Experiencia negativa: This place is just annoying and I’m fed up. They have called me three times to reschedule my sons dentist appointment, and then we finally get in, we did show up 4 mins late, and I guess I had some forms to fill out while we waited. We wait for 30 mins for them to come back and say, “since you guys were late and had to fill out forms we have to reschedule” like huh? The first time here we showed up 15 mins early and waited a whole HOUR to be seen. Just ridiculous! The receptionists need to do a better job, the communication here sucks, and they are rude.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is wonderful and they are doing the best they can. I’ve also had great experiences with the orthodontist and his staff. Having said that, their dental staff are terribly inconsistent. Dental cleanings and dental procedures are constantly being cancelled and rescheduled the day of. My husband and I have a bet going as to whether or not each appointment will be canceled. I have two little kids and it’s a struggle and very stressful to line up childcare or have my husband rearrange his schedule to work from home. It’s beyond frustrating.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed with this dental office. My daughter’s appointments have been canceled last minute several times, which has already been frustrating enough. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 a.m. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t see me and asked me to come back at 9:00. I returned at 9:00 and continued waiting until 9:30 without any updates. When I finally asked what was going on, the receptionist simply said she didn’t know and asked if I wanted to reschedule. This office seems to have very little regard for their patients’ time. Between the repeated last-minute cancellations and making me wait nearly two hours without being seen, the lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I understand delays happen, but patients deserve honest updates and basic respect for their schedules.

Experiencia positiva: The inside of the building itself felt a little unnerving/commercial to me at first, compared with my other dental office experiences. It was one long hallway with many rooms on each side. The room I was in was all the way at the end and seemed like maybe it wasn't originally designed to be a dental room. But that's not a big deal. The surgeon and dental assistant were nice, seemed very intelligent, and took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Thank you! :)

Experiencia negativa: My first review was deleted today. I will never go back to this dentist again. You make an appointment well in advance. And they cancel on you the day Of the appointment. They say they call but my call log shows nothing. If I cancel on them the same day I get charged a fee but they can repeatedly over book and then you use the excuse of staffing. Period. Avoid this place if you want dental care. My experience is horrible. I would not want you to have one yourself. A new bride dental don’t put that blanket crap statement on the bottom of this review I no longer want to contact you. I just want people to know my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: As far as dentistry goes Bright Now is without a doubt the best place I have been. My past experiences had me to a point that I would rather my teeth not be taken care of due to the way I have been treated. This specific Bright Now Dental Clinic actually has helped me to feel like my teeth are important and I don't feel looked down upon, judged, or uncomfortable when I walk through their doors. They have made sure to go above and beyond to help me in my journey to getting my teeth fixed. I am 100% confident in my dental team and I know I have chosen the right place. I would also like to add that reception is incredibly nice and extremely helpful. All of my interactions have been pleasant and informative. Lastly, they are a one stop shop. Meaning they do everything under one roof as far as dentistry goes. Anything you need taken care of they can do. No referrals to other places and no headaches with trying to call other clinics to see if your insurance is accepted etc. Thank you Bright Now for helping to change the way I see dentists and for taking good care of me. Y'all are rock stars.

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give 0 stars. It's a long review .. read full review. The negative experiences with bright now started last year. They rescheduled 3 of my appointments last minute (like day of last minute), which is pretty annoying because I used leave for appointments. I was forgiving and understanding of this and continued to be a patient. Sometime last summer I called to reschedule a cleaning (one that they had previously rescheduled) and was told I should not do that because their last hygienists last day there. In January I had a cleaning scheduled and found out that they still had NO Hygienists. I scheduled the cleaning for 3pm because I had a work meeting I needed to return for. They texted me day of to confirm my 4 pm appointment, so I called to tell them that wouldn't work because of the meeting so they had me come in at 330. I was surprised that they would just reschedule a patients appointment without calling first... day of text message is not professional. The cleaning was so fast (was later told by my new dentist that it was a bad and rushed cleaning) The cleaning was completed by the dentist who used this crazy plastic mouth piece to hold my jaw open. super uncomfortable! Then they told me I needed a root canal in a tooth I was having no problems with and it probably needed a crown, but I would have to schedule a follow up appointment for 50$. root canal with crown and fillings would be around 1,400$ out of pocket after insurance. This prompted me to call a new dentist. He caught 2 cavities they missed and I do not need a root canal. I also found out my insurance covers 2 mouth exams a year so they should not have had to charge me 50$ for the follow up exam. The work my mouth needs is costing under 100$ compared to the 1400$ bright now quoted me! Still shocked they recommended an unnecessary root canal and crown. That is crazy! Do not go here. Also I see other reviews have mentioned the receptionist.. I agree, They are very short and unfriendly. 2/6/2026 update. Just found out the gold crown I paid 1400$ for after insurance is already failing when they told me it was supposed to last 20 years. The crown was not put in tight enough. Bright now sucks.

