Experiencia fantástica: In my 92 years I’ve been too many dentist. My insurance no longer covered my past dentist and smile designers was recommended by 2 Neighbors. What a wonderful recommendation it was. From the front desk to the hygienist that clean my teeth (best cleaning I’ve ever had) to Doctor Anna it was my best Experience. Dr Anna spent more time with me then I remember dentists I’m the past. They were-efficient, kind, considerate In every area of the practice. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

The front staff is welcoming and efficient making the check in process seamless. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Dr. Anna and her entire clinic team are true professionals. I felt no discomfort during my procedure and the results were great. I am what you might call a chicken when it comes to the dentist which makes their treatment exceptional. Everyone in the office is lovely from the front office folks to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Anna herself. Going in, I know I'll only be getting the care I need - they're not trying to upsell on treatment or products, they genuinely care about oral health and whole-person health. I know I can rely on them to tell me what I need to know but always in a kind and professional way. This office is so good I want to keep them to myself but everyone deserves to get care this good!

Today I had a couple fillings, she used a lazer instead of a drill. It was completly psinless, no novocaine required for this treatment. Highly recommended!!!

They offer options to put you at ease and work with you and explain everything so clearly. They are great to work with and Dr. Anna is probably the best dentist I've ever had.

THEIR PERSON FEELINGS ABOUT A CONVERSATION I HAD WITH ONE HYGIENIST ONE MY FIRST VISIT. THIS DOCTOR WENT CRAZY IN MY MOUT . MY TEETH WERE NOT RIDDLED WITH CAVITIES. I WAS SEEING A DIFFERENT DENTIST FOR YEARS BEFORE HER. AND THEY HAVE MUCH BETTER XRAY EQUIPMENT THAN WHAT THEY USED TO SHOW ME MY TEETH. IN THESE VARIOUS APPOINTS THERE WAS CONFUSION ABOUT WHICH SIDE OF MY MOUTH THEY WERE GOING TO WORK ON. AND I GOT TO SAY THERE IS JUST SO MUCH HORRIBLE ATUFF THAT HAPPENED TO ME AT THIS PLACE. MAKE SURE YOU HOLD A MIRROR UP TO YOUR FACE AT ALL TIMES TO ENSURE NO CRAZINESS HAPPENS YOU CAN NOT REGROW YOUR TEETH. I HAD A TINY CAVITY IN A LOWER TOOTH WHICH ALREADY BEEN FILLED TWO MO. PRIOR. SHE WENT IN ON THE MOLAR BEHIND IT PUTTING SOMETHING ON THAT TOOTH THEN IN DOING SO SHE USED THE DRIMEL AND HIT THE TOOTH NEAR THE GUM LINE CAUSING PAIN. SO , GOING BACK TO THE NEXT APPT I SAID THAT TOOTH HURTS ON THE GUM LINE. SHE DRILLS 3/4 OF MY TOOTH OUT ( the one that had the sealant over the tiny cavity ) WHILE IN THE CHAIR I WAS WONDERING WHY WAS SHE DRILLING FOR SO LONG AND WHY DID SHE NEED TO DRILL FOR WHAT WAS NOT NEEDED. THIS IS HARD TO WRITE FOR NOTHING BUT TRAUMA AT THIS LOCATION. SHE LAZERED MY GUMS WITHOUT TELLING ME SHE WAS GOING TO DO SO. AND WHY IT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SHE ALSO THREE- FOUR SEPERATE TIMES SHE DRIMMELED MY TEETH TO THE NERVES . NOW EXPOSING NERVES ON ALL BUT MY FRONT TEETH . AND A LITTLE BETWEEN THE BOTTOM TWO FRONT TEETH. NOW I CONSTANTLY HAVE INFESTIONS IN THE MOLARS AND A NASTY SMELL IN MY MOUTH SHE WENT IN ON ALL THE LOWER TEETH THAT SHE DRILLED OUT ( i mean all of them , and I had only slight periodontal issues, which a deep cleaning I have had before else where and then once here / which was hell because amber seemed to hate me and she took her finger and violently scrapped my gum line which the day before had been layered without my knowledge until knaprov was just about done ) THIS DENTIST BASICALLY " HAD A PARTY IN MY MOUTH " THE VA PAID THE BILL . I JUST CANT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED TO ME. I HAVE PERMENANT DAMAGE BECAUSE THIS WOMAN KEPT SAYING SHE NEEDED TO CHECK MY BITE. AND IN DOING SO SHE PLAYED ON WHAT SHE CALLED ME UNEDUCATED IN DENTISTRY . SO SHE DRILLED ALL OF MY TEETH DOWN TO THE NERVES. I HAD GOOD NATURAL TEETH NOW I HAVE SOME BLACK THING AND A BUNCH OF YELLOWING MISCOLORED CHUNKS OF WEIRD PLASTER STUFF THAT IS MISSHAPPENED ALL OVER MY MOLARS. THERE IS JUST TOO MUCH TO WRITE ALREADY. SO MUCH HAPPENED IN A COURSE OF A COUPLE OF MONTHS. IT IS ALREADY HARD TO PUT YOUR TRUST AND BE VUNERABLE IN A STRANGERS HANDS. THE MEDICAL/DENTIAL SYSTEM HAS A HISTORY OF ABUSING THEIR AUTHORITY AND POWER AND POSITION IN THE COMMUNITY. I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN IN A DENTIST CHAIR. THEY DID NOT HAVE MY WELL BEING ON THEIR MINDS . AND YOU KNOW WHAT NEVER AGAIN THE INSANE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WORKING IN THESE FIELDS THAT GET AWAY WITH THIS KIND OF ABUSE AND INSURANCE MANIPULATION. IS AN ATROCITY. I AM NEITHER IGNORANT OF DENTISTRY NOR STUPID REGARDING BASIC HEALTH AND BIOLOGICAL PHYSICS. I DO KNOW HOW TO RESEARCH AND AFTER A MEETING TO INFORM KNAPROV I WILL NO LONGER BE HER PATIENT , AND THE VIOLATION OF INTEGRITY AND TRUST JUST FROM THE EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS . SHE THEN THREW INSULTS AT ME CLAIMING I AM THIS MAKING UP , SHE PROTECTED AMBER'S ACTIONS SHE CALLED BE BASICALLY IGNORANT AND BASIC DENTISTRY IS ABOVE MY UNDERSTANDING. , OVER 90% OF THE POPULOUS HAS HERPES. OK WHOSE POPULOUS? YOU JUST CANT THROW OUT A NUMBER BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE YOU KNOW HAVE IT. IT DOES NOT MEAN EVERYONE IN THE WORLD WAS EXPOSED TO IT. ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE USUALLY SEES A CERTAIN DEMOGRAPHIC. AND LIVES AROUND THAT GROUP OF PEOPLE. NOT EVERYONE HAS HERPES AND NOT EVERYONE WAS EXPOSED TO CHICKEN POX. I REALLY AM APPAULED & OFFENDED FROM THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND THE RESULTS OF MY MOUTH IS A HORRENDOUS. NIGHTMARE. NO ONE CAN REGROW TEETH

