Experiencia fantástica: Dr Appolito and Sophi were really fantastic. We took our son to Texas Tiny Teeth for a second opinion; the first dentist we went to was not great, poor bedside manner and felt like they were there just so they can get as much extra money out of you that they could. The experience with Texas Tiny Teeth was the complete opposite. Everyone was extremely friendly and informative, the doctor was fantastic at explaining everything in detail. When we went in we had the expectation from the previous dentist that our son would have to be put under because his teeth were so bad and he had so many cavities; Dr Appolito was very reassuring that he was fine and took away all that doom and gloom away. Fantastic experience, I may have to ask if they work on adult teeth too!

I really appreciated her effort in explaining everything and sharing best practices for caring for her teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience! My daughter had a dental emergency and I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get her seen quickly. The team there did just that! Lorena was very careful & kind to my daughter first. Following that, Dr. Minnie (I apologize if I spelled that wrong) was thorough, gentle, and such a great dentist! I also have to mention her cute socks & shoes that put a smile on both of our faces! She quickly determined what the issue was and helped me with our next steps. My daughter was feeling better and I was at peace after our appointment. Providing us with that peace means EVERYTHING to me & my family, especially during scary situations. Thank you to the entire Texas Tiny Teeth team, along with the amazing women I mentioned!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had been going to Tx Tiny Teeth since her very first dental visit as a baby, and she is now 6 years old. Unfortunately, after our recent experience, we decided to switch to another pediatric dentist. The main issue was with the front desk staff, specifically Alex and Krystal. Scheduling became unnecessarily difficult, and communication was very unprofessional. I ended up taking my daughter elsewhere for her cleaning, but she still needed treatment completed. Her insurance fully covered the treatment she needed, yet I was repeatedly given conflicting information regarding coverage and scheduling. Instead of helping resolve the issue or explaining the next steps, they simply canceled her appointment and gave little to no direction afterward. When I asked if I needed to call back regarding my daughter’s treatment, I was met with the response, “For what?” which came across very dismissive and unprofessional. Each time I called, I had to re-explain the entire situation because the staff acted unaware of previous conversations and continuously transferred me back and forth between each other. After 6 years of being patients there, the experience was very disappointing and frustrating. Thankfully, I was able to switch providers quickly and got my daughter scheduled at a new pediatric dentist the very next day, where we were treated with kindness and professionalism. I truly hope other families have a better experience than we did, but unfortunately, due to the unprofessional communication and unkind attitudes we encountered, we will not be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: First dentist appointment visit for my son and nephew and we absolutely loved it. The check in process was smooth and the fact that they have a little play kitchen area for them is the best! Helped the boys relax a bit. And once we got to the back there was tops a 5 min wait for the doctor. The cleaning and check up process was faster then how long it took me to fill out the forms online. Its a good thing lol. I loved that the dentist was super sweet, soft spoken, and very detailed. This is our spot for sure!!

Experiencia negativa: **Parents** Caution!!: if you value your children's comfort, proper pain management -even After paying for extra extra pain management care; also, if you want to be absolutely sure of treatment plan recommendations (i.e. only 2 cavities-but told 6 cavities for example) then Get a Second Opinion BEFORE you pay this center. **Please see the outside -other reviews to validate our family & neighbors experiences. We found & read the outside reviews re: suspected over & inaccurate billing, padded kid treatment plans etc AFTER we relocated & several in our circle got the 2nd opinions. Worse, the front ofc deemed as "sweet" on "their" reviews can be very curt & even rude when parents circled back to question the treatment plan, treatment, pain experienced by children. Worse -other providers have had to literally "fix" incorrect procedures. When asked for our childrens' medical records & with our & insurance cos' bill audits - we had major concerns with not being provided this info as requested. Lastly, we all found discrepancies in charges. When you call -be ready to be talked in a "circle" , refuted etc. Caution parents. There are so many other pedi dentist. Notice posted!! We are/were Real Patients!!