Experiencia fantástica: Generally good, but this time I didn't get seen until almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. Overall, the rest of the appointment was great.

Experiencia negativa: Today I had two fillings repaired, an overhang smoothed, and a curodont treatment. These procedures were done by a new dentist, and the experience was uniquely terrible. Usually, my experience is outstanding, and I leave the office feeling confident about the procedures. Four things stand out as being problematic from my visit, and it is enough that I wish I had not charged for my services. First, no staff or assistant could explain why I was having repairs done. When the dentist entered the room, she did not even understand the notes and almost treated the wrong teeth. This does not inspire confidence at all! The dental assistant had trouble deciphering the previous notes, which is what led to the confusion. Second, during the treatment, I had to repeatedly ask the dentist to stop covering my nose so that I could breathe. The dentist continued to use my face as a resting spot for her hand, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. Why was it easier to put your pinky up my nostril throughout the visit rather than holding the tools so it wouldn't happen? This harkens back to the issue of resting your hand on my face and telling me to breathe through my nose. How can a patient do that with your pinky actively up my nostril? Third, the drill slipped several times during the repair process and cut my chin. Yes, the cut was minor, and should heal fine. However, this is not the experience you want. The dentist tried to say it may have been from pulling my cheek too hard (which is a problem in and of itself), but then conceded it was the tool. She tried to joke that the tools were old and needed to be replaced. Again, this does not inspire confidence in any way that I am being given proper or good care! Fourth is more of a question and complaint. How long after curodont treatment can a patient eat or drink fluids? Well, the dentist and dental assistant sure did not tell me. It was not until 10:00 pm that Google told me. I may have inadvertently ruined a treatment by drinking tea within 30 minutes of treatment. How did this happen? Well, nobody told me to avoid food or drinks for at least 30 minutes! All in all, I wish I had not paid $160 for services today. The new dentist deeply needs more time learning bedside manners and perhaps a little more training around sharp objects. I wish I could dispute this with insurance, but that goes nowhere. Instead, I am here submitting a long-winded message to the office and posting an online review because that is all a person really can do. The front desk staff and dental hygienists are probably the only redeeming quality to this location!

Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review in regard to my mother terrible experience at this clinic. We do not recommend this clinic. She had her root canal done with Dr. Almoghaisseb mid January. Despite the multiple times she expressed her nervousness about the treatment, the provider didn’t seem to care. He injected the local anesthesia right after the topical anesthesia even though she said she wasn’t ready and wanted to wait longer. My mom experienced excruciating pain from the injection, and the provider didn’t seem to have any empathy. Post procedure, she developed an abscess in the area that required antibiotic. When she went to the office in-person to request an antibiotic prescription, and request a follow-up appt, the receptionist was also super rude. Despite this clinic being her main clinic the past few year, she was told she need to go to a different dentist to get seen since the earliest appt they have is at the end of February. They only have dentist in clinic on Monday and Friday. It is patient responsibility to find a new place to get seen w/in the week per the endodontist recommend due to the infection. In the end, she was able to see her PCP for the gum abscess and treatment. In the mean time, we will be looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled five months in advance and have a very limited window of availability because I live part of the year on the other side of the state and my insurance has no providers in my county. I haven't had access to dental care for two decades. I finally had one cleaning/xrays in September 2025 and was very much looking forward to finally getting on track. Instead I just had a last minute cancellation of both appointments with next available appointments over a month out due to staffing issues. This is unacceptable. I once again do not have access to actually use my dental insurance and my teeth will continue to suffer. I guess that's why medical tourism is so popular. Look forward to sharing this frustration with Bright Now Dental's lobby team and my HR.

