Experiencia fantástica: From the receptionist, hygienist and the doctor I feel like I was on hands of caring and compassionate people. There was no make believe but seriously service i received. The hygienist, mon dieu! It was like I never cleaned my teeth before. I can't explain how she TOOK time to inspect my teeth while she was performed the cleaning. I love this place!

I needed an emergency tooth extraction badly & North Broad Family Dental got me in quickly on the same day. The atmosphere is very comfortable & welcoming & the staff are all 10/10. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety & being incredibly over dramatic & everyone treated me so kindly & really helped to soothe my nerves. The tooth extraction was terrifying but smooth, he did a fantastic job. I also got a bone graft which went smoothly as well. I have no complaints & absolutely recommend this place. Even when you schedule an appointment, prepare to wait 45min to an hour before being seen. The time spent waiting always succeeds the time spent actually getting any work done. It’s a huge inconvenience. Besides that, you will receive quality work and good service.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely a Life Saver!!! I can not believe I finally found my dentist! Yesterday I woke up with a Heart-Beating pain in my top-back molar. It’s was painful but not unbearable. Around 4pm the pain was so bad I was almost crying. I could not think of anything else (I Tried). I called Dr Pomeranc’s answering service and left a message. They text me back within five minutes and I had an appointment the next morning at 11am. In the meantime they gave me some home remedies to ease the pain. 11am came around. I did not wait in the waiting room. The whole staff knew I was coming and that I was in pain. They were determined to help. And they did. I was given detailed options for my treatment and was able to make my own educated choice thanks to the staff! Even costs and options were discussed in full detail. I would have thrown my wallet at them to get rid of the pain. Not only did they not take advantage of my situation, but they were companionate with me and how I felt. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist and I am 42 years old. I am now a Dr Pomeranc Lifer. I am pain free the next day and can not express how thankful I am. When I got home, they even texted me to make sure I was ok. Is this real life? THANK YOU NORTH BROAD FAMILY!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m going to start off by saying im a very straight forward kinda guy. That being said I wish I could give more stars! My teeth were in such bad shape due to being Denture phobic. Dr Ben Pomeranc fully understood the task at hand. He was super patient with me and my fears and did everything super gently. I could not have asked for a better dentist and oral surgeon. To add, his staff was amazing in every part of this process aswell, Super kind!! 10 out of 10!!! Experiencia negativa: Four years ago, I was told by Dr Jacob Plawner that my dental treatment would last for around a year. As of March 2024, it will have been five years since he lied to my face. There is so much wrong with this place and the literal HELL that they put my through, so I'll start with the beginning of my "treatment" to give you the best idea of what I've gone through. Before they could even do anything, I had warned Dr Plawner about my extensively flawed dental history and that I had teeth that needed to be crowned because of my root canals, but he assured me not to worry. Dr Plawner asserted that since the treatment would take no more than a year, it'd make more sense to put them in afterwards. I trusted this, seeing that out of the two of us, he allegedly was the one who knew better. Regardless, that was the first of two times I saw Dr Plawner in the first four years of my treatment. Since then, I was treated by what I now assume to be an Ortho technician, but at the time I thought she was some stand-in Doctor. Eventually, I realized she wasn't a Dr, and I asked to see Dr Plawner due to the fact that I never saw ANY improvements. On the contrary, my dental health was drastically deteriorating, and not at all by my own effort. Some of my teeth were loose, and the ones that should've been crowned all those years ago were cracking. Finally, starting a few months ago, Dr Plawner was present at most of my appointments. Yet I still saw no improvement whatsoever. But I was patient, until I was told that Dr Plawner had a surgery and my next appointment would be next February. My last appointment with him was in November. I've been tolerating this outrageous medical care for FOUR too many years, and when I finally demanded Dr Ben L. Pomeranc, the owner of this horrific established, to do a complete evaluation of my teeth and fix the damage that THEY'VE done to me, he refused. He insolently told me that he wasn't the owner when I initially began my treatment, thus making it a problem between me and Dr Plawner, basically removing himself from the situation. I quickly realized this man would be no help, so I searched for someone else I could talk to, and was told that I could speak to Debby Pomeranc since she apparently was the one in charge. All I wanted was to come to some sort of agreement with her. To either refund my money that I spent on this "treatment" in vain, or to actually do what I PAID THEM to do. Last week, I went and asked the front lady if I could speak with Debby Pomeranc. Much to no one's surprise,when the front lady told her I was there she left through the back door!! Since then, the only thing they've told me was Dr Plawner could give me a refer to see another specialist. What upsets me the most out of all this is all the money and time I've wasted on this good-for-nothing establishment. I saved up $4,900 to have my teeth fixed, and all I received was a disgustingly traumatic experience. Thank you, North Broad Family Dental. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

