Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist you can trust!!

Experiencia fantástica: They very nice and good dr is caring about her patience!!

Experiencia negativa: For self pay patients they can't even estimate a quote for a cleaning over the phone, just that you will either need a regular or deep cleaning and can only find out after paying for an exam and xrays. That seems super sketchy.

Experiencia fantástica: Going here for many years, always been absolutely amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, the staff was gracious, very professional and accommodating. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nam for a long time. My appointment felt like, a visit with old friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I always enjoy my visit with Rodem Tree. I have taken my grandchildren there for over 10 years and now I started going there about a year ago. My previous dentist moved too far away, so I thought about trying Rodem Tree for myself. I have been there three times and had a great experience every time. Staff is friendly and Dr. Nam is patient and kind. I needed a Saturday appointment so this worked out great!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to Dr. Nam for crowns, cavities and now an implant. I have had the best service and the least amount of pain than any other experience with a dentist. Dr. Nam and her assistants are so calming, supportive and up-to-date on the latest technology in what I thought was going to be scary and painful experiences. Their staff really treats you like family and are willing to help with scheduling and financing. I brag about them to my family and friends all the time.

Experiencia fantástica: great customer service!

I definitely recommend Rodem Tree Dental as your personal preferred choice for Dental Hygiene and service provider

Experiencia fantástica: This was the best experience I have had in a dental office. I’ve hated going into a dental office all my life and I’m in my 60’s. The dentist had a great bedside manner and her and her whole staff made me feel at home. This office is a keeper for me and I live in Houston and will be returning to Rowlett,Tx

Experiencia fantástica: We love Rodem Tree Dental, the team are so professional, friendly, and easy to work with. My kids also love them.

Experiencia fantástica: Over all quick thorough and easy! Great spot no complaint's , and very polite employees.

Experiencia fantástica: I suffer from immune disorders so unfortunately, I ended up having to get eight crowns! As you can imagine this was a huge expense however; the staff and Dr. worked with me on the cost, and because of that, I was able to get all 8 crowns. I couldn't be happier. The staff was so helpful, and the work was excellent. Thank you for everything!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr Nam! This office is top notch experience ! Clean friendly staff and of course Dr Nam wonderful Dr❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Rodem Tree Dental - owned, managed and worked at by the amazing, conscientious, principal, Dr. Nam, is the perfect place to get implant surgery. Having three implants and one that failed after 20 plus years, I was blessed to choose Rodem Tree to restore it. Thus far, the experience has been outstanding!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff! Always feels like family when I come in, even with my 15 year old! Dr. Nam is so sweet and very professional. I always appreciate how she will take the time to explain things to us.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing what a genuine caring dentist can do for dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, helpful and professional. What more could you want/need?

Experiencia fantástica: I had an outstanding experience at Rodem Tree Dental. Robin, who works at the front desk, is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Nam is truly exceptional. Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been coming here for years and we love it! The staff is extremely friendly and they work with you on the prices. Plus they have Saturday appointments which is perfect for us.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING. This team is so warm and friendly. I particularly loved the reminders they send prior to the visit to confirm you’re still about to make it. The office is clean and decorated beautifully. They offer drinks and snacks in the waiting room. But the best part is the staff. They make you feel like you’re seeing an old friend. (Neat bonus - they let me choose what tv show to watch in the overhead tv!)

Experiencia fantástica: It has not failed.....ALWAYS a GREAT dental experience with Dr. Nam and Rodem Tree Staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so very happy with my care from Dr. Nam and her staff. Dr. Nam is not only extremely professional but a master of her craft. She is so very personable, compassionate and relatable. It also has to be said that Rodem Dental is affordable. I have been to other dentist in the area. I felt their fees where extremely over inflated . I understand that dental insurance does not cover as much as it should. But to charge the patient such absorbent fees puts dental care out of reach for many. Which is shameful! Rodum Dental is fair with their fees and provide extremely great care! I am an extremely satisfied patient!