Experiencia negativa: Update: still having trouble with the dentist here. Different dentist, but still mean and uncaring. Made me cry, then the staff didn't even do my cleaning. Again . And it's probably their fault, had a simple filing done and now need a root canal. They say it's just something that happens but that makes no sense. And they never said that could happen from just a filing. 2023: Would give zero stars if I could. Pushed me into unnecessary work, then cancelled my cleaning. Just terrible.

Experiencia negativa: The absolute WORST experience with a dental office from the dental assistants to the dentists I have EVER experienced. Let’s start with the fact they are a corporate office, meaning they will tell you need x,y,z services to maximize your insurance deductible (quickly) and other services not covered by insurance. Then they stated I needed two crowns, specialized cleaning (always had a routine and precious dentists in 40+ years), and a filling on another tooth to start. Decided on one crown, 1st one broke, after temporary fell out after two hours. After waiting another two weeks for replacement the dentist couldn’t get it to fit, again…molding issues? Then she didn’t numb me enough and had the audacity to tell me, everyone feels the drill a little bit. Seriously? After that horrible experiment, I switched dentist after only 5 minute the here. The amazing new dentist said I DID NOT need a crown, only a filling, and the one they did complete didn’t even fit my tooth properly! Also I only needed a routine cleaning, not the specialized cleaning they were stating I needed. To add to this horror story, they told my 20 year old son he needed his wisdom teeth removed and had to have a bone graft that wasn’t covered by insurance and would be $2500…no thank you. 2nd dentist, no he doesn’t. Long story short…save your money, teeth, time and go somewhere else!

Experiencia negativa: It was a not so great experience the first time I went there, The dentist seemed very hesitant to pretty much do anything that most dentists do. Trying to advocate for myself and making sure that I am doing the right thing for me. This dentist made me feel like I’m in the wrong. She had me see an endodontist that I didn’t need to see and this person told me that my tooth did not need a root canal And if it continues to give me pain, it would be fine to pull it and that any general Dentist can do it. She of course, declined So I’m still in pain almost 2 months now and I see her today because the last person told me it would be a good idea to do a mouthguard just to make sure I protect my teeth. She poked prodded and used this extremely large tool to try to get my back tooth. that’s already been giving me problems Instead of being gentle and listening to the client that’s paying for this. She goes on to tell me that if I want to go somewhere else where it’s more gentle, I can. That’s when I stood up from the chair told her I would And advised the women upfront that I would not be returning neither one seemed all concerned, especially the one named Tamara Neither one cared. I know there’s several things that I’m missing, but this is the gist of it. I did not mind the endodontist, but overall the experience was terrible. Even the office manager really didn’t want to admit that there might be something wrong with her dentist. There couldn’t be anything wrong with her. Of course it’s gotta be the client. However, if you looked at the mixed reviews on here, you would see I’m not the only one I’m just the one that decided to tell them face-to-face instead of just on a review I am not an unreasonable person, but when somebody’s jamming a tool in your mouth, trying to get your back teeth and clanking all the way across and not caring that is where I draw the line. I love Tranquility Dental and I will be returning back to them as soon as my insurance changes back over .They are an HMO and it shows On a sidenote, you may want to tell your receptionist to cool it with the overindulgence of old lady perfume. It is awful. It stinks terribly and it gives everyone a headache in the room. I am not the only person who made a comment about this in fact while I was waiting for my appointment, a gentleman came in and said it smelled like bubblegum And air freshener not to mention she’s chewing your gum like curd This place is just unprofessional ,stay away

