Had to find a different dentist. Bottom line, there are many excellent dentist out there that are customer centric and eager to have the business.

Experiencia fantástica: Like most of us, we hope and pray that we are going to a ethical dentist that provides good quality work. I've always been a skeptic when it comes to dental work however, Dr.Naierman and his staff were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I had a full bottom replacement of teeth which included six implants as well as a new upper denture to match my pretty new bottom white teeth and to achieve a better and tighter fit. Over the years my gums receded and I am more than satisfied and unbelievably happy with the size, shape and color of my new upper denture. I never ever had to wait for my schedule appointment which is highly unusual and the staff made me feel great during all of my visits. Dr.Naierman is truly an expert at his craft and my beautiful smile is proof of that. Not only when I recommend him to my family and friends, I would go out of my way to recommend him to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Dr. Naierman enough. He is attentive, answers all of your questions, and more importantly, is very talented. This office has a wonderful staff, is always pleasant, and puts the patient first. I needed two crowns and I was terrified to get them because the last time I had this done with another dentist, all of my nerves died. This unfortunate circumstance lead to five root canals, and then ultimately five extractions. I haven’t had one issue with the two new crowns that Dr. Naierman did and I can’t be more pleased. I have a long road ahead of me, but I look forward to my full mouth restoration with him, and I know I’m in good hands. Thank you doctor and to his entire team! I wrote the review above awhile ago about how great my experience with Dr. Naierman and his staff has been, but now that my treatment is finally finished, I just had to share an update. I had a lot of dental work done, two crowns, five extractions, and eventually implants, so this has been a long journey for me. But through it all, Dr. Naierman and his team have been amazing. Now that my implants are in, I honestly couldn’t be happier. My smile looks and feels better than I ever imagined. Since getting my new crowns, I’ve needed a couple of tiny adjustments to my bite, and every time, Dr. Naierman and his staff have been so patient and caring, taking the time to make sure everything feels perfect. What I love most is that Dr. Naierman isn’t just a fantastic dentist, he’s genuinely kind, compassionate, and makes you feel completely at ease, even during procedures. I can’t recommend him and his team enough. They’ve truly changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I can honestly say that I avoid the dentist at all costs after a very bad experience I had as a young adult. Fast forward to now I’m 44 and my teeth are awful. I came to this dentist on advice from a nursing school classmate Heidi F. She said she has dental phobia but came here and everything was amazing. I trusted her and booked an appointment which turned into a deep cleaning. That experience went very well for me and so I decided to move forward with treatment. When I say this dentist and his assistant were so kind and professional. I was so nervous but they kept assuring me everything was going great. I also had ZERO pain!!! The dentist is patient and lets that numbing gel work it’s magic. Originally they thought I needed a root canal but turns out I just needed a big filling. The dentist was very honest as in charging me just for the filling and not the root canal. Office was clean and I was in and out. I didn’t even have pain the next day! I recommend this place so much especially for those who fear the dentist!!

Jackie is meticulous in her dental cleaning, constantly evaluating for additional issues or plagues. I appreciate her dedication to removing plaque, even during polishing, demonstrating her patient-centered approach and passion for her work. The clinic is immaculate, and the atmosphere and equipment are modern and of high quality. My only suggestion is to use disposable covers for the movable light used during cleaning to prevent the spread of germs. Additionally, prophylactic X-rays should not be performed routinely every year; or three to five years ,instead, they should only be recommended when necessary to identify specific problems. X-rays involve concentrated radiation and should be used judiciously to minimize unnecessary exposure to other body parts. I highly recommend the dentist and his hygienists they are all thorough. It is easy to make an appointment they are very flexible. I have been going here for years !

He called me back in the emergency and he was able to take me in right away from that point, He has been my dentist. He provides wonderful service and has a great personality. Experiencia fantástica: I have been using this office for years. I have large tori in my mouth & they clean my teeth perfectly and comfortably. I have to have a crown replaced, and Dr. Naierman removed the old crown & put on a temporary very efficiently.

Experiencia negativa: I don't know how this place has consistent 5 stars, I would not recommend it for cosmetic dentistry. I went in to get dental bonding for a very small chip on my front tooth. When calling to make an appointment, the receptionist told me I can request no x-rays or cleaning and just do the bonding (I was self-pay with no dental insurance currently so I wanted to keep the costs as low as possible). When I came in for my appointment, the hispanic woman who took me back (I am assuming she was a dental hygienist) told me I needed x-rays. I told her that I do not want x-rays or cleaning because I am self-pay and do not want to pay for services I don't need and was told I can request not to get them. She said since it's my first time, I need x-rays because you need them every 5 years. I told her my last x-ray scan was in September 2022 (a little over a year ago). She left and came back to the room and told me its included in the bonding price and not to worry. She completed my x-rays and proceeded to answer a call and talk with her friend or family member on the phone. Dr. Naierman completed the bonding in about 10 minutes. The same hygienist at one point that was helping him was talking to another coworker in the hallway and not paying attention to curing my bonding. He had to tap her to get her to pay attention. Overall, I am not happy with the result. Not only was the hygienist unprofessional, but my tooth looks like it was scratched from filing down my ACTUAL tooth enamel, not the resin. There is also some small white residue-like material on my tooth that is noticeable and does not look natural. Hoping it goes away but not keeping my hopes up based on the whole experience. Also - the price was higher than other dentists quoted. At the end of the visit, I was charged for the x-ray exam and they offered me to schedule a "complementary" cleaning in April (4 months from now!)... except it wasn't complementary, I paid for it! It clearly states on their website for new patients: Exam, xrays and regular cleaning for $95, and that's exactly what I was charged in addition to the bonding. Beware- I felt like they did not listen to me, were unprofessional, and perform poor-quality bonding.

My daughter also goes to him for cosmetic dentistry and she loves her veneers. His office is clean and I am always given multiple options for appointments whenever I need to see him.
