Experiencia negativa: It was a little crowded and a long wait considering we had an appointment. No activities for the kids while they wait. Room we were in for exam was dirty which i found disturbing. I thought the check in women were very nice as well as the doctors. The one check out person seemed to not like her job, was miserable, and didn’t really pay attention to what she was told. I don’t think we will be staying there and might look for a new dentist.

Experiencia positiva: As usual the dentist are wonderful, I never have a problem. However when I was checking out, I wasn't a fan of the receptionist she was very rude.

We were scheduled for a cleaning and checkup, there was no proper dental cleaning, just a dr lightly brushing my child's teeth with a dry toothbrush and no xrays. I also don't like the fact that they keep insisting that my child go into an exam room without me. Today I was told that if she doesn't go into a "quiet room" without me then they won't do her dental impressions. I had originally chosen this practice because it is conveniently close to home and I was told they do well with autistic children but after today I'll be looking elsewhere

It was actually nice and even though I had to wait two hours for her to come out, I made no fuss especially being squeezed in and all: it wasn’t bad I have no complaints I was relaxed the parents were cool the atmosphere was ok only one suggestion to get tinted window so the sun glare doesn’t affect the television for the children plus the tv’s cool be bigger

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this office I have taken both my own kids and foster kids there, very helpful specially when I don't have much information on my foster kids. Front desk ladies are amazing, very professional, sweet and over all amazing. They play updated movies for the kids even the parents watch the movies. They are pretty fast its not such a long wait time, obviously unless they are busy or depends a childs procedure. I will keep coming to this office as long i can.

Experiencia negativa: They didn’t update their system and although I had my physical dental card, they were threatening to not see my child for his appointment due to their lack of diligence in updating the system on the day of the appointment. They frustrated me for 1/2 hr and all someone had to do was call the insurance to verify because the electronical verification kept showing invalid results, as if my child was uninsured.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled an appointment for my granddaughter at the East Allegheny location for some teeth extractions. I spoke with the office staff on at least four occasions, confirming the appointment and received a voice mail stating that they spoke with the dentists and everything was good to go. I arrived on Friday, June 6th for the appointment, checked-in and waited for about an hour. They brought my grandchild back to the treatment area. While I waited, I was then called back to the front desk and spoke with the dentist. She stated that their practice does not do oral surgery and this appointment should have never been placed. I advised her that I was in contact with the office on many occasions and everything was confirmed with the dental team. She apologized and said she was "sorry" but this service could not be done at this location. I just can't believe how I was misled and how the lack of communication among staff could have prevented me from missing work and causing this problem. I do not want my insurance plan billed for any service, because absolutely no treatment was performed at all!

We were told it wasn’t needed and Dr.Bahn was very helpful , he went through everything in detail and explained things so they were understandable. I would definitely recommend any parent taking their children to see him .

Buuuttttt, while waiting on the middle waiting room, There was a mouse that kept running around from the middle room to the enclosed room to the last room on the left. Probably should have an exterminator come out and set traps or something.

Experiencia negativa: The worst ever, I have never seen anything worse in my life. They punish a person if he asks them to enter the doctor’s room with his children for a routine examination by delaying him for 3 hours while waiting. The reception staff, I have never seen in my life anyone more wicked than them in dealing with you. They treat you as if you are an insect and not a human being, as if you are their slave. It is one of the worst experiences I have been through. Until this moment, I still suffer from a headache because of the pressure I felt. They have no respect for human feelings. You come exactly on time and they make you wait for 3 hours. I really hated this place, especially because of the reception staff and because of what happened.

It can be quite challenging for a young child to wait for an hour only to receive a brief 5-minute appointment. Additionally, I received a text regarding my daughter's next appointment just 20 minutes before she was seen, which seemed presumptuous given that I might not have been able to bring her back for that follow-up service. Furthermore, I learned that the dentist who treated her was a resident, and the attending dentist did not come by to review the resident's work.

Experiencia negativa: If I can give this place 0 stars, I really would. The experience is horrible honestly. They have me waiting with my 5 children all the time for an hour to two hours. Then what did it for me today was I had to wait an hour with my 2 year old, and got to the back and then was told to wait again but could not tell me how much longer the wait would be. They are always overbooking appointments. You guys need to stop biting more than the doctors can chew honestly. This place sucks, and when I told a dentist that she was like you won’t find a better place than this and guess what I did? Found a new place even better!

Experiencia negativa: The staff has always been friendly and helpful except for today this was my first time meeting the Director Shelby At the allegheny office she was very unprofessional She told me that my daughter would not receive retainers because of missed appointments. And some of those "missed" appointments was canceled due to their office. And they didn't take accountability for that, but blame me for my missed appointments when I ask her for her manager contact info she told me she's the manager and wouldn't give me the information I do not like the treatment that me and my daughter endured. She was very rude and disrespectful. She was overtaking me and she threatening me by saying that she would have. My daughter kicked off the schedule and put out the office and she wouldn't get her braces removed if I don't stop asking her questions. Very unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: Kids were called back at 925, 2hrs later they were finally done. Mind you their appointment was for 915 and the appointment was for a cleaning nothing else. Neither child had cavities so I’m not sure what took so long. The wait at this office is always long doesn’t matter what time of day it is.

Experiencia negativa: All 6 of my children went to pediatric dental. Every since they been on Lehigh . Never had a problem now youngest children been going there for 15 years and the receptionists are very rude. The Director Not no better than the receptionists. If I had a problem with that same receptionist there’s no way that she should’ve been at the front desk. She had a nerve to say when I returned from the restroom. I’m not waiting on them. That is a place of business….. And I didn’t make it no better I told them from one security to the next go get your security. They don’t know what people going through and I told the director just that…. They need to get more control of their staff.

Experiencia negativa: My children had an appointment yesterday. The only thing I will say is the front desk staff are always very polite an friendly. The appointment was for 8:45am they didn't leave until almost 12:00. It is always extremely crowded. They use to be better but I don't know what happen to them. Not to mention this summer I reached out to pediatric Dental. I Contacted them to ask if they could give 1 child a free Teeth cleaning. This would be for winning a Beauty pageant promoting healthy smiles. The office manager didn't even bother to give me a response other than send her the information and never responded since. As many children from the community use this Dentist, I would think they would be more Interested in doing for the children of the community. Children who brings them sooo much buisness. Poor office management I guess.

Experiencia fantástica: I can honestly say this dentist is really good. Check in was fast, wait time was not bad. My child appt was at 3:15pm I was out by 4pm, my daughter got X-rays and then they sat down with me and explain my options for treatment. The staff was amazing the place was clean.

Everyone in the dentist's office is very kind, and the dentist's office is kid-friendly! (I commute from Norristown.) By the way, I love this rainbow door!