He cared enough to perfectly position the implant to align with the rest of my teeth for an amazing finish. I am truly impressed with my results, and the staff is so friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: It was the first time that I went there and it was on an emergency basis. My normal dentist was on vacation and I was having extreme pain in one of my teeth. I called the 24 hour service on Sunday late afternoon and got an appointment the next day at 8:30 am. We were greeted very warmly by Debbie the office assistant and I filled out the paperwork. She explained my insurance coverage and answered all of my questions. Waited maybe 10 minutes before I went in to see the dentist. Dr. Ben and his assistant were very professional and friendly.X-rays were taken and he fully explained what the plan was. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He explained what he was doing as he worked on me every step of the way. He relieved the pain temporarily and gave me prescriptions for antibiotics and pain meds. We were very impressed with the entire staff. Debbie gave me a phone number to call at ANY time if I was still having pain or any more questions. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: I was back for a whitening treatment this time and couldn't be happier with the service as usual! I was originally scheduled for a different (prior) day but my husband had work done that day too and the dentist needed to devote more time to him than expected so we rescheduled me. I'm happy we did because I'd rather reschedule than have the dentist rushing to get through patients and Dr Pomeranc respects his patients enough to give them the time and attention to detail required which I sooo appreciate! My experience with the whitening was actually a lot better than I had expected because I do have sensitive teeth to begin with and although I got the zingers it was a lot less than I thought it would be. The technician that worked with me was Elizabeth and she is very lovely indeed (every staff member there is lovely imo) but really the most important person for me is the dentist and Dr. Pomeranc is the best in my book! Thanks for my smile and quality of life The absolute BEST! Dr. Pomeranc, his gorgeous wife Debby (aka Mom) Brittany the hygienist, Rose the XR tech and Brenda on reception.. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant, professional and generally great experience. This was my first visit. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and a cleaning along with a comprehensive exam and full xrays .. EVERY moment was so comfortable and no pain today thanks to the stellar competence and skill of this dentist and his crew!! Absolutely outstanding and genuinely caring doctor and staff! I will return for all my future dental needs and have already referred 2 people. Who knew it could be possible to look forward to a follow up dental visit but it is with this place! Thanks guys.

I have been to this office numerous times this year and every time I get the same level of care, respect and attention to detail from this dentist and his staff. I got a call Monday confirming appointment as well as today the day of confirming. I was asked to come in earlier due to a cancellation. After waiting abt an hour with an empty office I left! I’m not going to spend my money somewhere it’s not wanted! Don’t go here to hurry up and Wait! Staff was cool, Dentist never introduced himself.

