Experiencia negativa: I have no issues with Dr. Makhene-Deloach. My issue is with the office incorrectly billing my insurance company and them getting payment from my insurance for services that were not rendered. I called Katrina's attention to this matter many many times and she said she will take care of it but never did. Oh and she stopped replying to my text messages. I had to drive to their office a few times just to follow up on the status of the issue and was just met with indifference. I have been too patient with them until now. 10 months after date of service, and bill has not been resolved.

They were filled with Colgate products, including a toothbrush, Total toothpaste, and dental floss—such a thoughtful and useful touch. She is gentle, numbs you slow and with enough to where you experience no discomfort. She explains everything and all options. The hours can be early morning or late evening. Perfect location and you are in and out. I would never go to another person. I no longer get nervous because I know I am in good hands.
