Experiencia negativa: Update: I had to get a root canal and crown, as a direct result of several of their dentists’ negligence. Legally, you will have no recourse, and this office will dismiss you as a patient in the most traumatic way possible as soon as they realize they have majorly messed up. Dr. Kim messed up my teeth terribly. She was also unkind, unempathetic, and rude. However, the entire dental office is a problem. They are horrible to you. When I pointed out that they needed to fix something, and even just said I was in pain, they started to intimate me not to return, saying things like I should talk to legal counsel, that I signed away my right for the dentist to do anything they wanted to my teeth, etc… it was extremely odd and off putting, and I’m in a lot of pain (this was months ago at this point). It will be expensive to just not be in pain again.

Experiencia negativa: The dentists provided excellent care, and the front office staff were quite nice. However, neither excellent care nor kindness can compensate for the incompetence I witnessed firsthand among the staff up front in processing my insurance. I would not recommend ACD to my worst enemy.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this dentistry 0 stars I would.I never have the patience to ever sit and write reviews, but this place has my blood boiling. I have referred 2 other people to this dentist office and they had the same experiences. They are money hungry and their actions show you just that. I went to them for about 2 years, because I have now caught on to their money guzzling tactics I decided to take my business elsewhere were. Since have returned they have been blowing my phone up about returning, in which I ignored, now all of a sudden they are texting me saying I have a bill from 2024. When I was just there at the end of 2025. If this was so, why am I being notified in 2026. They just told me my last visit that my fluoride for routine cleaning was no longer covered which I didn’t understand. So I paid out of pocket. Now they text me today saying I owe for fluoride for my last visit and all of 2024. If I went on to explain what my best friend is currently going through with them I would be writing an entire book. Stay clear of this place! Frauds.

Experiencia negativa: Had done a couple of dental cleanings and evaluations here before. After doing evals with specialists, they offered to quote for Invisalign which I agreed to. The Invisalign specialist/ idk salesperson? Was extremely rude and had made rude remarks on how much work need to be done for my teeth prior starting Invisalign and that was my fault. Went to another endodontist for evaluation and found that the procedure they were going to do was simpler than they were saying and that I didn't need to redo a crown like they were planning to. I am guessing it was to charge more? Just feels like scammy place to go for a dentist to be honest.

Experiencia negativa: This dental office is extremely unprofessional and takes more x-rays than required, assumably to make more money. Safe assumption since they also double charge for x-rays in an attempt of insurance fraud. After the bad experience, attempting to go elsewhere, they also will charge you for the x-rays your insurance already paid for that they also tried to double charge. While trying to settle everything the workers have been rude, attempting to take jabs at financial status, but this place is nothing but an unprofessional, rude money grab operation. They need to be sued and their license revoked.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been here for 4 years and have gone through almost every procedure with this office. I first started with finding someone that would do cleaning and a general dentist, Nancy is a very detailed lady who gets the job done exceptionally. I have never seen my teeth that white from non-bleach products, she's very communicative throughout the process and lets you know what is being done and wants the very best for you. Dr. Kim has been my general dentist for a while and she does amazing being thoughtful in what procedures you should do and consultation. I've had my wisdom teeth removed and and have gone into doing Invisalign and just completed the full round and am now just wearing regular retainers. I love Dr. Pham and his dental assistants, they're so nice and very affectionate with all their patients and makes sure that you know what's happening and honestly getting Invisalign is worth it. I have a better smile, a better outlook of how I look and knowing that my teeth won't scrape against each other. The staff and receptionist are all nice as well during consultations and checkout and do a really good job of following up when your next appointment will be. Highly recommend especially for anyone who uses Delta Dental.

