I might have very bad teeth, but the doctor told me that he has bad news like as bad as someone in the family died, like your dog died, similarly all your teeth are dead. Then he goes on to say only way to save is get a 3d xray for $500, will give some promotion discount on that, AI is the only way to save you. The most dramatic, fake, stupid and unprofessional sals pitch I have ever heard. The doctor keeps roaming around the whole office, like no professionalism at all.
