Experiencia negativa: PLEASE DONT GO !!!! unless you are just getting a cleaning and exam. This has been the worst experience of my life!!!!! I had 3 cavities filled at the top and 2 chipped teeth at the bottom filled. I have been back 3 times to get my bite adjusted. I went on 2-21-26 to let someone different fix imy bite and OMGGGG she was an Indian dentist NEW. I told her that my bite is off at the top to just smooth it out. This women has taken to much of my tooth . I hope and pray to god I don’t start having issues with my tooth that she has went to far in. I AM SO MAD.!!!!’ Please just find you a private dentist because this one is TRASH!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had not been to a dentist in over 30 years and decided to try Comfort Dental and the dentist Dr. Carson Lackey met with me in his office and told me what his business was all about and what he could do for me so I decided to schedule some appointments and have some work done on my teeth . Being over 55 this has become very important in my life. Since then I have had several exams, my teeth cleaned and a root canal. Everything has been amazing and I am glad I came by to be a patient at Comfort Dental.

However I did have one issue when I went to get a chipped tooth repaired after it had already been fixed before. I would think that it would be fixed at no charge but that wasn’t the case. I was told I had to pay another copay and I just didn’t think that was right. It wasn’t much but I don’t have a lot of income and the holidays are coming so I wasn’t able to get my tooth fixed. But all in all I think it’s a pretty good office . I give it a 9 out of ten

Experiencia negativa: I was referred to Comforter Dental by a good friend approximately three months ago. My initial visit with Dr. Mark was on July 23, 2025, for a routine check-up, cleaning, and fillings. I wasn’t experiencing any pain at the time; it had simply been a year since my last dental visit. Upon arrival, everything seemed to be going well. I received my cleaning and several fillings that day. Once the work was completed, I was given post-care instructions and released. A few hours later, after the numbness wore off, I began to experience excruciating pain, as if my nerves were exposed. I was unable to eat anything hot, cold, or sweet, and even biting down caused sharp pain. I immediately called the office to inform Dr. Mark and to schedule a follow-up appointment. However, I was told there were no late appointments available, and the soonest I could be seen was in three weeks—two weeks due to scheduling conflicts and the third because Dr. Mark would be out of town. I tried to wait, but the pain became unbearable. After about two weeks, I couldn’t take it any longer and decided to see another dentist at the same office. Although I wasn’t comfortable having another doctor correct what I believed to be Dr. Mark’s mistake, I needed relief. During that appointment, I was instructed to give it a few days and, if the pain persisted, to call back and schedule another visit. About a week and a half later, the pain had not improved, so I called and made another appointment for October 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM. On the day of my appointment, I called ahead to let them know I would be running a little late. I was then informed that my appointment would need to be canceled. At that point, I asked if I could simply receive a refund, as I’d been dealing with this unresolved issue for months. The receptionist informed me that the doctor refused to issue a refund, but that I could reschedule again—for another two weeks out. I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism in my life. I’ve spent months in pain with no resolution, and the lack of concern or accountability from Dr. Mark and the staff is deeply disappointing. I would like to make others aware of my experience so they can make an informed decision before allowing Dr. Mark to perform any dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: Well I've gotten all top teeth pulled on the 6th of this month and my gums still swollen and hurt and still can't chew and solid food and the 3 bottom teeth also pulled so now I have two sharp teeth that hits my top gums not comfortable at all but the good thing about it is definitely didn't feel the teeth getting pulled out. Well I was told that I would be going home with my new dentchires but they didn't fit so I'm supposed too wait 2 more weeks after taking them to have to fit in right and comfortable so I'm waiting for the day . So I'm looking forward for the opportunity to have a set of teeth

