I went in 5/5/2026 and right when I got there the ladies at the front office were so polite and welcoming and helped me with my insurance questions! I was brought to the back and was greeted by ebonny and Sarah! They treated me so well and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. The X-rays were done by ebonny which she did an amazing job! My dentist was also fantastic and she performed the root canal on me with precision. I met her briefly before she operated on me and I would trust her with my life she did an amazing job. Sarah also did a great job keeping me informed and making sure I wasn’t feeling any pain throughout the operation. All in all, I will only come here for my dental needs and I’m Beyond grateful for the amazing women who work here!

Experiencia negativa: Initially I quickly gave this Dentist a 5 cause of the staff but my experience the 2nd time was an absolute nightmare! Went in due to huge abscess above my tooth. Dentist took all but 2 min and sent me home with NO solution. I had to see another Dentist who quickly saw the HUGE crack in my tooth by Xray, could see all the infection in my face due to the infected tooth, and Ideal Dental took care of the problem that had been paining me for months. Dentist here don't listen to the patient, just a cycle of in and out if you have insurance.

The staff is professional, friendly, and ensures the service is quick without feeling rushed. The most impressive part of this practice is their absolute transparency. They provide clear treatment plans and upfront pricing, so there are never any surprises. They also provide thorough post-treatment instructions every single time. It is rare to find a dental office that values clear communication as much as they do!

Here they really eased all of my nerves and made sure to explain everything that they were doing. They also used newer tech that I hadn’t seen before but it made it easier for me to see the problem areas! I will definitely be making them my permanent dentist practice!!! Also Dr. M was sweet and calm and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable!

Experiencia fantástica: 5 Stars – Truly the Best Dental Experience I’ve Ever Had! I have horrible dental anxiety, but my experience at Mansfield Dental Care completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. From start to finish, everything was smooth and comforting. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated being able to fill out my forms ahead of time—it took a lot of the stress out of arriving. Eboni was my hygienist, and let me just say—she is absolutely AMAZING! So sweet, so smart, and incredibly kind. She walked me through every single step, from the X-rays to the cool scanner she used (which was actually really interesting!). She explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. When she told me I needed a deep cleaning, I got really nervous because I’ve had one before at a different office and it was very painful. But Eboni made this experience completely different. She explained the numbing process, checked in on me often, and was so gentle that I felt comfortable and relaxed halfway through the appointment. Now that the numbing has worn off, I still feel no pain or discomfort at all! Dr. M was also incredible—so sweet and reassuring. She helped me feel safe, not judged, and completely cared for. I truly felt like I was in great hands. I honestly love love love the Mansfield Dental Care team. They’re warm, knowledgeable, and just all-around wonderful people. If you have dental anxiety like I do, this is the place to go!

They are professional and proficient in what they do. So much so, that wait time in the lobby is minimal. I have entrusted them with my smile and will continue to do so.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a basic cleaning as a new patient. Everybody was very kind and customer service was great (which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars) but that’s pretty much where it stopped. I was there for 2 hours and I left and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned! They told me that I need a gingivitis clean and it would cost me over $200 with my insurance. It’s ridiculous and time is very precious. I wasted 2 hours of it just sitting in a chair. Never going back.

