Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed. They threatened me that I could not get a regular cleaning and the hygienist tobacco shamed me and said she would not perform. A regular cleaning but I needed a deep cleaning. The office manager agreed and confirmed that it was allowed in my insurance plan. They also checked my insurance coverage for another procedure and I find out insurance cover less than what they ESTIMATED. I PAID $845 CASH , they got paid through insurance and now I have a bill for over $500. I will never recommend anyone or go there again. The dentist only wanted to sell me Invisaline and when I declined, he was no longer interested in a conversation.

Experiencia fantástica: Jen was absolutely amazing! She did an incredible deep cleaning, and my teeth have never felt this clean. She was gentle, thorough, and took her time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and treats your teeth as if they were her own. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and explained everything along the way. If you’re looking for a hygienist who genuinely cares and does outstanding work, I highly recommend Jen. Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

First time getting a 3D scan and it was pretty cool to see my teeth and were I stand when it comes to treatment etc. Super friendly which I’m grateful because I’ve had bad experiences and dentist offices gets me nervous. But I got all the information I needed and I can’t wait to start the process.

Complete run down of costs. Advice, i went on Saturday, avoid going on weekend it was alot of patients compared to when I went back on a Wednesday. They close early on Saturdays and we all have jobs so we understand leaving at an adequate time! But definitely recommend

I went in for an emergency, explained my problem, and the whole time they kept insisting I get additional services I didn’t need. When they finally saw me, the doctor was done in five minutes. I asked him several times why it had been so quick and said I thought it was something much more serious, but he said there was no need for further treatment and that the pain would go away in a couple of days. Three weeks later, the pain persisted, so I visited another doctor, who is much more professional and is actually doing a proper job. He told me that the first doctor and the clinic didn’t do a good job, but above all, they weren’t honest. I don’t recommend them, and I advise you to watch your money because they clearly just want you to spend a lot of money with them on subpar care.

The front desk was there bright and early to open the doors and ready to help. Dr. MO was knowledgeable and explained things very well. Sarah the tech who did my husband's imprints and scans was so pleasant. She also explained everything every step of the way. I will also be transferring my dental needs to Aspen Dental in Linden. Great hours great service and with the most up to date equipment and procedures!

Experiencia negativa: They’re scammers!! They will make you take x-rays, and then tell you that you have all these issues with your teeth (such as gum disease) promise a cleaning & then bring you into a room to discuss a “deep cleaning treatment” for eight thousand dollars. When they show you the breakdown of the costs, if they even show you what’s on the computer, you will have to pay four thousand. This is all BEFORE a cleaning is done, if that. That is not a deal, it’s a scam!! They swear your insurance covers it, and that you have good insurance, but in reality they just want you to apply for the loan that they offer, knowing your insurance is supposed to pay for majority! Do not listen to them. You do not need whatever deep cleaning special treatment they are offering you. Go to a private dentist, NOT a chain. Get a second opinion please!! They don’t care about your teeth, they care about your pockets. They have had multiple lawsuits for YEARS now, please don’t be the person to have to sue them because they did horribly on your teeth. Utilize the internet for people’s experiences. If you don’t, your experience will be the exact same and nobody should be paying thousands of dollars for dentist work!

Asked for the office manager to call and explain why the price jumped up 6k after providing insurance and was given no answer, no call back from the manager and no response to the email I sent to corporate. They try to rip you off and when called out on it they just ignore you in the middle of your unfinished dental work . Avoid at all cost!

I have never seen or experienced a doctor like him before. He completely understood my situation and handled my root canal with great care and precision. The best choice for a person with insurance is a few hundred dollars but you offer new customers x-rays and cleaning for $30( I was a new customer). I will not be going back and would warn anyone that is going unless you have a few hundred dollars to spend find a different dentist.