Your approach was not only professional but also reassuring, and it helped me feel confident in the care he was receiving. Experiencia negativa: Update: they responded and said 1. I didn’t exist in their system which was false - I used my maiden name. And 2. That I left a review for their other office, also a lie. Likely to ensure people don’t take the review seriously. I have no reason to lie. I just want to help others by making sure they don’t get scammed here. I am finally writing a review in hopes that it will help someone avoid this dentist office. They are unprofessional and recommend work that is not needed. I should have gotten a second opinion but did not, after sending dental x-rays elsewhere, years later, I find I did not in fact, need a crown. Additionally, when the crown was placed, I noted it was incredibly sore and uncomfortable, and even went back months later to try to get it fixed, but got a generic response that "this is normal." Well, it is not normal - its shoddy work - these dentists dont know what they are doing and perform expensive procedures to pad their pocket books. I am now anxious at the dentist and have had a myriad of issues with this crown they placed because, in a shocking turn of events, they did it ALL wrong. RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

Experiencia negativa: This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. Dr. Kim was abrasive at both my cleaning and the dental filling. She did not listen to me. When I expressed serious concerns about her wanting to fill 6 cavities on the right side alone, she got angry and dismissive. She wanted to overfill every minor problem in my mouth. She dismissed all of my other concerns and did not listen at all to my questions on whitening. I allowed her to fill three cavities on my upper right side. A week after, that entire upper right row was extremely sore and tender. My teeth have been somewhat sore ever since. I am still unable to eat anything hard on the right side of my mouth (appointment was over a month ago at the end of January). I also had an unpleasant and unprofessional text exchange with a front desk employee prior to my appointment, in which the employee was not applying both dental and health insurance despite my request to. I also found it unprofessional that this was a text exchange and not a phone call. They also scheduled my second appointment for 30 minutes earlier than the time I agreed upon. They don't send appointment reminders, so it was simply my word against theirs. They were extremely unkind in their mistake. To top it all off, I needed the x-rays from this dentist to be seen by another dentist to fix these mistakes. They both drug their feet on sending me these x-rays and tried to claim I never filled out a request form. It caused me to have to pay for more x-rays out of pocket. The only good part about the experience were the kind and gentle dental hygienists. They do their job excellently and were extremely nice to talk to. In summary, do not come here. They will try to overfill and will not treat you with any professionalism or kindness.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience with Arlington Center for Dentistry regarding appointments for my kids. On multiple occasions, they canceled or tried to reschedule appointments at the last minute, which was extremely inconvenient. There were also situations where they attempted to delay needed work instead of completing it as planned. My biggest concern is their $75 missed appointment fee. They attempted to charge this fee to Medicaid patients. From my understanding, Medicaid providers are not allowed to bill Medicaid members directly for missed appointments under federal and Virginia regulations. This raised serious concerns for me. Additionally, I found the front desk and reception staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

This reflects how little respect they have for their patients time, money and energy. I asked for a endodontist and a specific one and it was confirmed. In preparation for this, I took the time from work and paid a pretty penny to see this doctor. On my appointment day, when I arrive, I’m not only told that the doctor I specifically asked for wasn’t available, but that the purpose of my appointment couldn’t be met. In stead of an endodontist, (which I voiced I needed several times to the appointment booker) I would be seeing a GP. But WHY? I have a dentist that sent them a referral for the specific work I needed done! WHY would I need to see a GP ? I never even agreed to it! Please DO YOUR JOB.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible, clumsy staff. A filing I had was not done properly. The bite was ill-fitted which even after they tried to fix caused me chronic pain. The assistant also smacked me in the head swinging around the x-ray machine. I just gave up on their care and went somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Good dentists but the receptionists are so incompetent it outweighs everything else. We've had issues the three years we've been going here, but today was the final straw. Arrived at the office to be smugly told the dentist isn't in and they called to cancel two weeks ago. The voicemail was made the same day they texted to confirm the appointment, so my husband assumed the missed call was about confirming the appointment and forgot to listen to the voicemail. They didn't ever confirm the cancellation with us, or try to text or email. Receptionist today didn't apologize or try to help us reschedule. If anyone at the company reads these reviews, another little pain is the 48-hour notice for rescheduling ($125 fee) -- you're a family dentistry. I rescheduled when my toddler had a bad cold and was given "my only warning" because her fever was enough to keep her home from preschool but not enough to keep her from the dentist. Flexibility should go both ways. Finding a new dentist because there has to be a better option than dealing with these headaches.

