Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my braces removed , (maybe a year ago) well about a week ago my retainer broke. I called the office to schedule an appointment to have a replacement made and the staff was so polite in meeting my needs. I want to especially shout out Christina who works at the front desk (the side desk) she reassured me of some minor issues regarding my retainers and that they would be fixed to my satisfaction. Thanks again!!

Experiencia negativa: I was informed that my daughter could transfer her orthodontic treatment to this office, as it is a sister location of the one currently providing her care. I was told to wait until her bottom braces were placed before making the switch. That was completed on October 16th. By the time we made it home, one of the brackets had already fallen off and one of the bite guards had come loose. I immediately called the Gus Thomasson office, as that’s where I was told her next appointment would be. There was some initial confusion, but it was eventually sorted out, and I got an appointment for Monday, October 20th. At that appointment, we met Dr. Jeff, who introduced himself as one of the owners. I explained the issues we were having and that the other office had told me I could transfer my daughter’s treatment. Dr. Jeff then proceeded to tell me—without hesitation—that unless I was willing to pay a minimum of $2,500, he would not accept my daughter as a patient because it would “not be financially worth his time.” Let me make something clear: I still have a balance of over $1,500, and we are only five months into a two-year treatment plan. That means there are still 18 months of claims and payments remaining. This wasn’t about money; it was about my daughter receiving the care she’s entitled to. While my 14-year-old daughter tried to ask how we could fix the issue, I had to explain to her that the doctor was refusing to help because he didn’t think he’d make enough money off of us. And instead of showing a shred of professionalism or compassion, Dr. Jeff looked me in the eye and called me a “shitty person”—in front of my child—for simply repeating what he had said. This behavior was completely unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. No parent should have to stand there and be disrespected like that, and no child should be exposed to that kind of treatment from a supposed healthcare professional.

I don’t recommend here at all ! Don’t waste your money. She went to another dentist and them found the issue and fix it.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Prakash was great! He is super attentive to detail and very honest. He did a very thorough job on my cleaning and so did the hygienist polishing my teeth. The front staff is very polite and they were very thorough with their breakdowns on cost. Only thing I would say is to make sure you’re asking for doctor Prakash if he is available as I have had some bad experiences with other dentists. Overall great place and staff. Would highly recommend for a great and affordable cleaning. You can’t beat 114 for a consultation and a cleaning.

All these qualities are not often seen in one man. Dr. Park came through! He stepped up and got the job done. Let me tell you it was not easy! Pain control was superb. My discomfort was minimized. I was absolutely terrified going in to get my teeth removed and at one point, I even had a full-blown anxiety attack. But the staff was incredible. They talked me through everything, reassured me, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Farooqui was so gentle and to my surprise, I didn’t feel a thing. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a smooth and pain-free experience all because of the kindness and professionalism of everyone there. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, this is the place to go. I’m beyond grateful. 10/10 recommend this location, team, and doctor.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever. I came here because my crown came off. First I had to pay out of pocket and then they submit your claim to the insurance company. Second they called me because my permanent crown came in. (Ok, when would you like to make an appointment to get your permanent crown put in, Friday would be good. Your doctor won’t be here Friday. When will he be there. Well, I don’t know because he is a traveling doctor. She told me , I will call you back when we get his schedule. So why did you call me and ask me to schedule an appointment to get my crown in.) Third, my temporary fell out. Came in and asked if the doctor on Site can put it in, no it has to be your doctor because he won’t get fully paid if the other doctor put it in. They are worried about the doctor getting paid and not the patient getting the best treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Experiencia negativa: 2019 got my braces done spoke with the doctor about permanent bottom retainer he stated he doesn't like to do them but for my case since I stated it will be hard for me to keep them in he said he will make the one exception. I was told it was included in my my pricing, now 2025 they claim they have no record of me getting permanent retainer included and if I want it, I will need to pay 300.00 as well as need to pay for my on cleaning when I was originally told after they remove the braces they will clean. The tech states oh I just cleaned the glue you will need to pay for your own cleaning once off, the technician she was very rude throughout the entire process.