Experiencia negativa: Beware scammy-like business practices. I have had many dentists in my time. Even had brightnow previously at a different location (South Tacoma), which was an OK experience. Unfortunately, the Olympia location had bad customer service. Incredibly long wait for my scheduled appointment. Wish I had left. They ended up taking, and charging me for, an unnecessary panoramic xray, which I just learned had huge out of pocket costs for me, which wasn’t disclosed to me in advance of that first visit and not fully covered by my great insurance. They also pushed me to see a root canal specialist, which was unnecessary. Also told by front desk I needed to pay for laser cleaning out of pocket at my next cleaning or to cancel my next visit or other stuff out of pocket, so ultimately canceled it. There were other issues that I won’t get into. Returned to my old dentist. This is my first google review, and I wasn’t even going to leave one, but had too once I got the bill from my insurance ugh

Experiencia fantástica: Alyssa and Dr Mansour are fantastic! They are both very kind and helpful. The Dr. Had a cancelation so she did my cleaning I needed to go further with my treatment plan! Alyssa is a great tech! She stepped in when others weren't willing to do their job.

Experiencia negativa: The amount of issues I had was unprofessional. Wasting insurance on petty things so I can pay out of pocket for the big stuff, had me wear a temporary crown for over 6 months because they couldn’t figure out how to make a permanent one that fit meaning I was forced to eat soft mushy foods for the 6 months I had the temporary on only to get lectured when it broke because they’re only ment to be on for 2 weeks. Also they forgot to tell me the warnings and get my signature before surgery only to call me and have me come back and sign the liability forms afterwards… they would have had a serious case in their hands if anything had happened while I was under. They also refused to numb me properly so every appointment was a painful one.

Experiencia negativa: I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at Bright Now Dental office in West Olympia. This is now the third time they have canceled or rescheduled my son’s appointment—each time at the last minute, just a day before we were scheduled to come in. The reasons have ranged from “not enough staffing” to “booking errors due to new staff training.” Regardless of the reason, this kind of repeated disorganization is unacceptable, especially when trying to get consistent care for a child. And when we’ve asked for an alternative appointment, the soonest they could offer was a month later. This has become a pattern, not a one-off mistake. It’s incredibly frustrating and has shown a lack of reliability and consideration for patients’ time. I do not recommend this clinic for dental services, especially if you value consistency and accountability.

Experiencia positiva: Good service, but slow. Every time I’m there, waiting very long. Up to 6 patients in waiting room seen… you must be short staff. Prices (unless it’s covered) is scary. Make sure to check some online average costs for the certain procedures.

Experiencia negativa: I was told by this office that I have six cracked teeth, need a root canal, and that I grind my teeth and would need a bite guard (despite there being no evidence that I know of - no headaches, no jaw pain). I was quoted $7200 for three crowns and a root canal and said night guard, and that was the discounted price if I agreed to pay their yearly membership fee. I sought a second opinion today and that dentist said they did not see even one cracked tooth in my mouth and that the tooth that needed the supposed root canal and crown just has a missing filling. This dentist also found 3 cavities that the Bright Now dentist didn’t even notice or say anything about. My second opinion dentist also said there’s no signs of wear on my teeth that would indicate clenching or grinding. Get a second opinion, people! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the staff are friendly. But … is it “friendly” to insist you need a bunch of unnecessary work? Perhaps not.

I was incredibly impressed with my visit from the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the endodontist. They were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They walked me through the process step by step and checked on me throughout the procedure. Thank you so much.

Experiencia negativa: I would skip going to Bright Now! Dental if you can, and this office in particular. They are not upfront about their availability and instead use the new patient appointment to try and sell you on added services (like ortho, which I didn't need since I already have my own ortho already). When I booked originally, I was told I could get a cleaning at the same time as my new patient visit, something most other dentists are able to do. But when I confirmed, I was told the cleaning was only "if they had availability" - something that was not disclosed to me up front when I made the appointment. When I checked with this office specifically, I was told the first cleaning was only available in January 2026 - over 6 months away. Since I live over an hour away, this is inconvenient. On top of it the office manager at this location was both condescending and rude. I was able to make a new patient and cleaning appointment at another provider, Puyallup Modern Dentistry, right after this, something most dentists can/should be able to do.