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, super nice staff, very proffesional. Kelly was awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here was very helpful and nice and i had a great experience. They are open late so i was able to go after work which was really nice:)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nam and staff were friendly and courteous. Everyone made me feel comfortable as a new patient

Experiencia fantástica: As always the courtesy, friendly staff and expert care by Dr Nam is top notch!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a filling fall out(from a previous dentist at another location) i tried calling multiple places but no one would fill it my first appointment. They all want patients to coke in for X-rays and then another appointment for actual work. When i called Rodem tree i was very blunt about needing work done the day of my appointment haha. They had no problem getting me in fast and filling multiple cavities. I really do recommend this office. They really made sure i was calm and not in pain while they worked! Love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Well. My teeth are clean. But my favorite part is the people.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Rodem for 8 years. Dr. Nam, Jenny, Kelly, Lexi and everyone else who works there are literally the best at what they do. A family that welcomes you and takes care of anything you need. I've had braces and gotten crowns. With each and every interaction they have never disappointed. I love them, I truly love them all.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Nam is the best. Everyone in the office is always pleasant and friendly. Never wait time they are always on time for my appointment. Office is always clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Customer Service and experienced staff. They make going to the dentist pleasant and fun!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really like everyone there. They are so friendly, and they make me feel welcomed every time I go there. Dr. Nam is patient and knowledgeable, and I feel her team takes personal interest in me, and the care of my teeth. I've had different dental needs, which they have taking care of each time. Lately I have two dental implant work in progress. They use the latest digital imaging technology and 3D navigation to precisely position the post. There's no incisions and very little invasive side affects - all leading itself to less pain - did I say LESS PAIN! I have also appreciated there willingness to work with me with insurance and payment plans that work for me. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Rodem Tree Dental just performed dental implants for me. After I almost gave up hope, Dr. Ellen Nam restored it to me. I discussed my condition with various doctors, and they advised me that getting my implant surgery would be extremely difficult and expensive. I value Dr. Nam's integrity and expertise. Now that I have a confidant, I can smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, professional and caring service from Dr. Nam and her staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love everyone there. I feel like family. They won't let me leave until I am happy with my appointment. Dr. Ellen is sweet, patient and knowledgeable. Lexy, Jenny, Kelly, Chris and Indira are absolutely wonderful people. This place offers different options for your dental needs and they work with your insurance to make paying for your dental work as painless and as inexpensive as possible. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I've never had a more positive experience with dental care. Dr Nam and her entire staff are committed to making sure you receive the best care from your first contact and through every part of your experience. Much more than just receiving quality care she genuinely cares about all of her patients and it shows. To properly detail all of the reasons to recommend Rodem Tree would take far too much space so, in short, you will not find a better, more caring or highly skilled dentist and staff than Dr Nam has assembled. Best dental care bar none.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nam is by far one of the best dentists I have ever had. She and her team have given me one of the most excellent customer service I have ever received. She is not only a very qualified dentist but she is also a very pleasant person to interact with. You will not regret chosing Rodem Tree dental for all of your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks Dr. Nam, you and your staff have provided me and my family with 10 years of great service. Your facility is clean, staff is friendly and most importantly your business hours are convenient. This is the reason why we continue to come back! I would give you a 10 star rating if it was available!

Experiencia fantástica: Steven loves going to Rodem Tree dental. The staff are so friendly and make him feel special.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor is so kind and explained everything in very detail. She treated my cavities very well and made me so comfortable. I highly recommend Rodem tree dental.

Experiencia positiva: my family and I have come here for several years and absolutely loved our dentist and dental assistance however the receptionist or office staff (whoever makes the appointments) has an issue being respectful and customer service centric. Because of this I have chosen to start my families treatment at Bayside Dental in Rowlett. I just don’t have tolerance for poor customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Rodem Tree Dental for a year now and have had great experiences. The staff is extremely friendly and takes care of your needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I am literally terrified of the dentist. I get anxiety and high blood pressure as I walk through the door. Every single person who works at Rodem is so understanding, so patient, and just all around wonderful to work with for any dental procedure. I have gotten a root canal there and it was the smoothest root canal I have ever had from prepping for the procedure to the after care plan everything was a breeze.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a new patient here recommended by family and friends. So far, my experience here is pretty amazing. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Very clean and nice place!

Experiencia fantástica: We're first time patients here. But we've been recommended by MULTIPLE people including family and friends. The place is nice and clean even during this pandemic season. We've heard nothing but the best from this office and they live up to the hype! Glad to have found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a new patient at Rodem Tree and I love it already. The atmosphere of the office is warm and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe coming during the pandemic because of the measures they are taking. You have to call them when you arrive and they tell you when to come in. They take your temperature and have you fill out a COVID screening as soon as you come in. Everyone is nice and Dr. Nam is great. She makes sure you are aware of your treatment plan, shows you pictures and explains what’s going on, and tells you all costs associated before performing the work. I will be back!

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my first visit to what is now my new dentist and let me tell you this place is great. I've never felt so welcome and well looked after at a dentist office. Seriously, this is the first dentist I have ever had that puts your comfort first to make sure you have as enjoyable an experience as possible. As someone who has a bit of anxiety when it comes going to the dentist they quickly picked up on it and made sure I was able to relax. I am actually looking forward to going back even.
