Experiencia fantástica: We had a family travel in the national parks and my kid had a sudden issue with his braces that hurt him a lot. The closest city is Portland. Then with the recommendation from my friend, I contacted Floyd Family Orthodontics. They were very helpful and made an appointment immediately that fit our schedule. Then on the appointment day, they fixed the issue without letting us wait for a minute and even didn’t charge us anything. They are very kind and professional. A great experience with them. I will recommend them to anyone at any time.

Experiencia negativa: I like the location I like the people, but the doctor Lindsay is disrespectful and rude. The last appointment I had with her. She recommended a treatment and I wasn’t opposed to it, but I was a bit scared and worried she did not comfort or try to explain to me better or give me any more information. She just took the no and left. Today she came and didn’t interact with me or asked me how I was or She ignored me the entire time and didn’t ask me to If it was OK for someone new to watch the process. I felt uncomfortable, having somebody just staring into my Teeth and so close to me. They didn’t have the proper equipment like a mask or glasses.

Experiencia fantástica: Floyd’s Family Orthodontist has been amazing with my son’s journey with braces as well as my Invisalign journey. When my Invisalign broke, they simply replaced it with no problem. They have been so accommodating with our schedules, my son’s braces and has made us feel like family here.

From Victoria at reception who is kind friendly and attentive to each of my family members treatment plan; To Dr. Lindsey Floyd and all her crew who guide you step by step to reach that happy smile you desire! They helped me in a complicated procedure with an impacted tooth and just a metal wire attached to the tooth (placed in Mexico, instead of the customary gold chain attached to the impacted tooth here in the US) she managed to pull out the tooth, avoiding another painful oral surgery. Happy to choose this place over and over again for all my family members!!!

Any time my kiddo has accidentally popped a bracket off, they have gotten us in immediately to fix it. They offer the best payment plan I've seen, which allows you to choose your own monthly payment amount. Not only are the humans wonderful, but they have an awesome puppy that comes to work with Dr.Lindsey! The office is so clean, beautifully decorated & has toys/books and more for the little siblings that inevitably tag along. I couldn't be happier with my daughters current progress!!

My daughter began Invisalign treatment when she was 9 to pave the path for braces (she had a lot going on), and is now in the final stages of her braces treatment plan! I also had Invisalign treatment to restraighten my teeth after not wearing my nightly retainer as an adult for many years, haha! Dr. Lindsey is very informative, helpful, and honest. I appreciate her so much. Front desk and assistants are always the nicest, and make you feel comfortable. We genuinely have enjoyed our time at this office, and highly recommend! P.S. Experiencia fantástica: I recently got my braces off in april, and I loved my entire experience at floyd orthodontics. I struggle with social anxiety and from the very first beginning any nerves i had were eased. Every staff member is extremely kind, caring, and easy to talk to. After I initially got my braces I had an appointment every 6-8 weeks. Despite the amount of time between each appointment Dr. Lindsay always asked follow up questions about things I had told her were coming up for me or that were going on at the time. Her appointments were always very brief and I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen, even when arriving slightly before appointment time. The experience of the actual appointments aside from mannerisms was always good as well. A lot of people have anxiety around dental appointments, as do I, and I never experienced that with floyd orthodontics as they consistently checked in with me, offering me breaks, and being very gentle. All of the appointments were very comfortable and personable. Another thing that was very helpful was their payment plans. They are very flexible and understanding to people’s situations. Although my braces are off, we are still making payments towards the braces. That was one of the bigger reasons we chose to go with them as it fit our finances better.

When they took the knobs off, Dr. Lindsay filed my teeth down so they would all be even.
