They didn't even try to call so I left annoyed and in pain. I reached out to Banker Dental Associates who took the time to verify my benefits and was able to get the work soon after. I'm extremely happy with the service.

I switched recently to Banker Dental on a referral from a family friend because my previous dentist no longer took my insurance. The administrative staff were on top of it: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The wait time was basically non-existent, such a smooth process. The space is well appointed, comfortable, clean and professional. The doctor did well explaining the X-rays/diagnosis in a way I could understand, giving me opportunities to ask any follow up questions. The small parking lot can be tricky, so give yourself a little extra time when arriving. I recommend this dentist office!

Experiencia negativa: First Visit, I Was Instantly Greeted with an attitude telling me to sit down! I refused due to stomach conditions. Then I was told I needed X-rays for the 4th time This year. No respect for my paperwork or prior X-rays they still wanted their own. ( MORE RISK FOR US ) Not them. Then when I finally was Seen by the Doctor I explained my Situation prior to coming in and they had no clue why I was there. They immediately started talking in a Native Tongue I couldn’t understand so I left after I said to the Doctor didn’t she just explain it to you in your language & he says “I DONT KNOW” Perhaps.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I was here two years ago. Terrible job. I went to get a prosthesis for a broken front tooth, and they placed a replacement on the broken part. The joint between the tooth and the prosthesis was noticeable. They should have installed a full veneer. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I had to replace the entire piece somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Poor Dental Service and Rude Staff I am giving a poor rating due to my dissatisfaction with the service received at your dental clinic. One of the receptionists was very rude on several occasions, and despite trying to communicate my complaint, it was never adequately addressed. I paid a lot of money for the services and was left unsatisfied. The work done was incomplete and poorly executed. Additionally, the fillings I received were of poor quality and have had issues since then. The cost is extremely high in relation to the quality of the service. Ingrid Cardenas.

Experiencia fantástica: A co-worker recommended Banker Dental to me and I'm so grateful she did. For two days I was dealing with unbearable pain due to a toothache which had an infection. After calling multiple dentist office on black Friday, everyone was closed except for Banker Dental and I thank God. I'm not 100% sure of the name of the dentist who took care of me but I think it was Kevin Flores. He was very professional, kind and patient. It's been 14 days since he pulled my tooth and it has healed really nicely. I thank God and I thank Dr. Flores. The receptionist were very nice as well.

The staff starting from the Receptionist, X-Ray technicians, Dental Hygienist, Office Manager, the Checking Out Process and the Dentist himself, Jonathan Banker are all equally friendly, caring and up to par when addressing your needs and concerns. Even if you have an emergency they have always been accomodating. It's a rare experience where both the staff and the dentist are equally giving excellent services to their patients and this office does just that. Also your time is respected and valued as the appointments given are always efficient. You are always seen on time and no time wasted in the "waiting area". I've had a few instances where had I been going to another dentist elsewhere they would have been QUICK to wash their hands clean and would send/REFER me to go see a Periodontist instead. However Dr. Jonathan Banker is PATIENT and LISTENS and goes THE EXTRA MILE in helping you and in providing a solution for you if possible before going to drastic measures. I feel that Dr. Jonathan Banker is not about the "monies" and truly goes out of his way. He is trustworthy and I don't say that lightly. I also have DENTOPHOBIA and try to get as much work done possible with any dental issues in "a visit" and this dentist and office understands this fear and are accomodating. This is the only Dental Office I feel at ease with. The Dental Hygienist "JOSE" is excellent! He is thorough and takes pride in his work. He never falls short and is an asset to this office. This office is ran impeccably ! Everyone there is knowledgeable and when calling about any billing concerns your questions are tended to and answered. I would have to say that this office from start to finish runs flawlessly. I have been going to this office for years and have always been treated and tended to with exceptional and satisfactory standards. It has never decreased with time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office in every and all aspects. The Staff is absolutely wonderful, the location is great and there is parking available, Dr. Jonathan Banker is gentle and caring, and the fees are affordable. I can't say enough about this office.
