Experiencia fantástica: Going to the Dentist is by far the worst on my list, but this office was amazing. From Crystal who set up my appointment and requested my x-rays from a different dentist office. I went to first that was absolutely. I'm trying to rob at me. She not only saved me money, but she got me in right away. And even stayed late to help the dentist finish up. Dr. Lee was the absolute best dentist. I've ever been to. He was yeah, very thorough in explaining. Everything did an amazing exam and two crowns and two teeth later.I have a plan together to get my whole mouth fixed with the new teeth! As much as I dislike dental work, II chose to go ahead with all of his recommendations after the magnificent job. He did did not rush, nor did he hurt me. Experiencia fantástica: My 95-year-old mother had her first visit at The Addison Dentist clinic a couple of days ago. Everything was excellent about the experience. First, Crystal (manages the front office) was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient yet also quite personable when I called to schedule my mother's appointment. She sent the new patient forms for us to fill out in advance, and all my mother's information was in place and ready at the time of her appointment so there was no delay when we arrived. Crystal also anticipated many of our questions and was able to provide a lot of very helpful information. Mikaila (Registered Dental Assistant) received us quickly and took us to the exam room. She also was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. She was very attentive to my mother's needs and took great care in keeping her comfortable. Very efficient and careful while taking the x-rays. Dr Steven Lee was exceptional in his care and concerns for my mother's complicated dental needs. He explained her condition very clearly and provided detailed information at a pace that she could easily follow. His interest and care for my mother was evident in the time he spent with her answering all her questions and addressing her concerns. My mother is very happy to be his patient and is confident her dental care is in very good hands. Five stars all around!

Experiencia fantástica: While many people don't like the Dentist Office....I do. The reason? The people at The Addison Dentist. I moved here about 12+ years ago and found The Addison Dentist and have been a proud patient of theirs since then. The staff are wonderful to work with and kind, funny and friendly. Crystal is best and I don't know what they would do without her. Even today, I had no appointment and something was bothering me in my mouth. They brought me to the back, checked me out with no appointment. They also gave me piece of mind that it wasn't anything major. If you are looking for a dentist.....STOP and go to The Addison Dentist. They will take great care of you, make you laugh and feel like you are a member of the family. :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience replacing a crown. Dr. Shattuck walked me through the entire procedure and made it pain free. I had tremendous anxiety that was managed and handled expertly.

Experiencia fantástica: I hate the dentist...I mean, really hate it. So I've not been in a really long time (some years). But - I loved everyone in their office!! Dinah was the absolute best, and talked me through my exam and cleaning (because I'm a weenie), and Dr. Shattuck spent the time to sit & explain things, etc with me. Yes, they were busy, but it didn't feel like anyone was rushing you out. I've already recommended them to my family as a great dental practice!!!

I was so impressed with the patience he showed me. He was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. I will definitely be coming back for all my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so grateful for the staff and Dr Nobles for all the help and finally getting answers. He will be my dentist from this day forward. Thank you all so very much

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly and great at educating you on proper techniques on brushing and flossing. Very safe space and atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: I have aways worried about pain during all of my dental procedures but, with the dental staff at the Addison Dentist I had no real pain at all. It has taken a lot of fear away. Thanks guys for being such a caring staff!

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist is great! I’ve had her for several years, it’s great to work with the same person as she can watch my teeth over the years which is very important as things do change.

Experiencia fantástica: For the most part., everyone dreads going to the dentist. Not for me. I absolutely LOVE and look forward to my dentist visits. Professionalism and cleanliness top tier, I feel valued and heard. The Addison Dentist is very patient and informative. Helped get me on track to perfect oral health. I drive an hour every month for a cleaning and it’s worth it. You can’t go wrong with The Addison Dentist! Thank you!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is probably the best dental clinic I’ve been to. They are all caring, easy going, and comforting in the best way possible. I was able to get a same day appointment, and I mean the entire staff went above and beyond. I went in with tears from mouth pain and left with tears of joy from their care and the plan of action we came up with. I do have another appointment, and I cannot wait. Thank you all again for making me so comfortable during my moment of vulnerability (especially Crystal).

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful experience! Everyone in the office was very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure that the experience was positive. Yo took excellent care of me and made me feel at ease. Christine was very transparent about what my experience would be like and all fees involved in the visit. Dr. Nobles was also friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve loved my experience using this dentist, they make everything simple to understand and have walked me through my dental health goals thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated because I was a recent college graduate when I first came in; trying to figure out the simple stuff like making appointments and how insurance works. The front staff and dentists are amazing! I will certainly be coming here for as long as I live within a reasonable drive

Experiencia fantástica: Receptionist was kind, courteous, very helpful, and patient. The hygienist, who is very kind, very friendly, make you feel very comfortable, and at ease, and.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an amazing experience, so happy with the results. Thank you so much Addison Dentist. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I needed routine exam/cleaning. They literally got me in within 24 hours as a new patient. Yolanda was the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Super knowledgeable and took her time. Everyone was so nice at the front desk. Glad I found them, will stay here for all my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel who did my filling was absolutely superb! I have trouble with a lot of dentists because of my special accommodations and she was so great, made sure I was doing okay throughout the whole process and took breaks when I needed. I’ve never had a dentist be so accommodating and gentle with me. She turned a typically dreadful experience for me into an extremely comfortable one

Experiencia fantástica: My best dentist experience in my life and I’ve always been terrified of getting my wisdom teeth pulled so I can most definitely say this was my best decision yet. Thanks to my dentist/Ody/Krystal & the crew

Experiencia negativa: WARNING: Get a second opinion if treatment is recommend by Dr. Nobles. My first visit with him I was told I had a cavity which seemed out or ordinary considering I hadn’t one for years. However, I proceeded with the filling which felt like he shaved 1/4 of my tooth away. A year later, I’m told I have another cavity and maybe a second one. This was now suspicious to me so I got two in office second opinions. Both dentists said they see absolutely nothing on the teeth noted by Dr Nobles, and my teeth and gums are healthy. Additionally, I provided them with my previous X-rays, before the filling, and they couldn’t not see what caused him to think there was a cavity. I’m very disappointed and feel taken advantage of and violated. I just hope others are not blindly taking his diagnoses.

Experiencia fantástica: Not a fan of going to the dentist because of the pain but Dr. Nobles and his team are very attentive and made the process quick and painless. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was super friendly and helpful when it came to understanding the plan they had laid out for me. Definitely would recommend for people who are nervous about dentist visits.
