Had a fun little waiting room that my girls didn’t get bored or act out while waiting (not a very long wait at all - I hadn’t even finished filling out our forms yet lol). Dr was so kind to my 2 yr old & 1 yr old twins (even through the twins’ little fits) & made especially my 2 yr old’s 1st visits to the dentist something not to be afraid of which is super important as we are just getting started! She’s been asking to brush her teeth like 10 times a day since

She needed 13 crowns, which can feel overwhelming as a parent, but Dr. Baghai and his staff made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Their team communicated the treatment plan clearly, walked me through every step of the process, and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I fully understood what to expect. Most importantly, they treated my daughter with such care and kindness, which made a big difference during a procedure of this size. The professionalism, organization, and compassion of the entire team truly stood out. I’m very grateful for the excellent care my daughter received and would highly recommend Dr. Baghai to any parent looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist for their child.

Experiencia fantástica: I was afraid of being judged for how bad my toddlers teeth were. Went in for a consult and was extremely lucky for there was a cancelation and Dr. Baghai was able to treat all of my daughters cavities. I know it can be overwhelming but Dr. Baghai and his staff are great! He put me at ease and was soooo non judgmental. Thank you guys so so much! My baby’s teeth look soooo good and best of all she’s cavity free!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I hardly leave reviews,but I had to leave this one because of the Doctor.The Dentist was extremely detailed and patient with my boys.He took time to explain his findings, while teachings on effective dental habits.One of my sons throw up because he was crying and upset,the Dentist/Doctor himself cleaned up the floor and was willing to help clean up my son's shoes.This kind of empathy from a Doctor is rare,I was extremely impressed.

I have no complaints , I’m grateful for all the ppl in this office , my son had to be put on anesthesia for his treatment and I was worried naturally but they gave me peace of mind with the way they handle everything. Experiencia fantástica: A few years ago, our 6-year-old daughter needed eight crowns, but her original dentist refused to treat her due to a history of pulmonary valve stenosis, even though it had completely resolved. We were so fortunate to find Dr. Baghai in Garland, who was not only willing to help, but did so with incredible care and professionalism. After getting her cleared for sedation by her cardiologist, Dr. Baghai and his team completed the procedure, placing seven zirconia crowns that matched her teeth beautifully. We wanted to avoid the stigma of a “metal mouth,” and his team supported us every step of the way. We did approve one silver crown to preserve a space for a future tooth, which was explained thoroughly. Fast forward to August 2025, one crown broke, but thanks to the quality of the original work, she had no pain while waiting for her appointment. I was worried about the cost to replace it, especially on a teacher’s salary, but after discussion, Dr. Baghai kindly offered to replace it at no charge. He shared that he comes from an educator family and truly values teachers. His generosity meant the world to us. I don’t often leave reviews, but I know how much I rely on them. If you’re looking for a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Baghai and his amazing team.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited this clinic with my children. The dentist was kind and professional, but unfortunately, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I tried calling multiple times with no answer, and when I went in person twice to briefly meet with the doctor, the staff kept telling me the doctor was unavailable. Because of this repeated negative experience, I’ve decided not to return and cannot recommend this clinic due to the very unprofessional behavior at the front desk.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience here, especially with the help of the fundraising they have available for people with no insurance. We were unable to pay for my daughter's treatment she needed done and they offered an assistance program they had available and we got approved for it. They were able to cover her entire treatment with just a small copay we were able to take care of. My daughter had to have quite a bit of work done and we were so thankful for the assistance they provided us to get it done. We will be returning with our other 2 children as well. They offer the assistance program up to the age of 20 years old!

Experiencia negativa: We love Dr Ben’s office personally because i take my kids there and professionally because i refer patients. Today was not a very good experience, the rda that helped us was not in the mood. My 8 year old even asked what was her problem because she was rough with him! My 5 year old was not feeling the visit (who does) didn’t even struggle on calming her down! 2 tries and off to the Dr she took us. If you are not in the mood or don’t like your job please take a break. It’s a pediatric dental office of course you need patience with children! Terrible person!!

Thankfully we had heard about Garland Pediatric Dentistry and we were able to apply for the charity that they partner with, to cover all her dental work. Dr Ben did an amazing job on her teeth, they look beautiful and i felt comfortable every step of the way. I would recommended to anyone with little ones.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had the worst experience at this dentist. She’s been going there since she was a baby. The dentist told us she had a cavity and refused to do her cavity because of her weight. Also used the fact that she was a Nicu baby as an excuse and that she’s autistic. Pretty much every excuse not to fill her cavity. Made my child self conscious and worried about everything she’s eating even though she brushes regularly and eats healthy. We will not be returning and this was just awful.

Experiencia fantástica: I was really nervous for my daughter’s dental procedure because she had never been under general anesthesia before. The work she needed was extensive so I really wanted to get it done in a way that wouldn’t traumatize her for future dentist visits. They walked me through everything and answered all my questions and were really transparent and empathetic, which helped a lot. It still wasn’t easy watching her go under or wake up, but they helped me through it all. She had a safe and uneventful procedure and had very minimal discomfort afterward. I think the dentist did a great job!

Experiencia fantástica: We traveled all of the way from the pacific northwest for Dr. Baghai to help with our sons teeth. Our son has crowding of his teeth and mouth breathes, this contributed to a rapid build up of cavities between every one of his teeth. We went to countless Drs in our area all we were met with was insurance issues and care providers who seemed like they were judging us// rude and we were not going to go through with a procedure where we didn’t feel they were going to take the utmost care of our baby. Dr . Baghai and his teamed stayed in communication with us the whole time during our trip planning, always assured us and thoroughly explained everything down to the nitty gritty details without any judgement. They were transparent with everything including pricing and break down of pricing. If you are going to trust anyone with your child it should be him and his team. They advertise Mom approved and they are absolutely right

Dentists can be scary for some children (and parents) but he has made my girls and I feel comfortable and at ease. He explains the process to the parent as well as the child so that helps a bunch. His staff is really efficient with scheduling current and future appointments and I would definitely recommend them. From day one I felt like this office really cared about the patients and making sure they are most comfortable, which was my main concern.
