Experiencia fantástica: I came in for an exam and everyone that helped me was very nice and helpful. They were detailed in what I needed done for future visits and answered any questions I had well. At the end of the appointment they were clear with how much my insurance covered and what my total would be. Overall I appreciated the nice and low stress environment.

Experiencia negativa: I almost feel bad writing this after reading all the good reviews online, which is what made me want to come here. For starters, upon scheduling my appointment online for Saturday March 7th at 1 PM, which was shown to be the earliest appointment available; I received four calls within the span of one hour along with a couple text messages indicating that the time was an inconvenience for the doctor. All after I had kindly asked to, please contact me via text message due to my work . I arrived 15mins before 12pm. The front desk staff was very welcoming and polite . I was seated 10mins after my scheduled time which is not a big deal , I didn’t mind waiting at all but this however does matter as my cleaning was so rushed , it was honestly nowhere near a proper prophylaxis. If anything I dare to say it was more like a supra prophylaxis. My hygienist who unfortunately also didn’t introduce herself and later I had to ask the front staff for her name, started at my lower left quadrant and stood working for what felt about 10 minutes on the lingual surface . She later on jumped between quadrant to quadrant without any real order with the same ultrasonic scaler skipping over several teeth . Hand scaling and flossing was done on my anterior teeth only and polishing was honestly a joke. At this point she’s now suctioning with the hand piece alone … no suction tip at all. The whole time my bib was flying out of place because it wasn’t pinned down at all , her previous suction tip and hand mirror were digging into the floor of my mouth . Towards the end of such cleaning she begins telling me a story about her childhood as the doctor walks in for my exam without even acknowledging her in the room. I interrupted such story to greet the doctor which luckily allowed her to start my exam. She asked for my X-rays, the hygienist proceeded to tell her I’m not due for any other than the panoramic image taken. As a new patient I expect at least a couple periapical images if bitewings were not possible. The doctor was in the room 5 minutes at most including the 2 minute exam . I’m not sure what the urgency was the day before with all phone calls . I sat in the chair for a couple of minutes before I realized my appointment was over without any instructions. I asked my hygienist if I could make my way out to which I was told yes and so I went, paid and left . I’m confused as to why my care wasn’t at the same level as all the people that have previously left reviews .

Ambience in calming, music is soothing and relaxing, for comfort you can watch your favorite TV show. If you’re anxious to go visit the dentist this is the place to be at. The technology is top of the line. You won’t get any kinda run around. Assistants are super friendly, professional and skilled. Finally the doctor is very skilled, knowledgeable, professional. You can tell she’s got decades of experience under her belt. Thorough explanation of treatment, finances, after care and outcome and they’re spot on. She does wide array of procedures really one stop shop for kids, adult or elderly. Be it simple filling or extraction or implant or whitening or straightening your teeth with clear aligners like Invisalign. Definitely recommend!

The dental hygienist is very knowledgeable and experienced .,, The two dental assistants are working hard on sterilizing, setting up the rooms, taking X rays, assisting by the procedures and preparing the patient for the doctor to come and examine so the visit goes smoothly and the patient is seen in a timely manner with her taking the time with you to talk about the best treatment plan and maintenance of your dental care. Then Cynthia the office and insurance coordinator who explains and let you know how much does the insurance covers and what is the patient payment fee . The payment plan is available if you need it.. Then Briana the front desk receptionist is going to schedule your next appointment visit so you are on the 6 month cleaning schedule to maintain your oral health hygiene. There is also an IT and office coordinator available .