Experiencia negativa: I want to say Ralph makes that company a amazing place! He has such a pleasant tone and is very mindful and kind and makes sure he is very easy with you. I have had nothing but near death, and horrible painful experiences with the dentist. So I'm not afraid to get up or stop something mid process. However, He is the first person I spoke with and the last. He was very kind and gentle ya know ypu could just tell he cared in the initial xray. Even though I had a strange experience as I was in pain and when the dentist touched a certain place it hurt my xrays showed no issues. So unfortunately I left still in pain but with steroids to heal. But to that point I went to hospital 4days prior with a swollen jaw and was on penicillin that indeed killed alot of the infection. My situation seems to be abnormal, however Ralph really did just stand way above others in customer service and satisfaction. Your point of contact means everything! The place was very clean and nice inside as well. Idk what is going on all the way and luckily I still have pain medicine from the hospital because it still hurts. So although my visit didn't satisfy the need of pain decrease and understanding of pain cause I was having, they did check me thoroughly it seemed. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. So hopefully this abnormal situation can heal. But the humility and consideration from Ralph will not be forgotten nor unnoticed. He is why I leave this review today. I would recommend friends and family to go also. But maybe be a little more gentle as I did get pretty mad when it started hurting worse from the checking. But I understand the dentist was trying to find the issue it just wasn't a pleasent experiences for me and I have a high pain tolerance so I'm sure I didn't react how most people do to certain things. But the dentist was nice and not rude he kind of seemd like a laid back guy. Which was pleasent because when you achieve that much in life many people become snobs. He was not. He still seemed very genuine and I wasn't rushed through like another number on the wall. You can tell he knows what he's talking about. Even with the strange experience I would go again, and make a primary for any dental needs. This place overall deserves Update: I unfortunately had to take the 5 star rating off because I realize I was really just impressed with Ralph overall dentist wise it was not good as the rough treatment and pissing me off was not necessary. I got a second opinion. The New dentist I found quickly discovered a bone spur sticking through the gum where I identified the problem area. If this dentist wasn't so rough and more careful in the feel around and cared more to find the issue he would have found it as well. The new dentist did not hurt me asked me from start to finish what I was experiencing and found both bone spurs in literally under a minute made sure to get me out of pain and I'm scheduled for removal. I'm not a regular in dental care and really tried to be nice and just help a business out but when I described my experience here to my new dentist. He said ya man he got ya in on a 50 dollar special and didn't care about ya past the ex rays even, though the other guy clearly saw me in big pain. It just makes me mad I allowed that to happen to me again. That makes 3 dentist visits in my life and I'm nervous for another doctor to take me lightly again because I won't be silent again! To Ralph you are still the man and my experience with you was still amazing. Hey Ralph check out bone spurs in the mouth theres also a medical term for it, it's right under the moler or wisdom tooth in many happens alot after wisdom tooth surgery and a dentist can resolve it. Not being rude but just foe your own wisdom as you are a gem thanks again man!

I was experiencing alot of pain from a broken wisdom tooth and Sarah and Dr.M were able to remove the remaining part of the tooth for me no problem! I was going to have to be referred to a oral surgeon to get it removed and was stressed because I didn't have that kind of money. But Dr.M said she could do it for me no issue and she got it out in no time! Thank you guys so much !

Experiencia negativa: I went to get a chipped tooth looked up and possible removal or refered somewhere to get it taken care off and they told me they would do that later, that I needed a cleaning first. Then they wanted me to get braces I stead of addressing the issue aI had made the appointment for. I had scheduled a cleaning for my son as well same week and they charged him for a new brush over $100 even when he told the no and they said they could not give him a refund to comeback later. He went back and they told him that they would send him a refund in two weeks. They took the brush and never gave him the refund. Worst service we have ever received. Absolutely would not recommend.

All he went for was to get his tooth pulled that had been hurting him and then he ends up having to get Invisalign stuff on his teeth. Horrible. We will not be going back here!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment with their once-a-month Orthodontist. Paid for that consultation. Got nothing out of it. The office said they will send me the cost / estimate to fix front teeth, they sent me nothing. Not to mention this Orthodontist, very poor English, didn't understand what he was saying. Another person behind computer, had to translate. I have decided to pull my family out of their care.

Experiencia negativa: If you want your teeth to fall off, go to this dentist. They did an extremely expensive filling that is porous and pointy to the touch. Not to mention, while doing the procedure the Doctor and her associate were NOT paying attention at all. Oh, the cavity came back to the same spot so that’s that. The facilities were outdated, quite dirty and rusted. Not a good dentist.
