Experiencia fantástica: Top-notch! I'm afraid of dentists and there's no need to be here. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The hygienists are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I see Dr.'s Popa and Schultz who are extremely kind, patient, and have comforting demeanors. My fright was absolutely unnecessary because everyone is caring and frequently makes sure that you're ok. They also frequently check on how you're doing and truly want you to let them know if you feel sensitivity. If you do, they are so responsive. Dr.'s Popa and Schultz are extremely knowledgeable with anesthetics to make sure you feel nothing as you move through any procedure requiring it. I've had general cleanings, cavities filled, and 2 crowns done. Unlike every dentist I've had since I can remember, the post-care numbness wears off quicker and I either have no pain at all, as if nothing happened, or I feel very little for a day and that's it! No need for pain relievers. I also don't get the neck pain from the chair and head position. Another super positive with these 2 dentists, they make sure your bite is how it should be. You won't leave with something sticking up such that you can't bite down. Easy scheduling with short wait time. Nice location too. Best dentists and team ever!

Experiencia fantástica: For about ten days when tooth brush touches upper most inner tooth/gum, soreness was felt. Hilda found out there was bacteria infection due to improper /lack of floss with that area. It was amazing that she discovered it without my prior notice.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Li performed my free gingival graft. She cut my frenum without telling me she was going to do so in advance. As a result, the surgery was more invasive than I had expected, and it was three months before I could move my lips without discomfort. Also, one of the stitches in the roof of my mouth left a permanent bump there. It bothers me, and I asked Dr. Li to do something about it but she just dismissed my concern.

She provided gentle guidance throughout the process, and her professionalism and dedication to doing a thorough cleaning were evident. I also appreciated her practical advice on brushing techniques and her tip to use a timer for three minutes. Truly a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had great experiences with multiple dentists at this practice, most recently getting a root canal with Dr. Li, Dr Desta, and Dr. Popa. All three dentists are super skilled and friendly - Dr Popa was especially communicative and considerate throughout the process. I highly recommend them and Dlight Dental!

Experiencia negativa: The lack of professionalism and work experience exhibited by the receptionists left me with a bad experience, and supercedes my good experience with the dentist. This is the reason for my one star and I will NOT return for this reason. Read the other reviews, they're not going to give you accurate insurance info because they have no idea what they're doing. Example: their comment replying "if I can explain my situation clearly". Their receptionists are rude and completely incompetent.

They are easy to reach by phone, text or email, and use technology to save time. You can complete forms online before visits.

If you're someone who doesn't like going to the dentist, this is the place for you. Those mentioned above are so gentle and have mannerisms that can make the most nervous person calm. I felt so relaxed. This is the place to get dental care. They are conveniently located a short walk from either the McPherson Square metro and Metro Center. You will not regret your decision.

Experiencia negativa: It was great until new dentist / office staff took over. I was going to Dlight Dental for a couple of years and it was great. The last time I was in for a cleaning, I got a different dentist from my usual one. Got my cleaning done and got an appointment for six months out. When I showed up for my appointment and they told me they don't take my insurance anymore. So, they had all my insurance information and they did not check, apparently under new management, that they would not accept my insurance until I showed up for the appointment. Frustrating.

Every strategy and procedure was shared with me in a way that I could understand to weigh my options- but Dr. Li is so honest and confident of her skills that she always makes me feel I’m in the best hands possible and trusting her recommendations because she has the patient’s best interests at heart. She is also gentle and the work is relatively painless/ she puts the patient at ease and guides them through the process so feeling relaxed and calm goes without saying. She is also easily accessible in the event of an emergency. Pricing is also fair and honest- and the work is superb. Grateful to have found such a wonderful group of the best doctors and technicians in the business. Yesterday I went for more work with Dr. Valle and his assistant Tamika - SUPERB WORK!!!! My teeth look so natural and my bite is perfect.

Experiencia positiva: Doctor Valle is pleasant enough, but the technician who always seems to do my scans is clearly not skilled at it, since it takes her numerous tries and she constantly jabs the scanner into my gums. Additionally, there isn't any communication what about to expect before going into a visit. One time I was told it was just getting new trays, and I ended up having to get a scan and see the doctor, taking a lot more time than I had anticipated. Lastly, I was told my treatment would be 8 months. I finished that but I now need further treatment and on top of it, I've been on the same set of trays for a month now and it's going to be another two weeks before they can even see me. So, overall disappointed with the service here. The receptionists are very pleasant and try their best, despite lack of clear communication from the dentist and technicians.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a sever tooth pain. I called several clinics none of them attended my requested for immediate appointment. Dlight Dental provided me with an appointment the following day. Dr Lee was amazing. She provides the attention any patient need and she take time to explain the patient situation. She did tooth extraction for me and I had no pain through the procedure.

Experiencia negativa: Very to difficult to schedule, as dentists are not there every day. Office manager texted me thirty times then cancelled my appointment less then a week prior because she said the person in front of me was going to run over. It is clean, and the providers may be good, but office management seems very disorganized and wasted my time.

Experiencia negativa: Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Their service has really gone down and thankfully I have plenty of other options with my insurance. I wish they are less focused on making money and be more solution oriented to customers by valuing their needs. Dr Valle is a horrible dentist and they should close their practice to do better for the society.
