During your visit, we thoroughly reviewed your X‑rays and the condition of your teeth. Several areas had extensive decay, and crowns were recommended because they were the only clinically appropriate option to restore those teeth safely. We discussed the findings and treatment options together, and no treatment was performed without your consent.
We understand that dental care can be a financial challenge, and we always work with patients to find solutions when possible. However, we cannot recommend treatments that would be ineffective or compromise your long‑term oral health. Our practice does not “push” procedures — we recommend what is medically necessary.

Dear Patient , we regret you feel you had a bad experience due to a misunderstanding. We offer a new patient special that includes all the x-rays and evaluation for $125 and a (regular cleaning) if qualified at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot tell the type of cleaning your teeth will require until the x-rays and examination has been done. We will be happy to help you with any further clarification if you call the office directly.
