Experiencia fantástica: I have done several different dental work from root canals, 2 cleanings to fillings, and throughout the whole process, they were very kind when aving to add anesthesia as i am afraid of needles, and it is a very painful process, they make it gentle and slow to reduce the pain. They were transparent and explained everything upfront from the treatment plan to each session of dental work. Im a big fan of Dr. Pozaicer and the dental assistants and the front desk. Experiencia fantástica: I was recommend by a co-worker. I arrived it has a big parking lot. I walked in the office the young lady greeted me with her eyes because everyone is following mask guidelines she took my temp. and she gave me paperwork to fill out. Within 5 minutes I was in the exam room then a tech named Grecia came in told me what was about to happen she was very caring and helpful. She preformed a deep cleaning with local anesthesia. She told me if I feel discomfort to let her know and every step of the way she was communicating with me. So after the cleaning was done it was time for the wisdom tooth extraction Oh Baby!!! Dr. Oliva came in she told me what was about to happen she told me what tooth was getting removed. I gave her two thumbs up she applied more anesthesia to the site gave it a few minutes. She was talking to me the hole time making me feel comfortable an then Hallelujah!!! the wisdom tooth was out. It came out with NO PAIN!!!!! OMG! WoW! She gave me instructions to follow. So I schedule my next appt. Thank you Dr. Olivia and your Amazing, Excellent and Professional staff.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We’re glad you had a great experience with us.
Experiencia negativa: I was a client late last year looking for a new dentist to go to and it was probably one of my worst experiences with how the hygienist talked around me saying how I had periodontal disease and a cavity before I even seen the doctor. Without even showing me on my x-rays, where the cavity may be finally saw the doctor and was told the same thing that there’s a cavity on my wisdom tooth And they immediately already had someone to refer me to to remove all four of my wisdom teeth that never gave me problems before with my previous dentist of 10+ years. They are ready to give me an estimate and everything before I walked out the door after this very first visit. I politely declined. I just left a new dental office that performed panoramic x-rays as well as the individuals and they confirmed about my teeth looked great, and my wisdom teeth were in great condition with no sign of cavities. And the staff was well aware that I had coverage for orthodontic procedures. No, pushing that I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. No, pushing for braces or Invisalign. And definitely NO LYING THAT I HAD A CAVITY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS 10/10 Do not recommend.