Experiencia negativa: Had a great experience with the dentist, everyone in the office was very friendly so I thought I found the perfect dentist office. Until it came to billing, I paid half of my service up front as we were waiting for the decision from my insurance. I received a letter from my insurance stating my co pay, now they are refusing to honor my insurances determination saying I still have to pay the other half. I'm sure they will issue a credit in the end but I don't want a credit. I am disabled and on a fixed income I can't afford to have the dentist hold my money in the form of a credit. This is not fair, now they are holding my permanent crown hostage. Not sure where to go from here, my insurance company said I can file a complaint. I guess I will have to, I am sick and just want my crown, it's sad how companies take advantage of those less fortunate. I have contacted Eyewitness News to see if the can help me. I am writing this none of you get stuck in this cycle with this dentist office. I heard back from Eyewitness news maybe they can help me

Experiencia negativa: Since Dr Plawner sold his practice, they become very shady business. Had major work done over a year ago. They gave me a price for the work and I paid all of it up front. A year latter they are saying I owe them more with no explanation. Texting me and sending threatening bills. After going there for 32 years and giving then 10s of thousand of dollars of business, I won’t be going back!! Also, this is the 3rd time they did this.

Experiencia negativa: Super bad service , don’t make the patient feel comfortable all they care about is money. So I went on Monday paid $400 I was told to come back next Monday so my braces removal. When I went next Monday I was told my braces won’t be removed unless I paid the remaining balance under 2000. If I would have been told that at first I would have brought the balance with me . There is no communication.

Experiencia negativa: My girlfriend got her impressions for her replacement tooth done here and was told to come back a few weeks later. When she got there today the dentist tells her that apparently the tooth doesn’t fit. Which doesn’t make sense considering the fact that the impressions were made to fit her mouth. When she asked him what do you mean it doesn’t fit, he goes and tells her that it’s because her teeth moved. If you’re supposed to be the licensed trained professional in dental you should’ve known that the teeth would move since there isn’t another tooth to hold the other ones in place and gave her something to keep them from shifting. I’m not sure of his name but this isn’t the first issue we’ve had with him. He tells you come to your appointment at 4 o’clock then you don’t get seen till 5:30. I’m pretty sure it’s going to take more than a bad review to get someone to stop by the office but this man is very unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about his patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I really have a great experience at this office , from the front desk staff to everyone in the back. Even when I had an issue everything is always quickly resolved. I previously had a bad experience with another dentist who I felt shamed me for my teeth problems and really didn’t provide much information regarding cost of things. My first visit at Broad Street I was evaluated, told what needed to be done and the cost breakdown with my insurance. They really set up my payments in a way that was affordable for me and I truly appreciate that. Dr. Ben Pomeranc is nice , knowledgeable, informative and has a great sense of humor too. His dental assistants Brittany and Rose are also so sweet and nice and always made sure I was comfortable. I will always recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: A few weeks ago I started to experience a major toothache due to a cavity. I came across North Broad Family Dental by googling Dental urgent care. I immediately called them and was seen the next day by 8am. The staff was amazing from the front desk coordinator to the dental assistants and even Dr. Pomeranc. The staff was personable and made sure I was comfortable. My tooth extraction went better than expected, as I liked to say Dr. Pomeranc has “hands of an angel”. Not only did I feel very little to no pain he also made sure to talk me through each step. I had such a great experience that I decided to make this place my permanent Dental office. Dr. Pomeranc took his time to give me a full exam and discuss a treatment plan to give me the best smile. I can’t wait to see the end result as I’m currently in the works of fixing my teeth. Also, the dental assistants, Brittany and Nicole have been extremely amazing. Every visit they’ve done their due diligence in making sure I’m comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

To find out that my pain was caused from my wisdom teeth, 3 to be exact! These ladies were so amazing and caring, explained everything right before extraction. I strongly don’t recommend North broad family dental if North broad family dental is the only dentist your insurance is willing to work with, I guess you have no choice. Experiencia fantástica: I stumbled upon this place by accidental because I needed an emergency procedure done, but I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff was! Everyone has been nice and they know what they’re doing. They make sure you’re comfortable and keep themselves abreast on how you’re feeling during the procedure. Hopefully, I won't need another one done but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Edika especially was nice and friendly and make sure I was doing okay every step of the way.

