Experiencia fantástica: Hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years. I knew I needed to get some work done. Found Dr Laun online and decided to go. Long story short, staff is extremely professional and proficient. Dr Laun did a great job at initial exam discussing with me my issues and options, but leaving decision up to me. Office staff is polite and has done a great job getting me the most out of my appointments. I couldn’t recommend this dentist practice more. Everyone I have encountered has been 100% professional and experienced!

Experiencia negativa: I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out here. They got me scheduled pretty quick, which was nice, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. There was almost no communication.. they gave us a sheet of paper and that was it. No one explained what was happening or what to expect. There were about 15 people in line, and the whole thing felt rushed from start to finish. As I was waking up from anesthesia, my mom passed out in the room. The staff barely helped her, just helped her up a little and then said, “We need to get her out of here, we have a long line of patients.” No concern at all for either of us. I was still out of it from the twilight drugs, confused, and they were rushing us out the door. The lady helping my mom to the car was rude and short with her, and we still got no real information besides the same paper they handed us earlier. They treated us like we were just another number, not actual people. I do not recommend this place at all

I called yesterday because I have wisdom teeth coming in and bothering me, and he was able to fit me in today and we were able to make a plan to get this taken care of. They fit me into their busy schedule for immediate treatment and pain relief and even stayed after hours to complete the procedure. He was initially scared, but the dentist and hygienist were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to explain everything to him, comforted him, and even let him explore the equipment so he could feel more at ease. I truly appreciate how welcoming they all were. The receptionist was also wonderful—she kept our son entertained with toys and his favorite show on TV. I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Easter Sunday, my husband had a terrible tooth pain that had him laid up in bed. The pain was debilitating. He contacted Dr. Chakmakjian on Easter Sunday (it was Easter Sunday! Can’t say that enough) and got not only a response, but got a prescription called in AND an emergency root canal scheduled for first thing Monday AM. We’re so thankful to have a dentist who prioritizes his patients and even answers emergency texts over the holiday. Promise we won’t text you again on Easter lol. His staff is the absolute sweetest and we always have a great experience getting our annual cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: Can NOT imagine going anywhere else! My first visit and I feel like I just met some new friends. Dr Chris, Alissa, Harris and even Dr. Chris’s wife are literally incredible. So friendly, so professional, so fun! We left feeling like we couldn’t wait to come back! Even my daughter (8 years old) didn’t want to leave cause she enjoyed her visit so much! I feel like I won the jack pot finding this dental practice! Forever patients!! Ps… a quick shout out to Harris (the guy who I talked to when I was scheduling my appt) He wasn’t there at the time of my appt and the receptionist says to me.. “Harris wanted me to tell you that he was so sorry he wasn’t here to meet you” I mean gosh this kind of care and treatment is not so common these days!
