Then, Janet Vega (Patient Education Consultant), has been phenomenal from day 1. She answered every question and concern we had. You could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure Veronica was comfortable with the decision as well as gave her the confidence and support she needed to take the next step. Can’t wait to see the results and see Veronica being herself again. This will give her the confidence and her beautiful smile back. Plus now she’ll be able to eat all the foods she has been missing for the last 3 yrs. (Chicharrón here she comes. Lol).

After recovery they took me to a different room and put my new teeth for healing.. These teeth will stay in for 3 months. Just done post opp and they look great!!!! The staff are wonderful to accept as very accommodating for anyone. Very knowledgeable doctors and surgeons.

I was afraid to go anywhere as I didn't want anyone to see my mouth. My gum and teeth were looking so terrible. I wore mask everywhere I went. I stopped eating out because I couldn't take off the mask for anyone to see my mouth. I was extremely uncomfortable. I struggled with what to do. And the friendly staff put me at ease and explain to me all of my choices in easy to understand terms… I want to specifically name, Dr. Diana Cuesta and her assistant Hector Doman for advising me on the best course of action for my needs. I must say, although I did have one procedure with clear choice, I was in need of another procedure that I thought would be out of range for me. They put me at ease and worked with the team to make sure that not only did I have the most technologically, up-to-date treatment plan, but they were able to do it at a cost that I could afford…Anthony, the office administrator and his assistant worked with me so that we didn’t have to cut corners on the treatment Plan at a price that was within reach for me

Experiencia negativa: I had an 8:00 AM appointment and didn’t leave until 9:56 AM — and I wasn’t even seen by anyone until after 9:45. That alone is unacceptable. Right when I arrived there was a sign at the front desk saying the receptionist was in a meeting. She didn’t return until about 8:20 AM, which was the first sign things were already disorganized. I came in for a single implant, and I am currently in pain. When I asked for something for the pain, I was told they couldn’t provide any relief unless I agreed to and signed up to pay their $4,000 quote for ONE TOOTH. So let me get this straight: I wait nearly two hours past my appointment time, I’m in pain, and the only way to get help is to financially commit on the spot? That feels unethical and extremely disappointing. This was a terrible experience — disorganized, dismissive, and more focused on money than patient care. I would not recommend this place based on how I was treated today.

Experiencia fantástica: I cracked my molar recently and needed it fixed asap as it was driving me crazy. Greenhill was able to get me in for an appointment the same day. The office staff were easy to work with on scheduling and insurance. The office itself was as clean an office I’ve ever seen. Very sanitary. Very homey feel to it as well. Dr.Bhatt was great. Took a 3D scan of my tooth (which I’ve never had before). He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and how he can fix it. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. Especially if any type of drilling is required. But, I felt Dr. Bhatt calmed my anxiety as good as any dentist ever has. I can confidently recommend Greenhill Family Dental.