Experiencia negativa: They tricked me into paying 125.00 for laser cleaning. They should have told me it was not covered by my insurance. Two months later at a separate appointment, my wife declined the $125.00 laser cleaing. We were sent a bill anyways.

Experiencia fantástica: After going to other not so great dental offices in the past, I was a bit scared to try this one but turns out they are great! By far my favorite dental office! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They make sure you are comfortable and understand everything they are doing as well as what they are recommending! Love them! This is definitely my home dental office now!

Experiencia negativa: UPDATED.. -The hygienist Debbie is absolutely amazing and definitely recommend getting your teeth cleaned here by her. She is great. -The Dr. Mara or Mera (not sure). She is very young and very inefficient. She does not listen to her patients. She makes up things just to get you out of her chair. Would not recommend I’m considering changing dentist offices due to her, but I really love Debbie. I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived at 12:30 (as requested) for a 1 pm appt. I was not seen until 1:16pm. I just moved here from TX and looking for continued care as I already have braces. The woman who did my X-rays was inexperienced (but super sweet) she was the nicest person in that building.Dr. Nhan did not even introduce herself, then handled me very aggressively. Refused to assist me until I got approved from a TMJ specialist which I have never been told before. Remind you, I’ve had braces for 20 months & I have 16 more months to go. There was also a language barrier that had her giving me incorrect information. I said I had a total of 36 mo., this woman raises her voice stating there’s no way I have 3-6 mo left.. like huh??! I’ve been seen by multiple Drs who have been very specific with helping me & have not turned me away. I then asked for a TMJ referral (bc as I’ve stated I just moved here) & the Dr. stated I would need to find a specialist myself. Then I was sent to the front to speak with someone named Janie or Jamie..? The girl was on her phone texting and Snapchatting.. I waited for 15 mins and then went and asked if someone is supposed to be speaking with me bc I had to get back to work. The Janie woman said she would call me with a quote after calling my insurance.. never called me.. this was a mess & extremely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. My ortho in TX was so nice & professional, these people do not make their patients feel welcomed at all.

Experiencia negativa: My problem is that they were trying to double bill me. My procedure was a preauthrized one with my insurance. This company said my insurance did not cover everything. They talked me into applying for in-house credit. I was approved and agreed to their terms. Then, I talked with my insurance company and got a copy of my preauthorization. I talked to the office manager, who stated I needed to send her a copy of my insurance papers, as their office might not receive them for months. As of today, they have submitted a claim. I hope they don't try to bill be for what my insurance pays. I am filing a claim with the FTC for fraud and with my insurance company too. What a nasty business.

Then call you stubborn because of what zodiac sign you are..im here for my teeth, not a zodiac reading! After I went ahead with what I needed done, I proceded to pay, the blonde at the front who takes payments told me how much. I was shocked because it was super low payment and said wow! The cost was very expensive and I understand that's normal in today's world and the second was that I wish the dentist would have pre-numbed me before injecting novicaine. It was very painful.

Experiencia fantástica: I had one of my teeth split so part of it was just hanging so I called to see if it was possible to get seen before I left for my vacation which had been scheduled 2 months in advance and my flight was leaving in 2 days. I was scared to just leave and not get it taken care of so I called told them my predicament and they made an appointment for the next day! It was taken care of temporarily and getting seen when I would get back. I was happy to not worry about it while away! They're awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: This BrightNow on Black Lake, Olympia is the best BrightNow I’ve been to, and I’ve been to several (Silverdale, Gig Harbor, SeaTac, Lacey). At Black Lake, your visit is greeted with friendly and knowledgeable customer service at the front desk. I forgot her name, but the main gal is very good. The dentist is great too, including her assistant. All professional.

Experiencia negativa: Appt at two but not seen by dentist til 3. Strange how its ok for doctors and dentists to be late but if a customer is 5 min late we don't get seen and get charged. I work for a living and have to take time off to go to appts so when your late then I'm late getting back. Please be more respectful of your clients time.

The dentist kept saying that “this is not ok, you’re a little older for not brushing.” If you have special needs/special needs children, do not bring them here. They will be shamed even if you inform them not to do that.

