Experiencia fantástica: My husband had a sudden dental issue causing severe pain. After seeing our normal dentist and being told everything was normal and then going to see an endodontist, we were told to see a periodontist. Dr. Zambon’s office was so accommodating and got him in same day to make a surgical plan and get him pain meds. All the office staff were lovely. I’m thankful we found her office!

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional, waited until the day of the surgery to cancel, after charging over 4000 dollars and having all patient information. Absolute money grab, does not care about the patients. Also, they CANNOT GUARANTEE not leaving exposed bone, which is extremely painful. Be careful, ask questions, and understand they do not care about you, your time, or their integrity when it comes to your money.

Experiencia negativa: This is the most disorganized and unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. We did a consultation, we did all the pre-op stuff- I did everything on my side- and I get there day of surgery - having taken antibiotics for 4 days, buying weeks of soft food, canceling class and everything else for her to say she changed her mind and would not do it. There was no information that had changed since we set the appointment a month ago. She just decided not to read the chart until I was there. Then blamed her staff and said “they are just human beings.”

Experiencia negativa: Fair warning: her office cannot fix fillings. During my last cleaning, I had 2 fillings pop out. I had to go to my regular dentist the next morning to get them fixed. I will not go back to this office.

Update 7/26-22: I am in the middle of getting my fourth implant by Dr. Zambon and her incredible staff. It’s hard to believe that they can do this incredibly complex technique and make it seem so easy. This is the easiest 5 STAR recommendation I have ever made!! Update 1/17/23. As I get older, I really want to maintain good dental health. I am so glad I have Dr Zambon’s team on my side!

I have struggled with periodontal issues for years and with it came anxiety and fear which led me to delayed treatment and often terrible experiences at other dental clinics. Dr Zambon’s clinical expertise, exceptional care for detail and patient and kind communication were key in ensuring my experience was fantastic. She really knows that she is doing, and is a miracle worker! I had two back to back surgeries and her staff was always available to answer questions with the highest quality of customer service. The techs, the front desk staff and everyone involved was always kind and supportive. Worth my money!

Had gum surgery and an extraction six days before Christmas and was still able to enjoy our family meal. No pain and healing has been a snap so far. Very grateful my dentist recommended her to me. Her assistant Haley was fantastic. In fact. all of the ladies have great personalities and you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door.

Experiencia fantástica: I had extensive oral surgery, and although I was admittedly somewhat fearful beforehand, with IV sedation it was painless, and afterward following post-op instructions I had no swelling, or pain. I highly recommend Dr.Zambon.

Experiencia negativa: I’d give zero stars if I could. Before even being seen by the dr, I was told I needed surgery. Then felt pushed to schedule my surgery and when I told them it was gonna have to wait due to insurance. I was practically PUSHED out the door. Will not be going back.

But, I must say that Dr. Zambon’s dental assistant, Haley, was a wonderful. She had such a sweet and cheerful disposition that made the visit almost enjoyable, despite the unfortunate circumstances that brought me there. Even through the bad news that I received, she continued to find the positive in it. Dr. Zambon was great. She is very to the point and will tell you, in a concise manner, exactly what steps need to be taken. You can tell that she cares about the oral health of her patients.

I was referred to her by my dentist of 25 years for a dental implant after splitting an upper tooth completely in half where fixing with a bridge, crown or other traditional method just wasn't an option. In my case they also needed to do a bit of sinus build to ensure the new implant would have the best foundation to be secured. I must admit being the first time going through something like this I was scared of it all. But Dr. Zambon and her staff made all that go away. They explained every detail I asked about (I'm an engineer so there were a lot), addressed my every worry and made me very comfortable through all the initial, intermediate and follow up visits. They treated me with all the love, wisdom and care you would a family member and earned my total trust and respect as we went through the process. I hope this never happens to me again but if it does I will darn sure be going back to her and her team to get fixed. Thank you guys...........❤

Not only did she handle all of my dental issues but did it while handling my massive fears of walking into a dental office. Needing oral surgery would have been terrifying in the past but they walked me thru every step of the way and made it an easy and pain free process. I cannot recommend Dr. Daniela Zambon and the entire staff enough. A special shout out to the hygienist who does the cleanings twice per year. She has the patience of a saint for working past all of my fears. Now my cleanings are filled with laughter instead of fear.

Her office was clean and I did not feel uncomfortable in any way. Dr Zambon and her staff were so warm and welcoming. The hygienist , Denise took the time to get to know me and addressed all my concerns. She was very thorough and complete and never rushed me through. When I had a question about a little issue about my soft tissue Dr. Zambon was there to offer her clinical thoughts about any treatment I might consider never feeling that I was being over treated.

When explaining the treatment plan she took her time on giving me options on payment and great care credit options never made me feel rushed or obligated. Dr Zambon keep this great Staff!!

Experiencia negativa: I don’t understand where are these 5 star reviews coming from as per my experience this doctor and her staff was very rude and not professional at all, and the reason why I’m saying this is when I went to her about maybe 1 year ago to see if she can help me with my need, first thing she did was examined me, took some X-rays and then referred me to another doctor for a second opinion and I don’t understood why because she herself is an experienced periodontist, so anyways I went to the doctor that she referred me she did that same thing examined me took X-rays and after that instead of telling me what she can do or explain what exactly need to be done she just straight asked me how much is my Budget how much can I spend on my treatment I was really overwhelmed but then I told her that she needs to tell me what exactly needs to be done and explain my options and treatment plan then I can see how much it cost and whether or not I can go ahead with the treatment, she then Said she will get back with dr. Zambon and call me back they never called back and when I called they talk to me very rude and never told me about what has to be done so I just stopped seeing them or called them. The reason why I’m posting this review now is that I see a lot of 5 star reviews here not sure where it’s coming from but just want to share my experience as well so people can make a wise decision if this helps.