I didnt even go to the back with her! she got a popsicle when they finished and she was surprisingly happy and did not have pain. Experiencia negativa: 0-star at most. This place is so bad that no one comes. They don’t even open during the regular 5-day work week. To get a record, you'll need to wait for at least 2 weeks before they may be able to locate your record. They just refuse to give you record if you decide to pick a different clinic. They can impose $100 fee at any time for any reason if you decide to cancel appointment. Who knows when my kids might be sick and won’t make it to the appointment? Technically, the fill-in was not smooth by unskilled dentist. This is a super simple task that dentists are trained to do. We had to come back to have it grind down as the kid wasn't able bite down properly. We had to wait 4 days to get it for the "doctor" to come to work as they don't open 5 days a week as most office. They wouldn't let parents to stay near our kids to provide emotional support during dental procedure. Any reason why they're the only facility to make up this weird policy? The kid came out with cracks on lips on the side of the mouth due to excessive stretch of the mouth. They still blamed on the kids. Shameful!

She was rude, busy with her phone, unorganized, and unhelpful when I had questions about my appointment time, although it’s our second appointment, she said you are 3 minutes late and we give the appointment to the next patient. The poor communication made the entire experience frustrating. I won’t be returning.

Everything was so clean, there were so many things to keep the kids entertained in the waiting room as well as the exam rooms, and the staff was just so kind and reassuring. Dr. Meni and Ms. Deici truly went above and beyond to help my kids feel comfortable and enjoy their experience. Dr. Meni also did an amazing job explaining her findings from the exams to me in a way that was straightforward and easy to understand. And a huge shoutout to the amazing receptionist at the front desk! My daughter ended up needed to get a procedure done that I was feeling nervous about but she did an awesome job helping calm my nerves. This will definitely be the only place i plan on bringing my kids!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist office that we have been too! My child has autism and I've always has to use a specialist but he was able to be serviced with out any issues or tears. I'm able to bring all my kids and they have convenient appointment times, I would definitely recommend. They also have a pretty cool play area for the kids . Experiencia negativa: I was not informed that parents are not allowed to go back during treatment. Only dental office this has enforced this policy, and I was happy to cancel treatment and get a refund. My daughter is a minor and I would not feel comfortable with her doing treatment while under nitrous oxide. I had additional issues prior with the treatment plan they recommended. They added a 2nd visit an additional $190 out of pocket work that my daughter did not need. I only found out because I was able to revert back to the dental office that referred her to Texas Tiny Teeth. They agreed to only do the treatment she needed but when needing to find a pediatric dental office that you trust, I would not recommend this one.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter is a single mother, with no dental insurance who took her son in for an exam. She was told he needed to cap 4 baby teeth and had 9 cavities, and would likely need sedation for all of this dental work, which is also expensive. As someone who worked in the dental industry for 20 years, I suggested she get a second opinion, as this seemed excessive. The dentist she took him to yesterday said he had 2 cavities!!!! I am very upset that these people were out to take advantage of a young, single mother with no insurance. I would definitely get a second opinion before doing any treatment with this organization.

They identified the issue, got him the medication he needed, & scheduled him for a procedure the following week! They have been great - from front desk staff to the dentist, the assistants, everyone! They are so professional and kind to me and so sweet to my son! They will be our primary dentist for the kids now! I love that I know exactly what procedures will be done and pretty accurate costs (pending insurance) so there are no surprises! I wish all doctors and dentists offices were run like this place! The visit in general was very easy from check in to check out. The office also has several different play areas to keep your child busy while you’re waiting. Experiencia fantástica: We recently had to change dentist due to insurance. It's always nerve wrecking for a parent to meet a new doctor for their kids. But when we first walked in, it was so welcoming. I absolutely love that their is several spots for children to play and a big space to play in. I really appreciate that it is so kid friendly and not like a doctors office. We had our first appointment and we had Dr. Meni treat My son. My son is outgoing but meeting new people/doctors had always been rough with him. She was so gentle with him and very patient with his concerns and anxiety. I absolutely loved her and will go here from now on. Everyone in office was so kind to him and to me. They were very welcoming. We went in the afternoon and normally everyone is trying to rush to leave but we were treated so well. I left texting my husband letting him know that we loved coming here and will stay with Dr. Meni at Texas Tiny Teeth. I recommend y'all come here instead! Great place too bring your children to for a dentist!!
