Had my first visit to Dental Studio and had a great experience from start to finish. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. Angie, the dental assistant, did an amazing job making me feel comfortable—she clearly explained what to expect during the exam and cleaning. Dr. Binsol was incredibly thorough and communicative, walking me through each step of the exam and taking the time to check in and answer any questions. Most importantly, there was no pressure or push for unnecessary work—something I’ve dealt with at other places. Everything went smoothly, and I’m happy to say I’ve found my new dental practice.

Experiencia negativa: Be very wary... Used to be one of the best dentist in the area. The service is good. Be very careful about the billing. I have very good dental insurance. The dentist did a checkup and cleaning on my two daughters. The found cavities between both of their back teeth. I signed the normal consent form which includes any uncovered expenses by the insurance, I would be due to pay. They went and pre-authorized my insurance, and I had also been going there for years. They went and did the fillings on the two girls. I then received a bill for almost 900.00. When I called my insurance to see what happened, I was told that they used resin instead of the normal fillings for in between teeth which is not covered. They never told me. They never told my older daughter. They went a head and used material they knew would be a lot more expensive and never said anything. When I asked them about it, their only response was that I signed a consent form. I am now starting to wonder if these fillings were all 100% necessary It's very disappointing. I liked this dentist but it feels like they are now more interested in how much of a charge past your insurance they can get from you. They are looking for the upcharge. If you still decided to go here and you are told you need multiple fillings or work, I would do two things. First, get a second opinion if the amount of work seems excessive. Second, make sure they disclose the amount you will be billed for service up front. If they would have used the material for the fillings that was covered by my insurance, my bill would have been under 200.00 out of pocket, instead I was billed for 900.00.

My general dentist told me that whoever put on the crown did a terrible job as there was gap in between. With a good crown, it should last many many years as clearly not in my case. Experiencia negativa: Don’t get lured by their current rating and location. They don’t care about you and how much it will cost you. First, they provided me an estimate for my deep cleaning and I ended up paying 200 more than what they originally said and their only explanation was “estimate are not accurate”, thanks for nothing then. Secondly, they did to me a periodontal maintenance few month later to tell me at the end this is out of pocket whereas I did it 5 month earlier fully covered. Their explanation “your insurance cover this disease every 6 month”. Of course no one told me that before hands, I would have waited 1 extra month knowing they even told me this maintenance is not mandatory and I could have avoided it; yes only if you tell me that before doing it. They would not listen to me and forced me to pay the out of pocket. Stay out of this dentist if you care about your money, you have other locations way better on that side.

The office itself is soothingly decorated and clean. My x-rays were quick and my cleaning was very thorough. Experiencia negativa: I went to the office originally and had a great experience and then I tried to coordinate sending over my invisalign with their office from my previous dentist and there was no reply via email or to my voicemails. I then had sent them an email explaining how I was upset and there is no reason to have a front desk if they aren't going to answer within 2 weeks time. I then heard from the Office Manager and she said I was not able to go there any longer due to my email. I guess I dodged a bullet when it comes to your teeth you want a place that cares and has staff to respond. Goodluck.

Experiencia negativa: Very bad experience with this dental. I booked an appointment for cleaning as a new patient yesterday. It took 20 mins waiting on hold and got hung up. I had to call them again and explain everything and hadn’t heard any apologies from the front desk. Today, the front desk Jackie(pronounce) called me 9 mins before my appointment and told me she couldn’t make sure if my insurance was in network. So I had to provide my info again even I was driving? When I got there, she just started to call the insurance company to confirm my insurance. After 20mins, without any notice from her, the technician called my name and let me wait in the room inside. After another 10mins, she told me they cannot just do the cleaning and I have to pay $49 for the exam. Everything didn’t go well so I let them delete my info and left. Didn’t get a chance see any Dentist so no start for the dentist. The interior is neat and nice so one star. But 0 star for the front desk work for sure.

Ever since I started seeing Dr Chung and her team of amazing dental assistants, my dental health have never been better. They are super patient and informative to answer any questions i’ve had and also had great tips to give whenever i had any questions regarding teeth sensitivity. I’ve had fillings and cleanings done here, they’re very gentle & efficient at what they do. Haven’t had a cavity since started seeing them!

Experiencia negativa: I had a disappointing experience with this dental office. The reception staff, particularly Jacklyn, were unaccommodating and unwelcoming. I initially visited for a crown procedure, which was quite expensive but decided to go through with it since they had good reviews. Unfortunately, the temporary crown they put fell out, and I ended up falling sick with the flu, preventing me from going to my follow-up appointment. I barely had the temp in for 2 days and the follow up appointment wasn’t for another week. Despite already paying a substantial sum, they insisted on an additional $75 fee for rescheduling. My requests to discuss this with a manager were denied, and they were inflexible about waiving the rescheduling fee. This lack of consideration for patients' circumstances was disheartening especially considering their poor job at the crown. I now have to find a new dentist and start from scratch in getting a crown. I should’ve known better once I saw they were unable to perform the root canal, and having me to go to an endodontist. I would not recommend this place, save your time and money and look for a more experienced office.

Experiencia negativa: Lost my mother 2021.. had to cancel my appointment to plan her funeral, to then now 2023 have to pay a cancellation fee, which could’ve been resolved by calling me or not setting me up with an appointment without paying that.. Office manager name NICOLE was very rude and Threaten to send me to collect, when first of all, it’s a HIPPA violation, and I found her very rude considering I had asked her if there’s anyway she can wave or knock off that cancellation, since it’s 2y old. Very very unprofessional with the rudeness I would definitely not consider going her to deal with rude people like this.

Let’s start with the beautiful waiting room with feels cozy, welcoming and at home. Dental offices can often be so sterile and intimidating and many people like myself fear going to the dentist but everything about this office including the team members in the front who welcome you like family yet still remain professional. The dental staff, Dr. Roman I’m particular are bar none. I feel so comfortable and safe with her and whoever her assistant is. I got Botox for the first time ever for TMJ and was very nervous and she made the experience actually enjoyable. I will continue to come here for all of my dental and aesthetic needs. Thank you!!
