Estoy profundamente agradecida por su amabilidad, apoyo y dedicación. Es un excelente lugar si buscas atención dental accesible y de calidad.

Experiencia negativa: No estoy contenta con el servicio ya que me hice unos exámenes y nunca me llamaron para decirme nada acerca de ellos , además yo pague mis servicios en la clínica y los de lab corp me mandaron un bill de un pago extra cuando yo ya había pagado los exámenes en la clínica llame en repetidas ocasiones y nunca me ayudaron no me ha gustado la experiencia ya que los gastos fueron bastante caros para ser una clinica de bajo costo

Experiencia negativa: The dentist office and Medicaid services are subpare, Medicaid manager informed me that the system was down, leading to appointment rescheduling. Upon calling a week later, the system was still down, and the representative suggested calling 211, implying disbelief. Upon doing so, the operator revealed that the system had never experienced downtime, suggesting a report be filed, which aligns with my perceptions of both offices

Experiencia fantástica: My midwife Mrs. Eva Miller and her team are one of the best parts of my pregnancy. She makes me feel so comfortable throughout my journey. I can tell that the staff really cares about every patient, taking everything personal and helping us feel welcomed. I stumbled upon this clinic with my fingers crossed looking for a decent clinic during my pregnancy and what I’ve found are real humans who are involved and hands on with their patients. I have been a part of her pregnancy centering group and I always look forward to our sessions. I appreciate everything they do here! Pregnancy is extreme enough, but they always seem to put my mind at ease!

How Can You Call Someone Three Months In Advance About Appointment. They Need To Have A Better System Because Not Everyone Answer Calls We Don't Know The Number Too. Maybe A Text Message Would Be A lot Better. Now My Daughter Has To Wait Another Month To Have Her 2yr Appointment.

These women in the dental office were so kind to me and when I didn't have the money to get the extractions I needed they were willing to work with me so I wouldn't be in pain anymore. I was able to get the money together to pay them but just the fact that they were willing to help me despite my money situation says so much about this office and the people who work there. I am so very grateful for all they did for me that I am making this office my permanent dental office. I highly suggest if you have dental issues you give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

Every time I visit the office they have done some new updates and add additional services. There improvements are very much needed and appreciated. I've been able to get all my Healthcare addressed with confidence in my Dr. and the staffing. I encourage my friends and family with and without health-care insurance to visit the office.

They answer and put me on hold so fast I can’t say a word then I’m on hold for an hour just to reschedule my appointment. So when I come in with a attitude next time idc. OH WELL. It’s people like me that make it possible for you to make MONEY! I am pregnant and can’t even get a response through the Healow app! Unprofessional. I’m tryna find me another doctor. This ain’t even worth it. I’m in the second trimester and still don’t feel like I’m getting adequate care. Maybe because I’m black.

Experiencia fantástica: We LOVE Kathleen. Both she and Dr. Gray take such great care of our kids. We’ve been seeing them for 2 years. Billing and scheduling are straightforward and the staff are all wonderful as well. They all know how to work with kids. Office is also very convenient to get to, right off 75, and parking is easy. We will stay with them as long as we can!

Experiencia negativa: I tried calling to let them know I was stuck in traffic and was running late. There was no answer and it said they would call me back so I still drove there wasting my gas and time. I did NOT receive a call back. Apparently they only have a 10 minute grace period when most places have 15 at least. They said they would have to reschedule me after I literally drove 45 minutes to get there stuck in traffic. Ridiculous. I didn't even reschedule because I'd rather find a better doctor office.
