later time when the call isn’t forwarded. In my experience the local staff will never be impatient and unfriendly. I received 3 opinions and estimates from dentists and this one was by far the most affordable and made the most sense, treatment-wise. My implants are now done, which went very well and I will be getting my molars in 4 months.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend Affordable Dentures & Implants in Windsor, California. My father was charged approximately $700 for X-rays, even though another dentist had already taken X-rays. The office insisted on taking “their own,” but did not adequately explain why repeating them was necessary. After they worked on his dentures, he experienced more discomfort than before. When he returned to have them reassessed, he was treated dismissively and made to feel as though they wanted him out of the office. He was essentially told, “We cannot do anything. They were already like that before—and even worse.” My father has mild dementia but is highly functional and generally attends medical appointments independently. However, given his ongoing discomfort, the office never offered to contact me—with his permission—to discuss his treatment or possible next steps. Regardless of a patient’s age or cognitive status, every patient deserves patience, respect, and dignity. We did not feel that he received any of those things at Affordable Dentures in Windsor

Experiencia fantástica: On February 14th I walked into the dentist office at 6580 Humber Ln., Windsor, CA. I was greeted by two young ladies one was Rose, and the other one was Jessica. They had the brightest smiles on their faces and the most sweetest personalities. I met with the doctor and he was as sweet as could be. I had my teeth taken out and had to have full set of Dentures. There was a young lady there named Lisa and the young man named Anthony. They were so polite and so helpful through my whole procedure along with the Dentist. I had to go back a few times to get readjustment and a re-line put in and I never had any problem getting an appointment. Through the whole process of wearing my temporary, I’ve had nothing but great service with these people. On June 19th I received my permanent and I am absolutely thrilled on what a great job this team did. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Windsor. The Dentist is just as sweet and professional as they come. His staff, Lisa, Anthony, Rose, and Jessica are just so awesome. I am one happy customer. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Windsor.

They got me in immediately and put me on antibiotics as the tooth is infected and needs to be pulled and an implant placed. I appreciate their prompt attention.

The Neodent quality & pricing of implant service is Great! Unfortunately, I need both absessed Teeth #2 & #3 Molars extracted. However, I have complete confidence working with Dr. M. Alroshaidan & Dental Assistant Lisa and his whole office team again!! Highly recommended!! Paul Sr. Latest Update - June 1, 2026. Dr. Mohammed Alroshaidan did an excellent job installing My 2 new Neodent Implants and Successfully Completed My first Vertical Nasal Surgery. He Also did My Wifes new Neodent Implant and her first Vertical Nasal Surgery as well back to back on same day which was very convenient for us traveling from Lake County! Most importantly, They provided us with a generous discount for our combined dental service since We are good "Repeat Senior Patients". Again, 5-Star Dental Work & Highly recommended for great price great dental implant work! Thanks!!

Experiencia negativa: Drove 31/2 hours there and 31/2 hours back got x-rays to be told they don't take medical. Lady even asked when I got there what insurance I had and I told her medical and she never said anything.

I used to always have to be "knocked out" for dental procedures - Dr. A understood my fear and has been very gentle and kept me comfortable and pain free during treatments. Experiencia negativa: The staff are kind but the treatment coordinator lacks communication skills and the Dr that worked on my mom has horrible chair side manners. There is no way the good reviews are legitimate. DO NOT GO HERE if you want quality dental care! My mom is scared to even discuss going back for adjustments that she needs to her upper denture. Shame on you!

