I went to a doctor appointment today some big lady with short hair was the receptionist I went to check in she completely ignored me and carried out talking about her resume with a coworker. Like girl get to work here.i felt so neglected I left without even being seen.

Please tell me if that make sense. I'm in the middle and a person on my right has his cellphone up loud and the person on left has up with no headphones.

Experiencia positiva: Review for Camcare Medical, Camden NJ I brought my 80-year-old mother in as a new patient to this location, with her dental appointment scheduled for 1:00 pm. We arrived before her appointment time and were greeted by the security guard, who informed us that the Dental Office staff were on lunch and directed us to a clerk covering during the break. Despite there only being three patients ahead of us, we waited in line for over 30 minutes before finally being seen by the clerk. She was a large woman with a noticeably deep voice. When we finally reached her, she informed us that it was already past lunch and that the dental clerk had returned, so we should go upstairs and see her directly. After making us wait that long, this clerk could have easily checked my mother in through her computer and then directed us upstairs immediately. Instead, she chose not to, which came across as both lazy and inconsiderate—particularly toward an 80-year-old new patient who deserves efficiency and respect. Once upstairs, we were assisted by the dental clerk, a Hispanic, thin woman who did appear a little impatient. However, I do not blame or judge her, since she was working alone and trying to manage a large group of patients all at once right after the lunch break. My mom was eventually seen by a dentist, who treated her well and completed the necessary oral cleaning. The care she received from the dentist was professional and respectful. My only real complaint about this visit was the check-in process, which was unnecessarily stressful and poorly handled. In the future, I expect the experience to be smoother, especially now that my mother is an established patient and will be able to check in online.

Experiencia negativa: Camcare is the worse I really wish I could give this place half of star let me say this I've been a patient since I came bk home to nj since 2016 and I only can recall 2 doctors visit that completely was ok no matter where you go when it's time to check in the receptionist treat you like why are you here giving attitude and I guess that's because I refuse to come to my visit with bonnets or scarf on my head then one doctor Diagnose me with Diabetes and kidney failure so I wanted a 2 nd Opinion And come to find out I'm supposed to be prediabetic smh then they had the nerve to send me to this want to be God of a doctor I'm put it this way as soon as I find another healthcare provider I'm out every time I come from a visit I feel mentally unstable instead of physical
