Experiencia fantástica: This was my third visit to Capitol Lake Dentistry. The experience has been consistently excellent. Dr. Evans is kind, empathetic and competent. Allison, the hygienist, is first-rate and she offers very helpful advice. The treatment cubicles are pleasant and comfortable. The equipment is up-to-date.

Experiencia fantástica: After Dr. Ward and Kelly retired (we had been going there for 25 years), we were referred to Dr. Natalie Evans. My husband and I had our dental cleanings today. From the sensational Dr. Evans and the entire professional front staff to our incredible dental hygienists, Allison and Kristin, this dental office is exceptional, welcoming and efficient. We were seen right on time! Allison is gentle while cleaning my teeth and just the perfect dental hygienist. She explains everything she is doing while cleaning my teeth and she is so thorough, compassionate and professional. Since Kelly always put “numbing gel” around each tooth to decrease any pain, Allison did it for me, too. Hallelujah! I never felt any pain as she used this gentle water pik device to clean the gums and then gave a thorough cleaning of each tooth. My husband and son go to this new dentist, too. My husband had the dental hygienist, Kristin. He wanted me to express his gratitude for her gentle cleaning, understanding and kindness, too. We both were impressed by this entire staff! Dr. Evans is kind and excellent, too. We cannot imagine giving anything lower than a “5”. Thank you for accepting us into your practice and fitting us in! We cannot be happier with this dentistry. We have another appointment in 6 months and I can’t wait! Tremendous dental experience. We understand why Dr. Ward referred us to Dr. Evans’ dentistry. We plan on going here for another 25 years! Sadly there was a Physical aftermath: bruise left side of chin & 3 small bruises on lower lip, lip skin split at left corner, bleeding gums for 10 days, capable of liquid & soft food consumption. I’m not comfortable with the star system. I could give stars to individuals

This is the first extensive work I have had from Dr. Evans and she was unbelievable. So gentle, kind and caring. I will forever be grateful and am so happy that she took on this practice. Experiencia fantástica: Kudos for Allison While Allison cleaned my teeth, we talked about ways to improve my dental hygiene. I told her that I drink Pepsi in the morning to get some caffeine, and have started rinsing vigorously right afterwards. She thought about that for a bit, then explained that it would probably be better to wait for about 30 minutes before rinsing after drinking something acidic. When I got home, her advice was counterintuitive enough that I searched on the web to double check what she’d suggested. Sure enough, she was absolutely right! I’m very grateful to have a dentist with such competent and friendly staff!

Everyone there was so nice to me, and I wasn’t even a patient Teresa, at the front desk was awesome! She was friendly, she was funny, and she treated me with such respect that I said I think I’ll sign up as a patient with them. When I went there for my exam, I saw Kristen, and she was equally as amazing as Teresa. Everything there was wonderful. Kristen’s space was decorated so nicely that it put me at ease immediately. When I went back for my cleaning, she even offered me a blanket if I was chilly. Dr. Evans is Absolutely wonderful! You really don’t feel like you’re at a dentist office, because everyone seems. I have a bit of a fear of Dentist’s offices, but they put me at ease immediately. I highly, highly recommend this dental office.

Teresa was very kind and welcoming upon arrival, Kristin was patient and gentle during the process and did a wonderful job making me feel at ease, Dr. Evans provided a quick and pain-free assessment and was able to come up with a dental plan that works for me, and Becki helped me understand all of the paperwork and billing so that we were all on the same page. The entire experience I felt comfortable and supported, leaving me with much less dread for the next appointment! Will absolutely be my dentist of choice for the foreseeable future and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: My very personal take on Capital Lake Dentistry and Dr. Natalie Evan. I am someone who has feared the dentist my entire life. I had made attempts to go here and there throughout my life. I once encountered a dentist that was so gentle and pain free, but he retired and I was again without care. So several decades later, my daughter recommended Dr. Evans. I already knew I was past the point of no return to save my teeth, but that is a real emotional bridge to cross and follow through with. I dealt with a lot of pain and embarrassment from my own stubbornness. So, I bit the bullet, finally went in to begin the process of the inevitable. Full extractions and fake teeth. I had watched my mom go through the same many years ago and the difference is epic compared to what she dealt with and what I have experienced. What I can tell you is, I felt NO JUDGEMENT from her ever. Which was the biggest hurdle for me to be honest. I love banter and she kept up with all of what I had to offer. She's very good at it, so bring your game. I'm sure it was my way of coping with the process. It actually made the visits fun for me. Most importantly, she knows her stuff.  I'm impressed every single time by her knowledge of this process and she knows what was needed. I'm close to the end of the treatment and life is better.  Was my process easy?  Yes and no.  Yes, because Dr. Evans is a professional.  No, because my choices put me here. You will lose nothing by going in and asking questions for your situation. I honestly don't do reviews ever. I needed to get through most of my treatment to actually look back at my entire process, just wanted to share it.
