My kids have been coming here since there first baby appointments and they are always professional, attentive, caring, and really good at what they do! My daughter commented after her last her appointment how nice Dr. Bo and his assistant were, which is our normal experience with them. Thankful to them for creating a positive and safe dental experience for our family.

Experiencia negativa: We had a Apointment at 10 am and due to traffic we were 1 minute late and they wouldn’t see us. They also told us that we didn’t do the “new patient form”. I told her that with Tricare we don’t have a dental insurance card so we couldn’t submit the form online and she told us we could have clicked that we didn’t have insurance. Needless to say this place is so unprofessional and I will be recommending this place to anybody. We drove over 30 minutes to get there and then we were told to come back at 3:30pm sorry I’m not taking almost 2.5 hours of driving.

Experiencia fantástica: My son needed his lip tie corrected at 4 weeks old. Dr. Davidson evaluated him to ensure it was the right treatment and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. The procedure itself was incredibly quick and non-invasive. As first-time parents, we truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free Dr. Davidson made the experience. We highly recommend Dr. Davidson and his office for any infant oral concerns—and we’re looking forward to seeing him again when the teeth start coming in!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad we found Dr. Bo & his team when we moved to Lacey. They've been fantastic with my oldest since he was 8, & are great with my toddler since he got his first tooth. They have a little arcade/movie area for the kids and give "Bo Bucks" at each visit that the kids can use to buy things. Everyone that works there is kind & they've all always made our kids feel so comfortable.

We wanted to get a second opinion somewhere about a procedure and they were so helpful and supportive. We will absolutely not be switching to another office after the procedure, we will be going right back to this office! They are a class act.

Experiencia fantástica: After moving here, we were in need of a pediatric dentist for our kids. I was referred to Dr. Davidson and I can honestly say that I am so happy that we were! Our first visit was painless with four kids that were seen ON TIME and thoroughly and efficiently checked out by the staff. We had some cavities, so for our follow up appointment, Dr. Davidson took time to explain what work needed to be done and I was given a print off of expected charges prior to scheduling the follow up. At our next appointment to fill the cavities, the appointment was so quick and Dr. Davidson again took time to come out and told me the work that he had done which ended up being less than we both had anticipated. We have to come back for another follow up for a different cavity and when I told my daughter, she literally was bummed that it wasn't going to be for a week. I wish Dr. Davidson took adult patients because I'd love to be that excited to see my dentist. Great job to the entire staff at Hawks Prairie Pediatric Dentistry!!!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 this experience blew me away. My 4 and 5 year old kids left their appointment saying, "I love it here." Umm what? You love your dentist office? This is the absolute perfect place to take kids of all ages for dental care. My husband and I wish we could get our teeth cleaned there too but we are over 18.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely fantastic! We had attempted 3 times at a different clinic to have a large amount of plaque removed from my child’s grown up teeth with no success. It had been insisted that he’d probably have to go under with how bad his anxiety was. He was to the point of crying just thinking about the dentist. We made the switch over to Dr. Davidson and I am so happy to say that Dr. Davidson was able to clean all of the plaque off without sedation and in just 1 visit! Now my child isn’t scared of the dentist and I’m so grateful! The fun game room they have is so great to get their minds off the worries beforehand too! Highly recommend!

They even put tv on so the kids can watch while having their teeth cleaned. They have some machines to play in if you need to bribe ur kidand also have what's called bo money which if they accumulate enough allowed them to buy something. I really liked that it gives the kids a reason to come back and not just think about the uglies. 100% recommend

From the kind to staff to the fun environment, we had a great experience from the moment we got there. The dental hygienist took time to get to know my daughter and answer all the questions we had. She also shared some great tips on how to brush my toddlers teeth that have completely changed our home experience to be a fun bonding time! Dr. Bo Davidson was so kind and thorough with our care. I felt that his professionalism and knowledge really paired well to make me feel comfortable and trust his care to our daughter. The incentive structure is awesome and made me leaving wishing adult dentistry’s functioned the same! 10/10 experience!

Sometimes the lady that answers the phone can sound like she doesn’t enjoy her job and be so rude when we’re just trying to help our children . Maybe not answer the phone if you cannot be kind to your office’s patients .

Experiencia fantástica: Military family ❤️ My son has moderate autism (age 9). He chipped a front tooth and so finding a local dentist he was comfortable with became highest importance. A little back story: Before we found HPPD we had appointments with 2 other local dentist offices. The first said “it’s aesthetic and he will just need to live with it.” They didn’t even attempt x-rays and refused treatment to fix it. The 2nd office attempted x-rays but were unable to get them. The dentist recommended full sedation. We decided to get another opinion and I am so glad we did! We found Dr.Bo and Ms.Sandra! They are truly amazing. My son immediately had a connection with both of them, he was calm and listened to them. In the first visit they were able to get a full set of x-rays and an exam, next visit he had a cleaning. Has next visit they plan to fix his chipped tooth. They go above and beyond! They are super patient and explain everything to my son to ease his nerves, they show him what everything is and give breaks as needed/are able, they are super sweet, compassionate and understanding. My son loves them and now loves going to the dentist. His fears of the dentist are diminishing. I am so thankful we found Hawks Prairie Pediatric Dentistry. Finding a office that doesn’t create trauma or fear is a god sent when you have a special needs child and I can’t even tell you how amazing they are! 100% recommended.

My daughter needed dental work done, and that they could do the procedure in office instead of the hospital which was great! Her teeth look so good! My other daughter had the same procedure done at a different place and it looked no where near as good. The office is extremely kid friendly and is more awesome than any other office I’ve ever seen?! My kids love coming here! They really cater to children, my kids aren’t scared because they’re too busy watching a show to realize their teeth are being worked on. Dr. Bo is very good with kids and makes going to the dentist fun! My kids love going here!

They gave him a dental goodie bag as well. They do this thing called Bo bucks (like Monopoly money) that your kid earns every time they visit and have zero cavities. You can utilize them for a variety of prizes. Front desk is also friendly and welcoming. Office is very clean and modern. Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a pediatric dentist!

Got my four year old to cooperate enough for xrays and kept the cleaning and exam short for my two year old to tolerate. Things they liked were the 6 flavor options for cleaning paste, a gold coin operated toy dispenser when we were finished and both of them loved the TVs with Disney+ too!

The environment that they portray is extremely fun, but professional we enjoy the game room and the tv in the rooms to keep patients occupied. Everything is well maintained and always clean. I also appreciated the seriousness they took to protecting their staff and patients in regards to the current pandemic! Their COVID procedures flowed nicely from check in to check out and made me feel safe in bringing my child here, thank you for that!

She managed to get him to take x rays willingly. At the end he was given a token for a toy! Dr. Bo was friendly and professional as usual. The front desk staff are also consistently excellent. The dental hygienist's make getting the kids teeth cleaned such a great process. My 3 year old has not quite been ready to sit on her own so the staff accommodate her and make her comfortable while they clean. The prize system is fun and motivating to my kids to keep up on their brushing and flossing. They also love the game room when it is open! It is closed due to Covid precautions and the office is set up in a safe and responsible way right now so bringing my kids to their dental appointments felt great!

Experiencia fantástica: Beat Pediatric Dentist in town very professional. We are an Army family so we know the difference when a dentist knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend them. He also uses high technology. Both of my kids had cavities and he used a laser to stop the problem. If your kids needs a referral to someone else he knows the right people as well.
