Rajdeep, did an excellent job explaining the process of my appointment and my dental needs. She was so kind and personable. She really takes pride in her work and it shows. Dr. Rabbi was also phenomenal; great bedside manner and addressed & explained all concerns. I am so glad I found this office. Thank you!

Called them at 4 and they told me they could see me by 5 o clock…I was done by 5:41! All staff was so kind and supportive. The dentist went over everything in detail while keeping things lighthearted. If you have any dental anxiety I recommend coming here! They played music and the office itself is beautiful. 10/10

Experiencia negativa: One Dental was very unprofessional in my experience. I felt they repeatedly recommended additional treatments and charges that seemed unnecessary, both for me and my insurance. I was constantly told I had teeth grinding issues and was advised to get fluoride treatments during every cleaning visit, which came with extra charges. I was also told I had to pay an additional $90 for tooth-colored fillings. However, when I visited another dentist, they completed the cavity filling perfectly without any extra cost because my insurance already covered it. Overall, I felt taken advantage of as a patient and will not be returning.

All the staff were so welcoming, spoke with a smile on, Dr Rabbi was so calm and professional and let me ask my queries so patiently. Overall it was a very good experience and I highly recommend them. Today 07/10/2025 I was again at One Dental for Dental cleaning. Ms.Alisha has done an excellent job with my cleaning and she has done a big favour by detecting one more hidden cavity on my upper jaw line. I was so lucky enough today that I even got my filling done on same day since Dr. Ahmed had some freetime and squeezed in my filling session on the same day. I literally had no pain or discomfort while the procedure was happening, and Dr Alisha and Dr Ahmed were really patient with me all the time. I am happy that I have choosen One dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome office, awesome staff. I found this place earlier this year and recently went back for my second annual cleaning. Both experiences were great. Even better, my 5-year old (who is typically very anxious at the dentist) actually enjoyed his dental appointment. They're not even a pediatric dentist office and out of all the places I've taken him to, this is the first one where he felt calm and relaxed. They were very accommodating, giving him crayons and stickers, etc. I'm sure it really helped him with the anxiety he's had from going to the dentist in the past, so needless to say I'm VERY happy. Nice, clean office. Great staff. Great service. I highly recommend Dr. Rabbi and his team at One Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. S. Ahmed is excellent and very professional. Dr Ahmed took the time to explain everything to me concerning my teeth. Her staff is very polite, friendly and very helpful, as well. The office is very clean and neat.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the front desk was so welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable. The whole team was kind, easy to talk to, and my dentist was great and answered all my questions. Compared to my past dental experiences, I did feel the exam was less thorough and the cleaning not quite as detailed as I’m used to. That said, the overall atmosphere and friendliness of the staff made it a really positive experience, and I appreciated how comfortable I felt during the entire visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental One with Dr. Sheffat Rabbi and his staff has been such a great find! Scheduling is super easy, the text reminders are so helpful, and I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. The office is clean, modern, and really calming, and the whole team is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rabbi takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable with your options. I’m really glad I found them and would definitely recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Misdiagnosed. I was worried if it's a pulpitis and went in for an emergency appointment after having symptoms for 2 days, they took many x ray, told me I have pericoronitis, prescribed antibiotics and NSAID. I asked the doctor more than 10 times if it's a pulpitis, and he ensured me it's not. My symptoms continue and an abscess is formed, I went in again, another doctor barely checked it, and just referred me to have my wisdom tooth removed (the abscess was not by the wisdom tooth). I went to another dentist, they took 1 x ray and told me I have pulpitis, not pericoronitis, nothing the wisdom tooth. So due to the misdiagnose, my pulpitis killed the nerve (exactly my concern when I opted for an emergency appointment a month ago), I've been suffering for a month, I had to take more antibiotics and pain killers, and I had the abscess which required additional procedure and cost that wouldn't form if I was not misdiagnosed.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first dental office that I have been to that treated my teeth health like it was family. My teeth have received fantastic care to the point where do not bled. Believe me that is important because I had that problem most of my life and I am 76 years old. So if you need gentle good make an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter recently visited Dr. Samanza Ahmed and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Dr. Ahmed took the time to explain each procedure in detail, making sure my daughter felt completely comfortable and informed.

Experiencia fantástica: Bry is amazing from the front desk and at times she works side by side with the dentist. She deserves a raise!!! She is soooo patient and calming helping me with my fears of going to the Dentist. The staff is wonderful