I felt comfortable from the moment I called to make my first appointment, and It's like I'm seeing old friends every time I walk in the door. The staff explain everything as they go along and makes sure you're feeling okay throughout the appointments. I have a major fear of dentist's appointments and never worry about going in. I can't say enough about everyone here. I am so glad I've found this practice!

Experiencia negativa: When I went there for my appointment last time, the front desk assistant, Maya, handed me over the wrong bill charging me for my periodontics treatment. This is the third time the front desk assistant at this specific location did this to me. When I mentioned that to her that she did the same mistake 3rd time, instead of apologizing for her mistakes, she told me that no one forced me to come here and behaved very rudely. She never checked my dental insurance information properly and wrongfully charged me for my treatment. I had to explain that this periodontics service is fully covered with my insurance. This same assistant also argued last time about my fluoride treatment and wrongfully charged it to me even though I insisted that it was fully covered with my insurance. So I had to cancel the fluoride treatment that day. Later, when I came back home and checked with my insurance again, they confirmed that it is fully covered. But just because the front desk assistant wrongfully charged me, I had to skip that service that day. They actual treatment is okay, but the front desk assistant is super rude and arrogant. I am going somewhere else!

My cracked tooth was done at the Olympia west side office. Dr. Mansor, again friendly and very thorough. She explained what she found and that I need a crown. Very very good!

Experiencia negativa: This place was insistent on not being able to combine the initial visit with the cleaning which to me, screamed of insurance soaking. Not fraud just gaming the awful Delta Dental of WA. Once I learned they received a monthly cut of my premium I ditched them. My co workers hate them so I decided to go to Dr. Neilson in Lacey. 11 months the Bright Now office got a cut of my monthly premium and never lifted so much as a finger to get me in the office. Just an awful situation with them and Delta Dental. The worst dental HMO in my 62 years of experience. And these guys are right there at the bottom of the pile. I will never willingly go back to them.

Experiencia negativa: Today was my first and last visit to this business. I made an appointment several weeks ago for my son. During the call I specifically told them our dentist recommended braces and I wanted to get an evaluation and quote for braces. They gave me an appointment. I particularly took the day off to go to this appointment. I get there and they start doing x rays and then a cleaning. The dental assistant was not versed in customer services at all. She didn't introduce herself or explain what she was doing. She quietly mumbled orders at my son through her face mask and we had to ask her to repeat herself several times. She looked as if she's not even happy to be working there and I don't blame her. After we do all that, they sit us in the lobby. I was confused. The receptionist who also has no customer service skills is staring at me twirling her hair saying, "I dunno what happened but we just have you scheduled for a new patient establish care appointment". Not "I'm sorry", not "let me see if they can see you today" (I know the orthodontist was there because other people came out with their kids and quotes for braces while we were waiting). After trying to find dates that work along my work schedule and his school schedule (they only have orthodontists every other Monday. I said nevermind and left. waist of time! I can't wait to see what kind of ridiculous bill they send me because I'm ready for the b.s.

Experiencia fantástica: The Bright Now! dental office on Black Lake in Olympia was AMAZING! They were SUPER friendly, and we have never had such a wonderful experience at any dentist before. They are helping with Dentures repair and ordering a new set as well as cleaning my family's teeth as needed. We were new patients and really nervous about starting over but they have helped explain what we need in a friendly and courteous manner.

Experiencia negativa: Bright Now had rapid availability and was in network with my insurance. In retrospect, the Availability should of been a red flag. The Service was good but the problems are all on their back end. They overbilled beyond the negotiated amount and then would not refund the money. I tried just to pay my bill and their online payment is broken and does not allow you to create an account based on the billing information. This is a large dental company that feels very predatory in nature.

