Experiencia positiva: Before anyone takes this step tell Clear Choice you want to speak to the surgeon BEFORE anyone and ask tons of questions. They do things in reverse on purpose. You should not meet with the Patient Education Consultant first. Make the surgeon tell you what to expect (4-6 weeks of pain and major discomfort and the first set of teeth are huge like a grand piano in your mouth and for the most part non functional) The healing nerve endings and lingering stitches will drive you crazy. Had I known know what I didn’t know then I would have saved the teeth I had. I am one month in and still have soreness, discomfort and a certain level of pain. TALK TO THE SURGEON FIRST before you go through with it. They also don’t have much of a follow up team to call you to see how you are doing. I wrote them a check for 42K (cash) and thought there would be an overly attentive team.

The denture is hitting my throat and causes me to start choking, coughing, running nose. They want another $10,000 to redo the upper but I am on a fixed income so I told them I can only afford $5,000. I got no response. Bob

However the last 2 times of my appointment were very unpleasant. The technician who did the scanning did not explain to me what I expected. She hurt me a lot. The last appointment should be my happiest time as I will get my tooth back. However that technician was so rude and hurt me so much. The worst thing is she got me to sign the form that I received the teeth. I think I am entitled to look nto the mirror and show to me thst are my new teeth. However that is not the case. I have to ask for the mirror. Maybe I expected too much as I thought this is not a cheap place for the implant. I hope my implant ok and durable and I don't want to go back there again . .

Experiencia negativa: This place is run so poorly. They book as many appointment as they possibly can and then they cancel your appointment the day of because they’re always over booked. Today they tried to cancel my appointment for the second time. They market themselves as being fast but the reality is they get you in the door and the second you book you have to pay in full. Then they string you along for months canceling appointments knowing you’re stuck with them because you paid in full. They say you’ll be done in 3 months but I’m on month 4 and still am not even close to being done with this. The manager Dana is unprofessional and out of touch. I made my appointment a month ago after they canceled my last appointment and they decided to cancel me the day of about 3 hours before my appointment for the second time. Dana was horrible. She just kept telling me over and over that I can just come tomorrow it’s nots a big deal. But if she wasn’t so out of touch she’d realize I work for myself and canceled my entire day to be here and now she wanted me to miss out on an entire days work again because they’re greedy. Insane! The dentists in this office deserve to be treated better they’re people too not just money makers for this company. Imagine being a dentist and trying to keep up with this insane schedule? This place runs on greed and they need a new manager badly. Something I forgot to mention was while I sat in the waiting room I heard the person at the front desk cancel 4 appointments and the woman in the back cancel one. I went up to the desk and brought it to her attention because I had o ly been sitting there for 30 minutes. Once I said that they immediately brought me to the back to wait for another hour so I couldn’t listen to more appointments getting canceled. Update: I called the number and they kept transferring me to Dana. You literally can’t make this stuff up so poorly run!