Experiencia negativa: I have been using this location for over 3 years now but had the worst experience this morning. I had a routine dental cleaning appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance for 8:20 am. I forgot what time it was exactly in the morning and did not receive a reminder text nor a call. I wokr up early and called around 8 a day was told it was at 820 am. I drove 13 mile to the location. Due yo freeway construction i arrived at 836 but the receptionist girl told me I can't be over 10 minutes late and it against their policy and will need to reschedule. I told her I had made the appointment 3 weeks in advance, did not get a reminder text, called this morning and after confirming it drove 13 miles with construction on the freeway. But she completely disregarded it and went ahead to reschedule it. I walked off pissed telling her dont bother with it. Pathetic customer service. This was a new receptionist I never saw before

Nothing is pleasant about that. But as much anxiety as I have about going to the dentist was put at ease by my dentist. The front office has been nothing but pleasant as well in my first 2 visits. Definitely recommend and will be back. Gotta get my mouth back in order!

Experiencia negativa: Dr John seemed bothered that he had to deal with a walk-in. Dr John was intentionally causing me more pain than I was already in, trying to numb me for an extraction. The pain was way too intolerable, and I told him it was way too painful. Dr. John told me he can refer me to someone else and then left out of his seat and walked away and told the nurse to refer me to a Dentist specialist. Dr John Didn’t offer me any antibiotics for the infection or any pain medication for the pain he caused on top of the pain I was already in. The name COMFORT DENTAL IS A LIE MORE LIKE PAINFUL DENTAL UPDATE: Richland Dental was able to help me and was quite painless compared to my experience at comfort dental. Richland Dental was kind, very experienced and quick service.

Upon leaving your office yesterday I thought that the dentures felt more comfortable. Even as I put pressure on them as if I were chewing, there was little to no discomfort. Last night however, I ate a tuna sandwich on un-toasted bread. The bottom dentures causes acute pain all the way around. Cutting between cheek and gum. Which leads me to wonder if there are businesses that specialize in dentures as a specialist? Because as is, what I have is not serviceable — only cosmetic. Thank you for your understanding. ~ jerry

Experiencia fantástica: I went to three different dentist offices in the span of two days.. this was the fourth office I went to and it was FABULOUS. I came in with a broken tooth and in serious pain(we all know toothaches SUCK) every office I went to before Comfort Dental sent me away or referred me to an oral surgeon. I am beyond happy with my treatment. Doctor Rethlake is hands down the best dentist I have ever seen in my thirty years on this planet. I have the worst anxiety and loathe going to the dentist, hence the broken tooth. lol He made me comfortable, talked to me through the whole removal process and was very transparent. I wasn't fully numb due to infection and he found the spot and numbed me up so swiftly I had essentially no pain as you should during an extraction. My tooth gave him some issues but he was so knowledgeable he knew exactly what to do for a successful extraction. Ruby was also amazing. She communicated clearly and comforted me when I started to panic. This whole office is just full of some amazing staff. SHOUT OUT TO DOCTOR LACKEY FOR HELPING ME GET IN THE OFFICE ASAP. Without comfort dental I would be in so much pain and irritable as all get out. They helped me more than they know.

Previous doctor wanted to abstract her molar but Dr. Lackey express that she was so young for that. The office offered a payment plan. Also referred my elderly mother and they were absolutely the best with her. Finally it was my turn and wow!! They also gave me a payment plan that worked for me. 100% recommended especially if you don't have dental insurance!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I have been a customer here since 2023. I still live and work at the same place. "Nothing has changed!" I mean,"NOTHING!" Despite this, they wanted me to fill out all of the paperwork again. The receptionist said that it was due to HIPPA. There is absolutely no reason to fill out paperwork two years after I filled it out when the only thing different is the date I filled it out. I won't be going back.

Dr Carson Lackey was so kind and was truly concerned about my pain. I was concerned about some blood hours after the extraction and went back up there 10 minutes before closing and assured me it was normal. I was in some pain again due to the numbness wearing off. He prescribed an antibiotic and something for pain. Again, So thankful and grateful…. And out of pain! Thanks so much!

Everyone is kind and patient and they have evening hours which is quite convenient. I just visited Comfort Dental and had another good experience. Rather than a crown, they were able to replace an old filling. My insurance works there and I am so happy with their services.