Experiencia negativa: My son missed an appointment because he had a fever and was feeling unwell. They told me because I didn’t call 48 hours in advance. They would charge me. How does anybody know that their child will have a fever 48 hours in advance? Despite this, the dental office is still trying to charge a fee. I’ve been trying to speak with the office manager for over a month, but they consistently avoid returning my calls. Every time I follow up, I'm told that someone will get back to me, but no one ever does. Till this day, I’m still awaiting a phone call. My next step is escalating this with the Better Business Bureau and the state dental board. I’m really trying to resolve it with the company first. My son truly enjoy his time with Dr. O , One of the few women of color that is a dentist in Arlington. And I would hate to change his dentist just because the office want to avoid resolving this matter with me.

Susana the hygienist made the x-rays and the cleaning so easy that he was actually smiling and even laughed a few times. Dr. O is always wonderful and makes us feel like family. This is a great place to bring your kids. As long as we live in Arlington, we will be coming here for all his dental needs

I would also recommend asking for True- she did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was so gentle and knowledgeable that I requested her for my next cleaning. Last but definitely not least, always love the decor of ADC. No matter what season I come in it is always decorated for the season. Makes me always feel happy and warm!

She took the time to not only do a good job with the cleaning, but to brush her teeth with a actual tooth brush in order to talk to her about HOW to best brush her teeth at home, and reminding her of all the sides of her teeth she needs to brush. First time anyone has done that and so impactful- she did a great job! She was extremely nice to me!!! (Daughter)

Experiencia negativa: I came here because my regular dentist had to cancel my cleaning and this place accepted my insurance. They had a lot of openings and were able to squeeze me in the same week that I called. They asked me to fill out an intake form online and provided instructions (with a map) on where I could park, free of charge. Unfortunately, that's the end of my positive experience with this place. As it was my first time here, they insisted that I get X-rays. The process took quite some time, having to do it several times with one person who got verbally and physically frustrated. Then again with another person before finally seeing a dentist. The "cleaning" didn't leave my teeth feeling clean. It was the shortest portion of my time at this place. The dentist came in and was incredibly judgmental because I wasn't able to afford good dental care for some years. She acted like she didn't want to help me and that I was a second class patient. I'm not even sure she properly examined me. I will not be returning here after the treatment from the dentist and bad experience with the dental hygienists.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had many teeth pulled in the past, I have had many terrible experiences at other dentists. I can 100% say that Dr. Pham was the best I’ve ever had! I had two extractions done and it was a very smooth process. The assistant and the doctor made sure I was comfortable, walked me through every step as it was happening, gave me clear after instructions, I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The doctor was so gentle I didn’t even feel it when the needle went in. I would recommend ACD to anyone needing a dentist/oral surgeon!

Experiencia negativa: I would avoid this group if at all possible. I had a good talk with the dentist about some excess skin/puffy section of my gums and she assured me that based off her physical examination and looking at the x rays they took, it was nothing to worry about and to leave it alone. That it was only a cosmetic imperfection. She then left and a dental hygienist who had not heard any of that came in and spent an hour sticking and scraping at that specific spot, assuring me that she knew best and I just needed to trust her to do her job. She said it was an excess of bacteria that she was removing. It was incredibly painful and my mouth was a dark blue and black bruise by the time she was done. The next day that cosmetic imperfection (basically a mole but on my gums) fell off. It was horrific to say the least.

