Experiencia fantástica: Best dental cleaning I've had in years! Ann Ellen hygienist was gentle, thorough, and paid great attention to detail without causing any discomfort. Dr. K checked in afterward and was very kind and friendly. I am glad we switched from a different dentist to her office.

From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with such genuine kindness and care that it doesn’t feel like a typical dental visit. Dr. K is one of the gentlest, most compassionate people I’ve ever met. She takes the time to make every appointment feel comfortable, personal, and even enjoyable. I was honestly surprised to learn that she’s the owner of the practice because, despite everything on her plate, she never makes you feel rushed and she always has a sweet smile, even through the mask. She gives you her full attention and truly makes you feel like you matter. What stands out just as much is the entire team. I wish I remembered everyone’s names because every single person I interacted with was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. I believe her name was Jackie, who provided preventative education about healthy gums! It’s rare to find a place where every member of the staff makes you feel so cared for. For the first time, I can honestly say I feel safe and at ease going to the dentist, and that’s something I never thought I’d say. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I couldn’t recommend Dr. K and her team more highly. They are truly exceptional. 10/10.

From the front desk, to the hygentist (who shares my love of books and not only puts you at ease but actually shows you how to care for your teeth) to the dentist to checkout. 5 stars. They have it all.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my crown eating frozen candy and went to see a dentist I had only gone to because they were open Saturdays, which accommodated my work schedule. She made very uncomfortable and was forcing services on me I wasn't comfortable with. Fortunately, a coworker's mom works at Sweet Smiles (shoutout to AnnEllen) & I frantically texted her and they got me in immediately. Dr. Kangarloo greeted me with the utmost kindness and caring demeanor. I was very shaken up from the previous dentist experience and she assured me everything would be taken care of. I went back to get fitted for a new crown and Dr. Kangarloo made me feel comforted and gently walked me through the procedure. Everyone in the office is so kind and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia positiva: Honest review. I do love you guys but I couldn't give a 5 star. The doctor and the two assistants I met were awesome! But the lady at the front desk seemed upset the whole time specially when I had questions about bill. I should not feel ashamed when Im paying out of pocket so yeah just trying to get priorities to stop the pain while I'm broke financially. I'm sorry but I have to say this. Please update your patient chair. They're very uncomfortable :( the lady that cleaned my top and bottom right was the sweetest but and lost of experience but I felt way more pain with her during the process.
