Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office from start to finish. I am attaching a photo of the filling that fell out of my tooth. I had this filling done in March, and I had to return the very same day because it was causing discomfort. Despite bringing the issue to the office’s attention immediately, the filling has now completely fallen out only a few months later. This was the first and only dental work I have ever had done at this practice, and it will also be my last. I expected a filling to last far longer than a few months. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. This outcome was unacceptable and very disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: I do not do reviews, period. Good or bad. With that said, I think it is important to highlight Dr. Choi. I was a pt of Dr. Carol for 24+ years before she retired. The new dentist, Dr. Choi is kind, attentive, very gentle, has a great beside manner and is excellent with my dental anxiety. I highly recommend her.

Lady at the front desk was extremely nice, she saw me in pain and ended up giving me Novocain to help me. Let’s also talk about the Dentist himself, he was very kind and honest with me, made sure I was comfortable with everything and removed my molar painlessly. I love this place

Experiencia fantástica: Steph really does a thorough job of cleaning. Even noted I had sleep apnea and used a c-pap. First dental hygienist to ever remark about this. Seemed genuinely concerned about the bacteria on my teeth and it affecting heart. She recommended 3 cleanings a year instead of two. Thankful to Steph for heart health.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient here for a few years and I enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere and the thoroughness of the dental hygienists as well as Dr. Carole and Dr. Silverman. And this week I went in to have a cavity filled and it was the easiest, most gentle experience I’ve EVER had. Dr. Carole explained everything as she did it, she was soo gentle and she gave me lots of positivity. When it was over I felt great and I had very little Novocaine numbness remaining. Her dosage was so precise. I’m so thrilled to have such a talented Dr!!!

Experiencia negativa: Poor experience, inexperienced new male hygienist- poor communication skills, not apologetic. Had no clue what to do and how communicate when things went wrong with a cleaning . New male dentist - ok but lack of communicating what is being done , lack of experience is showing in how he does fillings. Hurry up and parch it up kind of care. Front desk- not patient friendly and rude! Not going back there.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Carol is the absolute best. I just took my 83 year old father to her, as a new patient. He had not been to a dentist in years and was in desperate need of dental care. Dr Carol is not only an excellent dentist, she is a kind and understanding human being. No judgment, no pressure! She put my Dad, who has a fear of being in the dentist chair, at complete ease. I had to talk him into this appointment - it took me almost a year to convince him he needed to go, as his teeth were in very bad shape due to years of neglect. After our visit my dad said “Dr Carol is amazing and I wish I let you make an appointment with her sooner!”

Experiencia negativa: I came in today for my first visit. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, I was taken back with zero recognition of the long wait. After being taken back I was not told any cost of what was being done, nor was I offered any information about their yearly plan. When I paid, I was not given any financing options. I feel taken advantage of and will not be returning. If you want a dentist who will explain things to you thoroughly and is respectful of your time, look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Carol is great. I had previously seen Chris, the hygienist, for about 28 years. I arrived at my appointment today to find out that she retired last month. The new hygienist, Stephanie, is a very nice young woman who did a good job of cleaning my teeth. However, The receptionist is nasty and because she didn’t check my insurance head of time, I will now be responsible for paying out of pocket because the practice is not participating in my dental plan. I’ve been going to this same practice for nearly 30 years and since they sold it to a corporation A couple of years ago, it has never been the same.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Dr. Soffer for moe than 20 yeats.l. In 2001 we moved and returned to the area in 2017. We knew we needed to find a dentist. We decided to see if Dr. Soffer was still in Haddonfield. Much to our delight he was and we returned to him for our dental needs. He is an excellent dentist, and so is Dr. Carol. The hygienists are utstanding and the staff superb. I am so glad to be back with my favorite dentust Dr. Soffer.

Experiencia positiva: All was good, great staff (they make the practice) and service. I have been a patient for over 40 years, no plans to change. However, I really don’t like the PPE surcharge-it’s a cost of doing business in today’s environment which shouldn’t be passed on to the patient. Cleaning/disinfecting/sterilization and a level of PPE was in place prior to COVID.

Experiencia negativa: Cleaning by Chris...Excellent! Office Management...Poor 1. Did not feel safe in the office during arrival and especially during the exit. Front waiting room cramped and crowded! Room lacks proper ventilation. 2. While exiting and to my surprise, I was asked to wait and pay a ppe fee of &10. I waited in the crowded front room with 5 patients there. I tried to pay cash with a $20 but they didn’t have change. Why not inform patients about the $10 fee when confirming the appointment so that patients can be ready for a quick payment? Why not post that a ppe fee is in effect? 3. I disagree with the fee because this should be an operating expense! 4. Instead of waiting in the cramped front office, I think patients should call when they arrive and wait in their car for an office return call to safely enter. 5. Use the front to enter and the back to exit because the offices are narrow and cramped.