Experiencia positiva: First time patient, I had an extraction done today. I’m not sure his position/title but never the less Muhammad was sooo nice, comforting and patient with me while assisting the Dr during the service. Even from the consultation appointment he was very helpful overall, wish him nothing but good things and prosperity in life! The customer service,cleanliness, orangization etc. from the overall office is 5/5 from front desk staff to the doctors but beware when it comes to out of pocket costs! If I didn’t had reach out to my insurance to actually confirm the price of the procedure I would’ve been paying an extra $200+ for out of pocket cost not accounting for my $125 deposit at the time. Granted, once addressed the price was altered and the $125 deposit was put towards the remaining balance. Sonia even admitted that she submitted my plan under the “70% coverage “ when I found this place on Cigna.com and it literally states this office has “90% coverage for my plan benefits. In all, I would go back but I would definitely reach out to my insurance to get the correct estimate and prices before paying out of pockets to make sure the financial part is accurate with the invoice the office sent you. Believe the reviews folks!

Experiencia negativa: 1/26/25 Update following office response: It's the audacity and gaslighting for me...you did charge me for the work on the crown - a whole $300 - so please don't say you "offered to redo the treatment at no additional cost." And any "delay in my return to the office" was because you told me I had to see a specific dentist and their schedule was full or they weren't in the office, so that was outside of my control. Believe me when I say I wanted it done as fast as possible. And the offer to have patients reach out is so baseless, I did reach out multiple times, never got a straight answer, and last I checked, your billing department was still supposed to call me and explain why I paid $300 for a crown you fixed that broke again less than 3 months later. Original review: 01/2025 Honestly, it was the worst medical office experience I’ve ever had and would leave 0 stars if I could. When I moved to Arlington, I knew I was going to need some major dental work due to a few missing adult teeth and needing to get implants and crowns. I was optimistic about the Arlington Center for Dentistry as they could do all of that. I wish I could go back in time and never start services with them. The staff at the office is incompetent and not at all helpful. The dentists have terrible bedside manner towards patients and were always curt and rude to the hygienists or assistants. Daniel the hygienist was the saving grace, he was wonderful and so kind and never judgmental. I had multiple appointments rescheduled immediately after made since the dentist had a “change in their schedule.” Once I started work on my two implants and crowns, I couldn’t leave the practice until they were complete due to insurance. However, as soon as the services were done, I immediately found a new dentist. I had two implants and crowns done by them in 2023; which should last my lifetime, I have two others from 2012 by another dentist and have never had an issue. In fall of 2024, one of the crowns came loose and I had to return to this office since they did the services. Everyone seemed to be confused that it was an issue, gave the runaround on why, and then made me pay for a replacement – even though it was no fault of my own – claiming they’d give me a discount to try and make it right and not submitting it to my insurance. However, when I asked about what services I was paying for, it was never really clear. I ended up having to get a completely new crown which screwed up the fit of my retainer and had to get a new one which was another cost. It took about 5 visits to figure out this issue. No less than 4 months later, the same crown started having issues. Refusing to go back to this office for services, I requested my medical records be sent to my new dentist for someone else to fix. I had to call the office multiple times to get the request filled; every time I called they just told me I had to pay for the records – a payment that had already been processed. I also specifically asked for the full records, not just the x-rays, but of course they only sent the x-rays and I had to repeatedly follow-up for the other information which honestly could have just been shared over the phone. I also tried asking if anything could be done about the payment I made for the last crown since it didn’t even work and apparently the billing department “was too busy” to talk to me. I wish I could back in time to save myself some frustration, time, and money. Hopefully this helps someone else who is doing their dental research.

Experiencia negativa: This place scammed me. They said I suddenly had 6 cavities and made me pay up front, no refunds for the fillings. The first filling went terribly, I had so much tooth pain for months after and almost got a root canal at their recommendation. Instead I decided to get a second option at another dentist and not only did I not need a root canal, but they said I did not have any cavities that needed filling! Do not trust this dentist, get a second option! I lost so much money paying up front for fillings I didn't even need, be careful!