There were 20 people in the lobby waiting when they “opened “ the front door. The staff literally walked in and through the lobby- tardy. Experiencia fantástica: I came into the office in excruciating pain and left happy. I needed 4 wisdom teeth extracted and 1 molar. The staff was super nice and patient and explained everything to me and DID NOT make me feel like I HAD to get everything done. The procedure was super quick and the staff kept making sure I was super calm and relaxed. These people are the only people I will be trusting with my teeth from now on for sure.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited Smiley Dental & Orthodontics for my annual cleaning, and it was the worst dental experience I've ever had. Being new to the area, this was my first visit to this location. Dr. Pukar began the cleaning, but after only five minutes and just my bottom teeth cleaned, he told me I was done. Confused, I thought perhaps the hygienist would complete the job. However, the hygienist only polished my teeth and confirmed that the cleaning was finished. When I questioned this, she seemed puzzled and reiterated that I was done, claiming all buildups were addressed. Feeling unsatisfied, I shared my concerns with the front desk staff. After consulting with the doctor, they asked me to return inside, and another doctor finally completed my cleaning. This experience was incredibly frustrating, but as a person of color, I’m glad I advocated for myself. If you choose to visit this practice, be vigilant and stand up for your health. I do not plan on returning to this dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: Was scheduled for clear aligner consult on 5/3/24. Took half the day off, and made the purpose of my visit crystal clear to the front desk staff. Arrived 23 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. Waited 45 minutes after having X-rays. Dr.Anne was the provider on duty, and she refused to even make eye contact with me even though she kept walking past me. At first, I was confused about who was who. NOBODY wears a name badge. Credentials are not visible. After waiting 45 minutes, a young man in scrubs walks up to me, starts reclining my dental chair and puts his hands on my mouth w/o saying one word to me. Rude. Unprofessional. The level of disregard. It was a nightmare. Terrible experience. I politely hold my hand up making him pause.. I introduced myself and asked if he would do the same. He identified himself as K.P. I learned he was a dental assistant and the actual provider DrAnne could not be bothered to speak with me or examine me because she does braces not aligners. So, instead of just talking to me, she ignored me and eventually sent her assistant out after I’d been waiting 45 minutes only after I inquired about how much longer it would be. Dr.Ann did speak with me after I insisted she do so. Disgusting attitude. Very unkind. Cold as ice. Looks down her nose on the patients that she can’t make money off of. It was her responsibility to examine me and show courtesy even if she has to refer my care to someone else. The people in this community deserve so much better.

Experiencia negativa: I have never experienced something like this ever. I took my 2 children here this week and was treated so poorly. My daughter came in for a check up and ended up leaving crying. And don’t even get me started on the customer service, they was rude and unprofessional. My daughters appointment was set at 11 and didn’t end up being see until 12:30. And when they seen her they were rude and disrespectful. Saying things like it wouldn’t hurt if you brushed your teeth PLEASEE my daughter was only in pain cause of the noise the drill makes( she has sensitive ears). It was just very unprofessional and terrible I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!!!

Chris and let's ask ourselves why he had an attitude? you work with children sir ! your tolerance and your patience is a must you were rude and disrespectful and made everybody feel uncomfortable When you've been made aware that you're working with somebody who has a social disorder and or any other kind of disorder you would think that you would at least be on the same page as the rest of your staff when it comes to your treatment of your patients continuously exhaling as if she was an inconvenience. Was getting paid × 2 bothersome for you? again a child you ridicule them and chastise them by saying well brush your teeth implying that they don't please do not act like you are doing us the recipients a favor by providing a service that we have to pay for and you can keep your condescending attitude to yourself if you don't know how to serve the public in a professional manner disgusted will not be coming back to your facility will be reporting this to the better Business bureau and anybody else who's interested in hearing I repeat do not take your child to see dr. Chris.

They explain to me and telling me you are in good hands. I will give this office a try . My insurance is take care my exam and X-rays . I do not have to pay anything . They are in network with my insurance. The doctor did my exam and told me I have no cavities just need cleaning and ortho consult and night guard . They said I grind my teeth at night . I ask them how much is cost for braces . They told me flat $2500 and your insurance cover $2000. Oh lord , I only have to pay $500 . I can’t believe it so I schedule for my night guard and braces . I’m so excited i hope they will take good care of me throughout my braces treatment . I will holler to all my friends and my families . I will update my upcoming appointments.

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service ever at this location Breonna and the other ladies up front have put me on hold for the last 2 hours to never return to the line and assist.. I would avoid this location cause you can’t get nothing done over the phone you basically have to leave work to get assistance from this location they are flat out rude and corporate needs to monitor all phone calls to see how there paying customers are being treated. This is not how you treat customers I’ve asked for corporate number I’m placed on hold another 15 mins cause there stating they don’t have it. Don’t waste your time or energy on this place the staff is rude and very unprofessional.

Dr. Navarro was one of the referring orthodontics that we would refer to and had gone to school with the Dentist I worked with, he was always so kind. Once my oldest was old enough to get braces I knew I would be looking for his office to help. I am so happy I did they made the process real simple yes there was a little wait but nothing that I had to complain of. I did not see Dr. Navarro but I did see the the orthodontist that was there that day and she was so kind and explained everything to me. My son had the teeth that needed to be extracted and he finally had his braces put on yesterday. Again Dr. was nice staff was kind and we My son and I left real happy. Thank you all for your help.
