Experiencia fantástica: It truly takes a lot for me to trust dentist easily. Working on my mouth is way too close to my brain and heart. Plus I’ve had a horrible root canal experience in my!younger days. An experience I will never forget..however, ND Endodontics has given me a totally different experience in terms of dental work. Dr. N and his assistant were attentive, caring, gentle and very passionate of their work. Countless times they reassured me they would take good care of me and that they did!!! ***** 5 and more stars from me!!!!

The endodontist asked periodically during the procedure if I was doing alright. He also informed me when he was going to use a tool that made a loud noise, so as not to startle me. From start to finish, the appointment was professional as well as considerate to my comfort & understanding.

Experiencia fantástica: After 48 hours of intense, throbbing tooth pain, I was fortunate to be seen by Dr. Navid Khalighinejad at North Dallas Endodontics. He and his assistant Cande were absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they focused on making sure my root canal experience was comfortable, efficient, and — most importantly — pain-free. I’ll be honest: I’m not great with dental pain. But Dr. Khalighinejad and Cande put me at ease immediately, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process surprisingly smooth. While it’s not how I wanted to spend a day off from work, I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received. They exceeded my expectations in every way. If you need an endodontist, look no further.

Experiencia fantástica: After reading some of the other reviews I will be echoing many of the same experiences with the exception that it was my 92 year old mother who had her first root canal done! Needless to say I was concerned, but Dr. Navid K. and the staff at North Dallas Endodontics treated my mother as if she were their mother. Everyone and I truly mean everyone was fantastic. The office atmosphere or vibe is beautiful and calming. The staff are attentive and thoroughly explain everything and, of course, Dr. Navid's "bedside manner" is stellar. He sincerely treated my mother as if she was his. The procedure went smoothly and my mom didn't experience any swelling and had minimal pain (which was easily addressed with Advil or Tylenol). I cannot thank everyone enough for the fantastic experience and should I ever need a root canal I will not hesitate to call North Dallas Endodontics!

I expected a long time to wait and to have to reschedule for the treatment. Nope! Dr. Navid K found the issue and treated it the same day! Experiencia negativa: I was referred by my Dentist to this specialist, If treatment was need it the cost would have been $331, no work was performed because it turns out there is no issue, the total cost my insurance was billed was $465 for NO TREATMENT !!’ Just X-Rays …. Awful!!!! I would NOT recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Get ready for the white glove treatment at North Dallas Endodontics. Dr. Navid Khalighinejad has the unique gift of being all at once highly competent, caring, and efficient. I arrived for an emergency consultation w/ excruciating pain due to a serious infection of an old root canal and he was willing and able to squeeze me in the same day between his scheduled patients. He cleaned out and redid the root canal, reassuringly explaining every step, including using laser tx and resealing the crown - all completely pain free. He literally gave me my life back! The entire office including assistants and front staff are caring and professional, exuding a calming and comfortable ambiance. Highly recommendable!

Experiencia negativa: So I had a horrible experience but the procedure went great. I called due to tooth pain and they told me they needed to contact my insurance for pricing. They had my referral in their system. They called me back and gave the price but it was too much. The girl at the desk called me back and said the dentist said that we did not have to do the CT or the laser part, told me that the root canal would be $96.70, so we scheduled for Monday, that was a Friday. When I came in on Monday the front desk person said the whole total of $446.70. I told her that it was discussed that I would only do the root canal, she said ok the amount would be $96.70 but you pay when you check out. So I went to the back and got my service, paid the $96.70 and even got pricing for another tooth. 2 weeks later I get a bill for Almost $300. I called and they said the insurance charged a different amount due to the tooth. The tooth number and referral was discussed as well so why the insurance didn’t know that is beyond me. I should have been provided with the correct info so I could choose if I wanted to stick with the same office or if I actually had the money to pay for it like it was discussed in the beginning before an appointment was made. I called and spoke with the front desk person and she said she understood and would check with billing to see if anything could be done. It’s been a few weeks and I’ve heard nothing but got a text about the bill being due. I will not be paying and will do what needs to be done to get this resolved. The service was great other than this incident and I planned to go back but I will not be going back after this.

A friend referred me to North Dallas Endodontics. I called at 1:45pm, and they said they could see me at 3pm same day. Dr. Navid was extremely nice and professional! I had ZERO pain during the procedure, and my root canal was completed in about 40 minutes. Would highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m not sure about other’s experience but I had no issues with office staff etiquette. They were courteous and prompt with setting my appointment up. Dr. Khalighinejad treated me with so much compassion and took care of all my tooth aches right away. He even called himself to follow up on how I was doing. Overall I would recommend others to give their office a shot regardless of what the other reviews may say.

Experiencia fantástica: I suppose most patients do not relish the idea of getting a root canal. Neither did I. However, from the moment I walked in the door, the staff was accommodating, friendly and very professional. Dr. Navid made me very comfortable from the start and thoroughly described the process I was about to go through. Along the way of the procedure, he gave me updates and made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain or discomfort. I actually took a short nap in the middle of the procedure while he performed the root canal. He estimated the time I would be in the chair and he hit it right on the button. Post procedure, I haven’t experienced any pain or discomfort. All in all I consider this a very successful and positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Navid and his office to any of my friends and family. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I have really, really long roots 27mm compared to the average 14mm. And 4 nerves on tooth 18 compared to most ppl having 3. I was referred to Dr. Navid Khalighinejad D.D.S.. They were able to get me in the same week. My appointment was at 11am and I was all done by 12:45pm. The dentist and ALL staff were very professional yet personal. I was so pleased with the service that I want to hug them but I didn't want to appear weird, lol. They took very good care of me and the work was impeccable. I would HIGHLY recommend North Dallas Endodontics!! Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Navid khalighinejad is a gifted Endodontist. Using the state of the art laser and tools, my root canal was pain free 100%. I didn’t realy even need to take Ibuprofen, but I did anyways. I am so impressed that my experience was so uplifting. Navid is an angel and his helper Candy is one too. They were genuinely caring and thoughtful every step of the way. I am pain free now, thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Went for a consultation, Dr Navid was super engaging, calmly explained exactly what the problem was and how he would handle the cracked tooth. Scheduled for appt next week. It does seem very expensive even with the great insurance I have, but when your tooth is hurting, it has to be fixed.
