Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy that I found Harmony Dental. The care from the doctor and staff is exceptional. Take it from someone who is usually terrified of going to a dentist because of two rather horrible experiences many years ago that made me terrified to go to new dentists. Moved here from California two years ago and it took me awhile to attempt a new dentist. I'm glad I did. I have had my regular check up for 2026. Luckily, no new cavities and the cleaning went very well. I only have good things to say about the staff and the doctor. I'm not scared to go again....well maybe just a little..lol My continued visits have been very good.

I’ve never felt better cared-for. Throughout the whole process, the entire, highly experienced team seemed to only have my well-being in mind and I never felt an ounce of pain or discomfort. Being an old man, I have had several good (and some not so good) dentists in my life but none of them can compare to Harmony Dental. Perhaps the best part is the warmth and friendliness of the entire place. From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the assistants, I was treated like a member of their family. However Harmony Dental came to be, it was the right place at the right time. The cheerful, positive energy makes every visit an enjoyable experience that I always look forward to.

Dr. Supriya did an excellent job with the crowns as well as being very gentle and careful because of my super sensitive teeth and gums. I am a serious baby when it comes to dental procedures. The Dr. was fabulous. All the staff, dental hygienist and dental assistants are friendly and well trained. The front desk spent so much time with me detailing my treatment plan and costs with insurance. Too bad insurance would not cover the crown cost, but I’d rather do the preventative than wait and lose the tooth! Really a wonderful experience with Harmony Dental.

Experiencia negativa: Was really looking forward to getting some much needed dental work done. The dentist was very nice, professional and very informative. The front desk not so good. I was treated as if I didn’t have insurance(which I did and my insurance company sent out the pre authorization 3 times and they claimed they haven’t received it. I even called and checked last week and still no one reached out according to my claims dept. I felt really discriminated against because it’s been a month and no one even tried to reach out and help me. I went on today and the lady at the front desk told me that they usually send it to the patient and not the dentist. There was no let me reach out again or nothing . I asked for my X-rays and still there was no let me see if we have received anything. The lady who helped me was really nice, but the other heavy Karen did not attempt to help me. If you are black I would advise you not to go to this office. I have wasted a month trying to get help from these people and now I have to find another dentist. I wish Karen well in her mediocre paying job well being ugly to people.

Update: Just had my 2nd teeth cleaning after a deep cleaning months ago. My depths greatly improved after following their guidelines! I can't help but have a huge smile!

Experiencia positiva: Update—someone from the office called and said they were removing the charge and that they had seen my text asking to reschedule. I’m grateful. I don’t know if they regularly have clients who try to bs their way out of a charge, but the way I was treated after telling them that I had sent them a text just felt accusatory and threatening, all while I I was explaining the situation in front of other patients in the lobby. She could have responded so many other ways than, “I’ll just tell my office manager you’re refusing to pay” if she needed time to investigate whether or no I was truthful. I did add back a star because they took the time to investigate whether I was being honest or not, but I just feel the initial situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally. I’ve been a patient at Harmony dental for many years. My teeth are well taken care of. After being a patient for over a decade, I returned an appointment reminder text saying that I needed to reschedule. The day of that appointment, I was called because they were still expecting me. After explaining the situation, we rescheduled for a date in the future. Yesterday after my appointment, I was told I had a $50 no show charge. I explained again what had happened, that I had asked to reschedule via the reminder text. The assistant went and got the receptionist and I had to explain it again. Her response was that she would let the office manager know that I was refusing to pay. I am not refusing to pay. I am refusing to be charged for something that is not my fault. Super disappointed in being treated like this after so many years as a patient and having never had any issue paying any money due or rescheduling appointments.