Experiencia negativa: Prior to my visit at this dental office I was able to eat food, and chew gum as normal with no pain. I went to this dental office, was seen and had a filling done. This is where everything went down hill. Let me state that the female dentist who preformed my filling was not communicative at all on what the procedure would entail. It has been approximately one month post my filling and I am unable to hold water in my mouth with out discomfort and forget about simply chewing gum.or eating a simple salad. Shockingly, I was then told that the dentist who preformed the filling no longer works with the company # red flag #you messed up and that I now have symptoms of a cracked tooth and will be in need of a crown and a possible root canal. I was then told that fractures in teeth do not come up on x-rays and I would need a 3D image or an MRI to see the fracture and that would be "over kill" to do ...Well in an attempt to make me feel better the office offered to deduct the cost of the filling from the crown leaving me with a spectacular bill of about $287 (The office manager was very nice). Keep in mind I had seemingly no pain prior to my visit. I was then told to "Google the term cracked tooth" and I would see how my symptoms were in line with the diagnosis. I am not a dentist nor am I versed in the field of dentistry, this recommendation would be of no comfort or assistance to an already rattled young patient. Although I have never had this experience at this office before ....I can not believe how a simple visit turned into this. I expressed my concern to the dental assistant (who was also very nice) that the staff seemed more concerned about fitting me with braces (not what my visit was for) then my initial concern. There was so much emphasis placed on leaving a good review on Google at the end of the visit rather then placing concern on getting my simple procedure correct the first go around. I am extremely disappointed and will be filing a complaint with the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: I went for a cleaning on February 24th. My teeth were cleaned nicely. I was happy with that, but past that I shouldn't of let her fill it. I was told that I had 2 bad cavities that I was unaware of. I decided to let the dentist fill them. I asked her is there anything I should look out for, she said ill be numb for the next 2 -3 hours. After the numbing injections wore off I was unable to eat anything harder than bread or rice on the left side of my mouth where the filling was done and had to go back in the office the following week. It hurt when I flossed and when I drank cold beverages. This was not the case prior to the filling. I was seen March 4th by the same dentist . She said it looked fine on the x-ray they did. I did not feel fine. Then I was back in the office March 16th with the owner who said the filling needed to be re-done. I requested off work again to have this re-done March 24th and the dentist had the staff call me to reschedule. The staff said she was leaving early. It is now March 27th and this cavity still has not been corrected. I can not request off of work anymore for now. Now I have an on and off aching in my tooth. I dont feel confident about receiving services here as I did February24th. We're going into April and Im concerned and frustrated. The front desk staff were nice and tried to accommodate me. However the dentist that did my filling incorrectly is not too concerned about correcting it in a timely manner or it would've been done previously when I requested off work to be there. If I could fix it myself I would.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a severe toothache last night, started searching for a dentist came across N.Broad Family Dentist. Called at 8am the manager was really nice and gave me an appointment for that same day. Everyone was really NICE! Can’t remember the girls name that took my X-rays she was also nice tried to keep me calm being that I was nervous. Also Adriana was also very nice and helpful. The Doctor extracted my tooth and I didn’t even know it was out. They all made me feel comfortable, I will go back. THANK YOU!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this location for 3 years . I started my braces journey here and the service is immaculate. It’s never a long wait when going in for a appointment. The office is clean and all the staff members are nice. In the beginning I started with Oscar and he’s awesome. But unfortunately I left for about a year and when I came back I was paired with Adriane and she’s excellent, very careful and patient. She got me back on track within 2 months. I’m super close to getting my braces off, I’m very pleased with my journey.

Experiencia fantástica: this place is so professional. i haven’t gotten dental work done in 4 years and i was terrified. I had to get a route canal if i’m spelling that correctly. and also a wisdom tooth extraction. so you can imagine i was expecting the worse of the worse pain. but the staff there are so gentle and caring i did not feel any pain at all i was so surprised and relieved on how much painless my visit was.