Experiencia negativa: TLDR: Punished for trusting staff assurances that my cleaning was covered by insurance. Patients are held financially responsible for the office's clerical errors. This undermines trust in a medical provider. I had been a loyal patient for years, always impressed by the excellent care from the dentists and hygienists. But my trust in this office was broken by their scheduling and billing practices. In 2023, I scheduled a cleaning after being assured that it was covered by insurance. A year later, I received a notice that my insurance had denied payment for maximizing the benefit, leaving me responsible for an error made by their staff. When I contacted billing in October 2024, the representative promised to investigate and follow up if needed. That never happened, and I assumed the issue was resolved—until January 2025, when I was blindsided by a legal threat to pay within 5 days. When I called to resolve it, no one in billing was available—or willing—to talk, despite the urgency of their email. Even after multiple calls, I’ve only been met with unfulfilled promises and more frustration. This situation severs the trust I once had in this office. Patients should feel confident their providers will advocate for their well-being, not threaten legal action over mistakes they didn’t make. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this office and hope they rethink how they treat loyal patients.

Doctor Berman was very professional and was very attentive! I was so impressed by his work that I am bringing my son for a consultation with him as well! A special appreciation to Almaz! Experiencia negativa: Heads up . 1) Arlington center for dentistry did not submitted all the med used during procedure to insurance. When u recieved the explanation of benefits from ur insurance , u see less amount as patients responsibility but Arlington center for dentistry charge u upfront more than ur responsibility. When u visit for explanation, they said we owe u some amount .when u calculate, u find out u got over charge but the refund is less , they explain , we talk over the phone with insurance they are not covering certain med. Question is : why they did not submit all the required med to insurance and let insurance decide ? And not telling the patients before they plan the procedure. patient can not see the charges when recieved the explanation of benefits from insurance because they did not submitted the med to insurance which they used during procedure. 2) please once u finish , visit the Arlington center for dentistry and ask them if u have any refund ? They won’t call or communicate unless u visit and ask for explanation. After couple of month i visit and ask , they said it”s in their system and they communicate at the end of the month . I visited after 2 month because I received the letter from insurance explaining my benefits and patients repo sinks to pay the amount . when I ask why u did not submit all the necessary med , u need for treatment to insurance and let insurance decide what they covered and what not , they said next time we make a note of it . And I ask why did not u called us that they overcharged and we entitled for refund . Answer is it take a time and we communicate at the end of the month . Basically , i visited after two month because i thought i have bills which is pending but actually find out that we got overcharged and no communication from staff for refund. Just for regular cleaning and deep cleaning : cost in thousands , and because they don’t submitted the med they used to insurance, u end up paying out of pocket . when u walk in they will charge u $ and when u recieved the bill is less than what u owe , explanation ur insurance not covered the meds . I said why u did not submitted this med to insurance and let them decide . But they already charge u $ when u walk in and then deduct it from it so insurance never will pay because they never submitted

I had to find another surgeon and schedule mom’s dental work because getting through their messy administration is pain. So we are taking our business elsewhere. Dr. Pham and Dr. Kim are good doctors But front desk staff, and the staff who see you after you leave are not professional and don’t take any accountability Addition on 11/15/2024 ( this response is written after the business responded to my original comment) Dear reader , imagine that they not only lack respect, organization and professionalism but also they will “ terminate care” if you point out to them their lack of organization and professionalism. One of their front desk staff purposely sent a wrong estimate of cost so that we seek another place. The estimate was so inflated that it was 23k. We went to another oral surgeon, discussed the exact same procedure , and the bill was 8k for the dental work that needs to be done. Run away. Really, just run away and don’t deal with this business. They left my mom in pain for three days. Every time I called they’d say they’ll call back in 30 minutes and they don’t call back. When you tell them “ I haven’t received the documents” their answer is “ you got to understand we have other patients”. My next step will be to submit a complaint to the state medical board , and I will present the false and inflated bill that was sent to us, which was sent on purpose in order to drive us away or scare us. The behavior is quite discriminatory. I’ve never seen a business that shoots itself in the foot . Clients will leave if you don’t do your work. Maybe hace morning meetings so your staff can all be on the same page, or get a slack messenger or something.