Experiencia negativa: Edited to include a response to the Dentist's office message below: They are directly lying on this public post about next steps that they took. They never responded to my requests for them to contact the TMJ specialist they "referred" me to, much less directing me to next steps such as calling my insurance for a aw specialist to actually get anything fixed. The jaw specialist they told me to see doesn't accept any insurance, not just mind, and they told me that my issue isn't a jaw problem, it needs to be fixed by a dentist. I don't grind, as I have a mouth guard. They were incompetent at best, made it much worse by ghosting me after causing such a big problem, and now are taking an even worse approach by lying about it in the aftermath instead of making any attempts to fix the problem. I never demanded anyone appointment be canceled for me. I was messaged THE day before my appointment with the office telling me I needed to be rescheduled because they were double booked due to one of their teammates being on vacation. I had taken time off work, gotten childcare, and asked to not be rescheduled. Original post: I have never had a bad experience with a dental office in my life. I've had fillings done, wisdom teeth removed, a root canal and lots of cleanings. I don't want to leave a bad review and feel a little anxious doing so, but I feel like it is my duty to other people who might consider going to this office. Early this year I had a cracked porcelain cap that needed to be fixed, and a filling that needed to be replaced on another tooth. I came in for the filling replacement - a simple fix. At the end of the appointment I said multiple times that my bite felt too high. But the dentist said that it looked good based on the coloring she was getting and my bite should be fine. Like I said, I've only ever had great dentists so I figured she knew what she was talking about and I was numb, so I trusted her. I went home, my bite was really high - all I could feel was the tooth that she had jsut replaced the filling for hitting. My other teeth don't touch. I figured it was an innocent mistake and I made an appointment to get it fixed. My next appointment she did the colored paper thing in my mouth again and said that she could see that that was the only tooth hitting. This was the first time that I felt a question about trust since she had told me the tooth wasn't hitting in my previous appointment. She seemed frustrated with me and kept repeating herself "if I take down the tooth anymore I'll take away the filling". I am not a dentist so I didn't know what to do with that information. I had to ask multiple times what I should do about it. She replaced a simple filling and now was acting frustrated and rude with me that my bite was way off. She finally said "I don't know what to do I'm going to give you a referral to a jaw specialist". I asked for her to contact the Jaw Specialist directly because a consultation would cost $600 out of pocket for me and it didn't make any sense to me that they would be able to help. She then tried to charge me for that bite correction appointment that I only needed because she messed up my teeth and she didn't even fix anything during. She then didn't respond to messages from me for about 6 weeks. I contacted the Jaw specialist that she "referred me" to. I asked they said they needed more information because the referral was completely illegible, and coming to them to fix a bite didn't make any sense. The dentist finally got back to me and said the problem is that my bite is changing because I grind my teeth which makes 0 sense as I wear a night guard every night,. She hasn't followed through with any help with getting the jaw specialist. She hasn't helped fix the problem she created. She left me with $1200 bill for doing damage to my teeth and refused to refund that even though I now need to spend massive time and money to fix the problem she created. I've never been treated so unprofessionally by any medical professional and felt I needed to warn people.

When I initially made my appointment, I wanted to have my teeth cleaned and x-rays, etc. I was told I had to see the doctor before I could have my teeth cleaned. After my appointment, I was told I needed a “deep” cleaning which would cost $1,680+ and I needed a filling repaired. I had to figure out how to pay for all of this which would take some time so I called back in to make an appointment to just have a regular cleaning and have the filling repaired until I could get the deep cleaning. I was told the doctor would not allow me to have a regular cleaning, in fact, she could not “LEGALLY “ clean my teeth without doing the deep cleaning. I’m not sure what law they are following but that is a new on me! Now, I have to find another dentist just to get my teeth cleaned and probably have to add in another doctors appointment. I have never been to a dentist that mandated a deep cleaning and refuse to do a regular cleaning. Disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: I was scared and uppity but my dentist and hygienist worked together to put me at ease with a blanket and headphones. They even let me call a friend on speaker to have her talk me through the Novocain shots… not even to mention she worked quickly and perfectly. I have nothing but praise for the whole staff here! Update: I have even more praise to add. I was recently in for a procedure and needed the laughing gas. I (later) learned I should’ve advised I’d changed medication and am taking something which interacts with it. I got sick and it was scary and gross and my hygienist held my chin in a towel and helped clean my face with warm towels… just the level of care they show you- it’s special.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place, I have finally found a great dentist. I have recommended them to my friends and family. They are very affordable and reasonably priced. They have monthly plans that cover cleanings and exams with discounts for dental work. I have had a deep cleaning from their hygienist, a root canal and crown. i have had several crowns in my life time and this was the best fitting one ever. I had a tooth extracted that was broken, not an easy one. I was in the chair less than 1 hr. and woke the next day with zero pain. I have also had 2 fillings done. The ladies in the office are great and very accommodating for scheduling. I can not say enough about how happy I am with Harmony Dental.

I have been seeing her for almost two years now as we’ve been working our way through a path to take care of two root canals as well as a few fillings and the overall progress has been exceptional! I know I’m not the only one who gets rather anxious when going to the dentist, however my nerves are quickly subsided by a recap of what work will be taking place and a moments pause to take a quick breath. I even had an experience with a visit that ended up running almost an hour past closing, but never once felt rushed in Dr. Supriya or her staff’s work and was even greeted by Dawn and Amber at the front desk who made sure it all went well and got me on the schedule for my follow up appointment. I now find myself recommending Harmony Dental whenever anyone brings up the need for any dental work!

Last Dentist wanted to pull a Tooth. I said Fill it, they fillef it. Filling Broke off than went to Harmony after I waited until it hurt. They gave Me estaminet than root canal and Crown. Still Have all my teeth. No problems, they Can fix Your Teeth . They hooked Me up with no interest Financing. No more Tooth ache. Stil have More work to be done. Experiencia fantástica: I'm 69 years old and highly recommend Harmony Dental. Visited for the first time today. Was impressed by everyone I met... extremely friendly and welcoming yet professional. Office ran like a well-oiled machine. It's clear that everyone works well coordinated with each other. My dental assistant was efficient, knowledgeable, and highly experienced. Enjoyed our conversation while she took many more x-rays than I've had before. My exam with the doctor was extremely thorough. She showed me issues with my teeth that weren't mentioned by my previous dentists. Last but not least, this is the cleanest medical facility that I've ever visited. Great care is taken to ensure that all surfaces are sanitary and the air is well filtered. If you have concerns about Covid or are immune compromised, this is a safe place to come for dental treatment.
