Experiencia fantástica: Son muy buenos, trabajan bien, son pacientes con los niños, siempre se mantiene muy limpio toda la oficina, le dan cositas al final de la visita a los niños como cepillos, crema dental y una moneda para reclamar un premio al final, cabe destacar la paciencia y la amabilidad del personal, realmente son buenos! A veces la espera puede ser un poco larga pero de resto está bien en general

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been bringing my kids to Smile Central Dental for years my now adult daughter and Son where patients here we always had a great experience the staff is always friendly and helpful and now my 13 year old daughter still a patient here loves to come and get her check ups she used to be so afraid thanks to the staff she is so comfortable with the dentist I just regret that they can’t still be here as adults, thank you for all the years of service I hope Smile Central Dental is here for a long time.

Experiencia negativa: Today we had a very disappointing and sad experience. We went with my child, and unfortunately Dr. Pooja Khurana spoke to him in a very strong and harsh tone during the appointment. As a pediatric dentist, I believe it is extremely important to be patient, kind, and explain things to children in a calm and reassuring way. My son became nervous while she was trying to administer the anesthesia injections, and instead of handling the situation with understanding, she seemed frustrated that he was not staying still. It felt like she expected him to react like an adult, forgetting that she is working with children who naturally feel scared in these situations. I do want to mention that the assisting staff was much more caring, patient, and gentle throughout the visit, and I truly appreciated their attitude. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience, and I expected a much warmer and more child-friendly approach from a pediatric dental professional

The last time I visited was 4 years ago n I said "I would not come back" but I did today, bad mistake they have not changed. I suggest to stick with your gut the first time as to not deal with rude and unorganized site. Good luck n stay safe

But the receptionist accommodated us as well as a couple other patients and within 7m we went into our room Our hygienist (Melissa) was very kind and gentle and Dr.Max was straightforward and crystal clear. It was my first time coming here. I am satisfied with their services

Experiencia negativa: If you have an appointment here clear your schedule because you have a slim chance of getting out of here in less than 2 hours . The wait time is ridiculous and I came 30 minutes early to my son's appointment so when an hour went by and every single person that came after me was seen I asked her when will I been seen and she actually used the excuse that I was early and that's why I had to wait , which made absolutely no sense to any one with two brain cells . Long story short ended up leaving because we have other things to do . I will have to find another dentist . I will be calling my insurance company as well because I honestly wouldn't put it past this place to bill my insurance. Truly a disgraceful place .

I've been to numerous places and never returned because of staff and the environment. My daughter LOVES this place and is ok with returning. She had a tooth extracted and felt nothing! The entire staff was very nice and she helped me book their 6 month appointment before being seen which was very nice. The dentist was so nice, calm and made it easy to brush my baby boy teeth. She had a lot of patience with my baby girl who fought the cleaning. She was talking and singing to her to try to calm her down while cleaning her teeth which was a blessing to me. The second dentist came in to check their teeth to make sure there was no concerns and I really appreciated that. Both babies were good. I truly truly recommend this place. Thank you staff for being so sweet and having patience. You all rock . See you in six months.

Experiencia negativa: Hay una gordita que cuando uno vas hacer una sita le habla ️ muy horrible por esa sola persona se está dañando la atención de esa doctora ‍⚕️ teñía que sacarle un diente a mi niña de 5 por que estaba muy apretado el diente y no se aflojaba y le estaba saliendo el otro y necesitaba una cita lo más pronto posible y la niña tenía unos día ante fiebre pero le dije que le llevaría el examen médico para que viera que la niña no salió con nada para que me le sacaran el diente y no quiso atenderme después que yo ya tenía la sita me la quería poner la sita para un mes tú te imagina como el diente le iba a crecer . La verdad muy mala atención .

The staff is also really nice and the overall atmosphere is amazing. Really clean place too, I accidentally knocked down 2 tools and they immediately replaced them without even letting me touch them. AMAZING PLACE!

En mi caso había asistido a varias clínicas anteriormente por estar descontenta con el servicio, pero una vez que asistí a Smile Central Dental decidí quedarme por su excelente servicio. Recomiendo asistir a esta clínica 100%, y lee exhorto a ellos que continúen trabajando así.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3kids came in for a routine cleaning,they were all seen and finished within 1 hour and 15 minutes! Also, the dentist that saw my kids was very kid friendly! She took her time to engage with them. She was also very informative to me and provided feedback on next steps for my son who needs to see an oral surgeon for a different procedure. Overall, I'm very pleased with the staff and procedures at this location.

Experiencia positiva: Inside staff is great, except for front office receptionists. They dont have any customer service skills. The women are very serious and not friendly. Also i waited 1 hour and 40 min for my son to see the dentist . Why do they give appointments if they dont honor the time.