Experiencia fantástica: After almost 5 years of moving into the area I can say I have finally found my new dentist. Sonia was very kind in breaking down my benefits and what was covered. I’m very happy with her amazing attention to detail, kindness and patience. I look forward to seeing her and Dr. Kim who genuinely care for their patients.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible and unprofessional. Dental hygienist was listening to a podcast on earbuds the entire time. Soaked me with water. Didn’t say almost anything about my comfort. And did a very rough job cleaning teeth. I could tell he just did bare minimum. I told dentist and she was like “yeah some do!” Then Sonia at billing was the rudest person I’ve ever met when I asked standard questions. Then coped an attitude and started talking back to me under her breath. Asked for manager and they agreed and Sonia continued to talk back to me. Completely rude and should be fired. Malpractice for sure.

Experiencia negativa: I had the absolute worst experience at this dental center, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Over the course of 5 visits, I was repeatedly overcharged, totaling an outrageous $650. Despite having valid insurance coverage, they insisted on charging me the full amount for every visit, completely ignoring what my insurance was supposed to cover. To make matters worse, my insurance company sent 5 separate letters directly to the dental office. These weren’t just vague notices but detailed calculations outlining exactly how much the insurance should have covered. Yet, the office blatantly ignored them. On my final visit, I even went the extra mile by calling my insurance agent while at the clinic to go over the numbers with them in real time. The agent provided clear calculations, but the staff continued to charge me the full amount. They assured me the issue would be resolved quickly, promising a reimbursement “as soon as possible” and that their so-called “financial department” would call me the following week. That call never happened. Not once. Six months have passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’m still waiting for a single update or a shred of accountability. This clinic's handling of finances is beyond unprofessional, it’s outright neglectful and deceptive. If you value transparency and integrity, stay far away. They clearly have no regard for their patients’ time or trust.

Experiencia negativa: I really hate that I have to edit this review, but I would encourage all who visit this practice to pay close attention to the billing practices and get a second opinion on treatments recommended. We received treatment for sealents in April ,which typically last 5years however; 6 months later they are insisting we need the same sealents replaced and this time they wouldn't be covered by insurance, because they were just done. Very unethical and disappointing because we've been coming here for YEARS.** ADC update, they infact did NOT replace the sealents we go a second opinion, and our new provider found nothing wrong with the sealents ADC, in fact, prioritized profits over my childs dental health. Their billing is not transparent, and this is on purpose. Just a word of warning so the community is aware.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this business at all costs. They are scammers who will recommend completely unnecessary procedures. I made a routine appointment here when I was new to the area. I have never had significant dental issues so I was surprised when Dr. Kim diagnosed me with SIX cavities, for which I was quoted over $1900 for fillings. I was surprised by both the diagnoses and price tag so I sought a second opinion. ACD charged me $25 just to send my X-rays to the other office. When the other dentist looked at the X-rays and performed a physical exam, he could not find a single cavity. He even took new X-rays to be sure, and did not see anything requiring any dental treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who wore braces for 4 years in my junior years, I was nervous about wearing braces again in my adult years. During my first consultation with Dr. Berman, he made me feel so relieved that he could assist me by explaining the process of correcting my deep bite, even though I have two crowns. I also appreciate his assurance that correcting my deep bite would not pose any issues. Every appointment has been so smooth, and so far I am loving the results; even my husband has noticed a significant change in my teeth. I’m very pleased with Dr. Berman’s service and his orthodontic dental assistants are especially friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate that at every appointment, Dr. Berman discusses the next phase and ensures that I’m comfortable after each adjustment. I’m so happy he’s my orthodontist; he's incredibly professional, kind, caring, and always brings a great attitude. I would absolutely recommend him to my loved ones.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t let the 4.2 rating or pretty offices fool you. Be sure to read and heed all the one star reviews here. ACD took our money for a procedure for our son that never happened. They refused to reimburse us claiming they need to get confirmation from the insurance company, which is untrue. They may respond to this posting making some excuse. If they do, I’m happy to share more details including our emails to prove it. Hopefully my review will help others will avoid this practice and save them the money and hassle we’ve been subjected to. July 19 update - They finally paid us, but less than half of what they owed us. Their rationale for short changing is completely false. Extremely frustrating experience. No apparently choice now but small claims court now. Avoid doing business here if you value respect and transparency.