Experiencia positiva: One of the reasons we chose Aspen Dental was because they are open on Saturdays, they have Care Credit payment plan options, and looked like a nice clean dental office. Everyone is incredibly friendly and they are very thorough with their analysis. My husband was the patient and we aren't blind that he needed substantial dental work (implants, crowns, etc) and knew we would need to owe a fair amount, however as an uninsured individual they quoted us over $12,000 of dental work. Alone for a root canal and crown for one tooth they quoted about $4,500. I started calling around to other offices and while there is a sliding scale and depends on the patient etc (a lot of factors involved) all the other offices quoted us about $500-$2000 less. It's definitely possible with insurance you'll have more coverage, but even the out of pocket price was substantially greater. While the service is friendly, the prices are largely overpriced. If you are uninsured, do your research. This is not the place for that.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service I was told to come in at the beginning of the year to get work done when insurance renewed because prices would be cheaper. I comeback the girl at the front desk tells me they're busy I will get a call in 1-2 weeks why so long I don't know but okay. 2 weeks pass I go back same situation someone will call you in 1-2 weeks. Now its February I never got a call so I call in today to get the same results. I wouldn't waste my time Dentist does good work but prices are too high anyway especially for the bad customer service.

Experiencia negativa: Went to get a basic cleaning, after doing the xray doc explained I had no cavities, everything looks good but showed me a couple of things that I could prevent by doing a preventative treatment and also suggested getting my front teeth straightened , these were all things recommended to think about , I was then sent to a room with a $8000 recommend treatment, I explained that with no cavities , gum bleeding, , pain etc all I came in for is just a cleaning, bill came down to $3000 for a deep cleaning and infection prevention, all I need is a cleaning, I’ll consider the rest next , they told me after an hour in their facility that they refused to do a simple cleaning because it would be unethical of them and can try one of those local office they will do it , I’ve been going to the dentist all my life and at 56 years old have never heard this before and for my age I think I have pretty good teeth, no missing, no implants, no dentures, no braces ever . Aspen dental will ask you to pay over $8000 for an initial visit or they will refuse the service that YOU request of yourself, I’m sorry but this is not the emergency room .

Walking in the staff was super welcoming and inviting. I first saw Sarah who assisted with my X-Rays. She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I then met with the hygienist Jennifer who broke down everything regarding my gums and overall teeth health. She made sure I understood everything which I really appreciated. Then I met Dr. Mohamed who explained to me all the things I needed done to my teeth to get my goal smile. He was very friendly and very reassuring throughout my whole extraction process. I literally didn’t feel a thing while getting my tooth removed which was obviously a plus for me. I met with Sophia who provided different payment plan options for my service. Overall, my experience at Aspen Dental was great and I’m happy that they were able to help solve my problem same day as well as assist with a plan for long term care.

From Dr. Mohammed to the dental assisting Bola to Maria to to the receptionist, every level of service was fantastic. I left a dentist of about 20 years after one check up with Aspen. I had a 5 implant procedure done within a hour and a half. The team was continuously checking on my of discomfort. It was quick and Slow down very much to my satisfaction and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr. Mohammed and Bola we’re fantastic.

Today i went back to get a permanent crown in and out 30 minutes. Did an amazing job. They offer good financial help for expenses you insurance doesn’t fully cover. Highly recommended.

The place looks very modern and high-tech, but I came in just for a simple cleaning and ended up being pushed toward an expensive treatment plan I didn’t ask for. Experiencia negativa: This is a scam practice Do Not go to Aspen dental in Linden NJ they took 3500 from me September 29,2024 for dentures today is October 6th still bottom denture has no gum line in back so it falls out even if I add tons of glue. After 2 full weeks of them not an answering any of my calls I had to call billing to get them on phone The first set were yellow. When I told them I did not have yellow teeth. They said OK no problem. We will make you another set. Well it took about a month to get that set and there was no gumline in the back of the bottom teeth and. She couldn’t put one there because if I tried to swallow my tongue they would fall out. I told her I don’t normally try to swallow my tongue daily that I’m born dentures for 10 years. I’m gonna go to small claims court and I was only in that office in seven months three times too out of those three visits. They were patient screaming in there get out when you can. Don’t give them money. Don’t give them your insurance. They’re here to rob you.