Had an accident on Saturday with my teeth got in for an emergenccy consultation on the following Tuesday wax fit Wednesday and new smile appropriately in 1 week!!! Experiencia fantástica: I moved up north of SF recently with a cracked up denture even though I went back twice since to my dentist in South Bay. I could deal with them no longer and I could hardly eat with my gums being torn up by the denture they left me with, even not eating was truly painful. Had I known how quick and easy and inexpensive it would be to get the best denture I’ve ever had a short drive away I’d have done it much sooner. The gave me an appointment pretty quick with Dr. Mohammed and his team that worked together like a well oiled machine as everyone had a particular job in the process. I got a FREE reline in my existing denture and a new best ever denture at a most affordable price. I forgot all about them that’s how natural they felt in my mouth. I’m so thankful to have finally found the right place after years of paying through the nose, and mouth, for teeth that I had to wear tons of adhesive to hold in for a few hours at best. It’s a gift to get the relief I’ve had since getting my new upper dentures and I plan to go back in the near future for a new bottom partial.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly 5 star office..When I say that I mean it, 25 years of dentistry myself a RDA. I am retired and caring for my mother who is 83. She lost her lower denture. He delivered! I had a crown made previously by another dentist and it hurt and was not fitting, for 9 weeks I suffered. So I went to see Dr. Alroshaidan , he explained everything to me that he could do for me. Excellent customer service by all in this office! Thank you Team! Experiencia fantástica: So I am very happy with the outcome of my new dentures and bottom implant. Implant surgery so quick and never experienced any pain what so ever. I have had dentures since 2009 and have never been able to eat with my bottoms in. Not being able to eat alot of my favorite foods. Now I can eat anything I want. Corn on cob almonds nuts all like it's my natural teeth. Life changing for sure. Thank you all who work there. You all are very pleasant nice folks

Experiencia fantástica: So far Dr. Alroshaidan has done my dad’s implant supported dentures, my mom’s two implants (still working on getting the teeth), 5 extractions for me and just finished implants so now it’s just healing and getting the actual zirconia teeth. My dad had a great time with him and got all of his pulled and didn’t have any issues and even had a great time chatting with him. I haven’t chatted a whole lot with him, but let me tell you I am a BABY about my teeth. No dentists appointment have I ever been without pain. I just finished getting two implants and not a lick of pain other than the numbing agent injection. Just absolutely terrific. He’s not afraid to truly numb you or use too much. He will listen and if you say it hurts he drops whatever he’s doing and grabs that needle by the time you’re done letting him know. He cares if you’re in pain and does something about it and this is the first time I’ve ever been pain free. I cannot recommend Dr. Alroshaidan, Anthony, and the rest of the staff enough. Thank you.

When the final denture was delivered, It was not as I expected. In fact, it was worse than the wax impression. I’ve paid a lot of money and I’m so disappointed with the results.

I traveled 3 1/2 hours one way and every mile was well worth it! My teeth look amazing! They worked hard to achieve exactly what I wanted. If I didn't tell you that I have dentures, you would never know. They are beautiful and perfect and the fit is truly unbelievable. Experiencia fantástica: Just started the process of extraction and implant today (5/30/25). The extraction was without issue, pain, or discomfort. Granted one of the roots was reluctant to let go, so that added to the complexity, but I am now six hours post-extraction and I have no swelling and no pain. I look forward to similar results with the implant and abutment phases once the bone grafting has time to set up. Dr. M and Assistant Anthony kept me informed during each step of the procedure and Jessica (Hi Wrigley!) in the front, and Julie with the original consult and insurance, ensured the whole process, so far, was top-notch and worthy of 5+ Stars. Even saved a few hundred $'s when Delta Dental decided to pay more than was originally quoted. That almost knocked me out enough to not need anesthesia during the procedure, but glad Dr. used what he did, because like I said, the extraction was totally painless. I wholeheartedly recommend ADI!!! See you soon!

Experiencia fantástica: Started the process with affordable Dentures in Windsor ca in November of 2024. I had to have all of my teeth extracted because chemo destroyed them. The extractions were painless. Temporary dentures were placed, and had to have several adjustments, but as Temporary dentures are just a guess it was expected that they wouldn't be comfortable. Got my permanent dentures almost 2 weeks ago. They are mostly comfortable, just need an adjustment to fix the quarter inch space at the back of the pallet. The staff were friendly and kind, and didn't judge. It's nice to be able to eat normal food again. Thank you

I live 3 and 1/2 hours away, so it was very kind of them to squeeze me in and take care of me ! Plus the cost was half of what my regular dentist was going to charge me and the treatment was more customized.

Experiencia negativa: Anyone who goes to this dentist be aware he does not back up his warranty and the most painful dentist I ve had in my life time. I got implants and told him the day he put them in that one of the posts felt to tight pressure and he said don’t worry about it . That exact pole got infected and he didn’t want to cover replacing the implants. This guy not a good dentist or backs his work.