Experiencia negativa: This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time, I was finally called back for x-rays. I have a small mouth and sensitive gag reflex. The x-ray tech seemed very new and inexperienced. She was having trouble getting me to bite down correctly, so she called over a superior, who forcefully man-handled the camera into my mouth. I told her that this wasn't working and I was worried I was going to vomit on the camera. She said, "That's fine, some patients do," and encouraged me to proceed. Although I thankfully managed not to vomit, by the end of the x-rays I was crying, and the inside of my mouth was bleeding, having received multiple cuts and abrasions from the camera. When the doctor finally saw me, I told him my mouth was bleeding, and he said something like "Oh yeah, that happens." When I first made the appointment, they told me they'd be doing a full work-up, so I expected that would mean having my teeth cleaned as well. Nope! They only have one dental hygienist right now, who's only in one day a week. I will obviously not be going back, and I strongly advise others to seek treatment elsewhere.

Did my exam and teeth cleaning. Dr. Amir is very nice. Jenna, the hygienist, was gentle. She listened to me and was patient with me due to my anxiety. Look, Ma, no cavities!

Experiencia negativa: This place was an interesting experience. Front desk staff when I came in was arguing with another patient. I thought, okay people get mad at drs offices. I was polite and respectful. Ive worked with enough customers to know it's a hard part of the job. Reception had the rudest, monotone, dismissive attitude to them, to another patient and then to me when attempting to check in. They didn't have my appt that I received a reminder text for, they didn't have all the info I filled out online (which was pages of information). When I inquired about both the receptionist said they didn't have my appt but would still see me then stared blankly at me. I asked why had I been called 4 separate times to verify my insurance, confirm my appt and info if they weren't actually recording it somewhere. Reception said she didn't know and that I needed to fill it out for a fifth time, then stared blankly at me again. I walked out and went with another provider. This is the walmart of dentistry (large corporation owns bright now) where staff acts bothered you came to them for services and you will get the lowest quality care possible. The bitter passive-aggressive-ness I experienced from the front desk alone was enough to send me elsewhere. I'm not settling for subpar care with staff that has horrible attitudes.

Experiencia negativa: Incompetent scammers that are very frustrating to deal with. I was a patient (or a customer, as they saw me) at Bright Now for just a few months and in that time I: -went in for 3 fillings; they did 2, "ran out of time" and made me come back a month later for the third -was told I needed my root canal redone despite no pain or issues with it -was made to drive an hour to their other location for a $150 10-minute "consultation" with an Endodontist -after I got this (presumably unnecessary) root canal over the course of 3 appointments, they wouldn't even seal it off and wanted me to come back a month later for a 4th. I gave up on them for their ridiculous practices after this and now the tooth is reinfected because they never sealed it off. Any other dentist would have just finished the job after the second part of the root canal. -they also recommended I get my wisdom teeth out (and get another "consultation") - I had and 2 years later have still no issue with them being there. Other dentists have told me later there is no reason to remove them and they're doing fine. They also recommended I go to an orthodontist, which is totally unnecessary as well. I felt like they were just trying to bleed my wallet and not actually help me. -despite suggesting all these ridiculous things and wasting so much of my time, they never even gave me a cleaning These scam artists are recommending unnecessary procedures to the detriment of their customers' wallets and oral health. They are also incredibly disrespectful of patients' time. I'm glad I left and glad other dentists take DeltaCare where I live now. My only good experience was that the front desk was very helpful getting my records sent to me after - but even then the new dentist saw the x rays and said "these are hard to read and not very helpful"

Experiencia negativa: This place is a hot mess. They kept sending me back and forth to the Lacey location. Nobody is on the same page at all and I would always get different directions. The worst part was how this location billed me. I guess I didn't meet my waiting period with my insurance. I was not aware of this, but the office kept billing me even after my insurance company told me that I hadn't met my waiting period. Then, I received notice that I owed them $400 by the end of the week. Needless to say, I'm never coming back here.

