After a really terrible experience at another local dentist that left me with a lot of pain and huge expenses, I set out to find the best dentist in Rockwall by sifting many reviews. I have to say Dr George has been my best dentist yet. I went to her office with an emergency dental appointment convinced I had two terrible back molar cavities. She evaluated my teeth with a scan and found what all past dentists had not mentioned, that my tooth pain, headaches, and teeth prone to cracking were being caused by my misaligned bite causing uneven pressure points on some of my teeth causing many micro cracks and pain from the strong pressure points. I took her advice and took the plunge to start Invisalign which was the best decision! No more headaches, tooth pain, or jaw pain. I love my new smile and feel this realignment of my teeth will prevent the cracks and stress from my bite putting extreme pressure on my teeth. I wish I had known years ago to get my teeth aligned! I might have been spared years of waking up with headaches and jaw pain. I also love that she and her staff are so kind and ease my dental anxiety!

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I visited ARC 32 Family Dentistry, Heath clinic for my teeth cleaning. Dr. Susan and all staff members are very co-operative and their services are excellent.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at this dentist and want to warn others. They require all new patients to do a “deep cleaning.” This happened to both me and my husband, exactly the same way. After taking X-rays, they immediately claimed we had periodontal disease and said a regular cleaning was not an option. When we asked if we could just do a standard cleaning, we were flat-out denied. Deep cleaning, of course, comes with significantly higher out-of-pocket costs, which made the situation feel very transactional and suspicious. It felt like a one-size-fits-all diagnosis rather than individualized care. I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here.

Experiencia negativa: I have a very concerning experience that I refuse to let go without letting my voice and experience to be heard. I have experienced blatant dishonesty from this practice. Please skip to the 4th paragraph if you don't want to read about my history. I was with my previous dentist for 8 years before this. I have good insurance, and got cleanings every 6 months, and x-rays yearly. Due to this, I have a good history of my dental records. I have had honest communication from my previous dentist whom is not profit seeking. She tells me of my "watch" areas; the space where a cavity is likely to form eventually that will have to be filled, bit that it's not time yet. (Point is she could easily tell me to drill and fill but it's been years and she says I'm doing a good job keeping it at bay.) I am NOT scared of drill work, but if it's not nessesary a doctor should not be pushing procedures on you that are unnecessary just to gain profit. This practice, where Dr. Susan George sees patients, has blatantly exaggerated the heath of my teeth. I was pressured to get 3 cavities filled; and also, they refused to do a general cleaning for me, saying I needed a deep cleaning. The numbers that the doctor called out for my periodontal charting were basically doubled. (I have since went back to my honest dentist and my numbers were the same as they were 2.5 years ago) This place LIED about my health, and pressured me to get work that I DO NOT NEED. I was also told I have periodontal disease. The nurse brought out a chart showing what happens if you let your teeth get too bad, and it was absolute fear mongering. I sympathize pondering about other patients who come to this place that cannot afford a second opinion. If this practice responds to my review with nonsense about calling to discuss. Or talking about we strive to provide the best care. I will post my comparative numbers as proof of my story. Do not try me. Do not respond to my comment trying to get ahead of your mistake. I am a single voice and I demand to be heard.

Experiencia negativa: The dr told me I had 6 cavities and needed some dental work done. I've never had a cavity in my life so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. My second opinion dentist examined me and said that I did not have any cavities nor needed any dental work done. Thank goodness I trusted my gut and didn't let her start drilling away in my teeth for no reason.