You're draped in a bubble wrap of family hospitality and professional staff that calms anxiety. Though the whole place is brimming with technology, it's the personal care that stays with you. It feels a bit like OHSU, too, in that this is a teaching place...for patients as well as staff. I learned so much about my teeth and mouth--shocked, actually, how little I understood about how my heart health issues and medications impacted my dental infrastructure. Cannot say enough about my experience at Smile Designers. Over the years their culture of care and technology has been quite phenomenal. We now have a plan based on my real needs and resources. Anna is a rockstar and has hired an amazing team of ladies who all make going to the dentist a much less stressful experience. So, he convinced me to give them a try and I am so glad that I did! My mouth needs work. I haven't been able to wear a full smile for a long time due to missing and broken teeth. I didn't even need to tell Anna that, she could see it. And right away, she had a plan of action for me to get my smile back. I've been truamatized by dentists before, lectured because my teeth weren't in good health. There was absolutely no judgement to be found at this office, only acceptance and a promise to make it all better that's actually believable. If you're someone like me with anxiety, has had bad experiences, thinks there's nothing you can do but pull every tooth out and get dentures... I encourage you to check out this place before doing anything else. See what your options are. 5 stars is great but really it should be 10. Everyone there is amazing - from reception to assistants. The level of care I received was above and beyond. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. :)

Experiencia fantástica: In a pediatric dentistry my daughter was offered 8 crowns with sedation, when I came to Dr.Anna for a second opinion, she said - no sedation is needed, no injections: let’s try laser. My daughter is 5yo and pretty sensitive, we did 4 teeth so far and my daughter says that Dr.Anna is the best doctor in the world and that she will never go to any other doctor. Highly recommend! She is so professional, so supportive, loving and caring. Working with little kids require 5 times more patience, 10 times physically harder (trying to operate in those tiny mouths) and energetically draining - having to take lots of breaks for the little patient to be comfortable. Dr.Anna does all of that and beyond. We are so happy and will be coming here until she retires!

They talk me through what's happening, and are willing to break up visits into shorter sessions for me. I have trouble getting numb, and they make sure that I'm actually ready before working on my teeth. I wouldn't go anywhere else. ***Allow me to update this review, as it's been several years. Dr. Dneprov is both gentle and knowledgeable, even as I'm navigating cancer treatment. The staff at Smile Designers are professional and the customer service we get here is amazing. The staff all seem to enjoy working together and it makes the atmosphere comfortable and calming. I hope we never have to change dentists, because we love this practice!

I noticed the amazing reviews of smile designers, and decided to give them a phone call. From the first phone call, they were upfront and honest, also made sure to inform me that they were not in network with my insurance. With that alone, I made an appointment. Today was my first visit and I must say that I was so impressed with this entire team. Every single person was thoughtful, fun, attentive! I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning andI will not be going anywhere else!!