Experiencia negativa: I have received good treatment and care when it comes to the dental aspect of this place. But when it comes to orthodontic care I had a very bad experience. I showed up early to my appointment and was checked in by the receptionist, waiting over 30 minutes to go back for my appointment and overheard the staff talking about how they had nothing left for the day and so I walked over and asked if I was not supposed to be seen on that date and time. My chart was sitting in front of the person who was supposed to take me back. In her words she said ,” well I thought you were a no show”. Once I was finally brought back, the orthodontist Dr. Nam I believe, spent maybe 2 minutes mainly looking at my bite and how the placement of my chin was on my face, is very pushy about having an oral surgery even though it was not medically, which I asked and confirmed. She was very harsh toward me saying she should not fix my crossbite nor the gaps in my mouth when I’ve been told otherwise by two other orthos, and as soon as I tried to ask questions and got emotional she said she would be right back and was getting someone to talk to me. 10 minutes later two workers walked up and said the front desk was ready for me to check out and give me a quote on braces even though I told the orthodontist multiple times I’d rather have Invisalign. The lack of bedside manner and sense of compassion or even desire to communicate with me brought me to a very emotional state. I have decided I will absolutely not allow myself to be treated this way ever again. So I will be seeking orthodontic care with someone I have worked with in my past. I feel disappointed, and as though my interests and entire reason for seeking help was not acknowledged, rather that to this doctor iI was an opportunity for her to walk on and get money out of. I get this kind of stuff is expensive, but absolutely no regard of how I felt was given.

Experiencia negativa: I had dental surgery with these people and it was an absolutely horrible experience. I had a date set for surgery and I was called to see if I wanted to move up my appointment. Awesome! Great! Moved all my plans around to accommodate the recovery time, to be told 1st they could not remove a 3,000 optional procedure... I pushed back saying I just needed the surgery not the optional stuff... then I was told I would not be able to come back in to have it done at all... it needs to be done with the surgery. I once again pushed back saying I just needed the surgery and I had never okied the optional stuff. They finally got me in the system to just do the surgery. Day of I go in and have the surgury done... I find out they don't release my pain meds until 3 hours after the surgury is over... and then send it to the wrong pharmacy. Please dear God do not go too these people. I have been in pain for over 4 hours trying to track down my prescription. This is absolutely awful.

Twice now they’ve cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, and then they can’t reschedule it for 6 months out. If they can’t handle the bare minimum needs of a client with healthy teeth, I can’t imagine what would happen if you needed anything more. They clearly do not have time for new clients, I would not recommend. Do not go here.

Given that I have already paid thousands of dollars on my braces, I’m going to have to continue with my visits until completion, then I’m taking my business elsewhere! I do not recommend this dentist office. Thus far, the worst destist office I’ve been to. The staff is not always friendly and welcoming. Not to mention, they are absolutely inconsistent with scheduled appointments and inconsiderate of working people who take time off work, only to get to their appointment and have the staff inform them that they had to cancel. Without a phone all ahead of time. This has happened to me several times.

I was able to get a next day appointment, my cleaning scheduled, and my wisdom tooth extraction referral. My wisdom teeth are out, my teeth are clean, and I could not be happier with the level of care and comfort that I received. Bright now has restored my faith in dentistry.

I missed the appointment, and they were able to give me another appointment two days later. Hum, why couldn't that have happened 6 weeks ago? Good care, just clunky, insensitive scheduling.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to have a couple teeth pulled. Had been there for the first time about 3 weeks prior and received a quote for the work to be done. Everyone who I had contact with was very professional and extremely nice. Explained everything as the work was being done, kept checking to make sure I was comfortable and they understood me with my mouth full and numb. But best of all, the quote turned out to be almost double what I was actually charged. Don't know if that is normal but it sure made me happy. I will be back and already recommending.

I’ve had a different hygienist every time some are nice and some are sado-judgy-dental-personality-disorder? Is that in the books yet? Lol. I don’t love going to the dentist, nor the fact that my dental office has a pun for a name instead of a person that I know, but considering the state of healthcare in this country, I’m grateful for a somewhat affordable option that hasn’t caused me any major additional problems yet.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a root canal done today at bright now dental and I have to say that I HATE the dentist. So much so I had a nervous breakdown as a kid and haven’t been the same since. Going into this root canal I was worried , but they were eased by the awesome technician and Dr. Shin! They were both wonderful to have work on me and ask me all the way if I was okay. The numbing injections were more uncomfortable than the root canal itself so I’m a happy guy! I wouldn’t recommend any other dentist besides Dr. Shin at bright now in Olympia!