She is my favorite dentist I’ve ever had. Tammy, one of the dental hygienists is also incredible. Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for my Invisalign with Dr. Kil and regular check ups with Dr. Kim, and Jenny and Nick have been helping me out with my scheduling and bills. Jenny, Nick, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Kil, they are all funny, very caring, and helpful all the time. If you are new to Arlington area and need a dentist, I would highly recommend this place :)

Experiencia negativa: I absolutely hated this practice. I was treated for a fractured tooth. I did not receive a cleaning or any other services. I asked them while I was being examined if they could take a look at my wisdom teeth which were in pain and they refused. I went to this dental office no less than 5 times to treat just the fractured tooth. They ended up drilling out a large portion of the tooth and placing a permanent cap. I have since seen a new more trusted dentist who told me that this was probably a more drastic approach than needed. I'm not sure if that is true because he hasn't seen the x rays but I trust him more. There was no transparency the entire time about what they were doing or how long the process would take. It was very difficult to get them to give me a quote of how much it would cost. Overall working with them was a huge hassle and I do not recommend this practice. Update: I see that the practice has responded. Unfortunately these issues were brought up during the course of my care and they were not addressed nor were they as eloquent in their responses. I spoke with a manger there multiple times and they were not able to provide me accurate quotes in a timely manner or make any attempt to combine some of the appointments to make the visits less frequent. Multiple of my visits were less than 5 minute "consultations". It seems best that if a practice boasts the services they provide here, they might try to have some of those practitioners available around the same times to lessen the burden of scheduling. It felt like an attempt to maximize billing to my insurance at the expense of my valuable time and convenience.

Experiencia negativa: This was a strange experience all around. I was a new patient and was never informed that I could park in the garage below the building. Despite there being no one in the waiting room, I waited about 15-20 minute to be seen. The entire office is strange and was still decorated for Christmas in May....very strange. I made sure all of my records were sent ahead of time, yet they claimed they needed to take new X-rays. The office told me that copies of the x-rays that I provided weren't sufficient, but provided no further explanation. I opened the files and viewed them myself. I've never had any dental problems, let alone a cavity and shared x-rays less than a year old with them. As the patient, I should not be pressured into procedures that expose my body to unnecessary radiation. Even if it's against medical advice, as the patient, I should get to decide whether or not I get xrays. It was clear they just wanted to bill my insurance for extra services. The experience was also strange because only every couple of dental "bays" had chairs... and they didn't have a lot of the standard equipment that you see at almost every dentist office. Despite being in for a cleaning, they did not floss my teeth nor did they give me mouthwash. They just polished my teeth. They also didn't do any type of check for oral cancer along my jaw or throat, as is customary at every dentist I've ever been to.

Experiencia negativa: Beware of certain dentists at this practice who just want to charge you for services and operations you don't need. I am one of the few individuals who have all four of my wisdom teeth properly grown and in place, and none of my previous dentists have suggested their removal. They are cavity-free and do not give me any trouble. However, a dentist at this practice insists that I should get all four removed because my insurance covers their removal. After I refused to have the operations, the practice dismissed me as a patient without giving me a reason.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental practice here is so modernize. I came for the cleaning for the first time, and the process was easy. Didnt have to wait long for the appointment. The dentist took care of my teeth, and did an excellent job cleaning. I will come back for my next appointment for a deep cleaning. Very gentle during numbing with the needle.
