Experiencia negativa: If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would. I initially visited as a new patient. During my first appointment, they collected my insurance information, took X-rays, and the dentist told me they would submit everything to my insurance provider to see what would be covered. I was told they would let me know the results. Instead, I arrived for my next appointment only to be told that my insurance had already processed a portion of the claim (which i expected) my portion would be about 1,500, which they expected me to pay on the spot. My issue isn't necessarily the cost—it's the complete lack of communication. The office had known for weeks what my out-of-pocket expense would be, yet no one bothered to call, email, or text me to discuss it beforehand or explain my options. Expecting someone to come prepared to pay $1,500 without any advance notice is unprofessional. I don't get many weekdays off from work unless I request them well in advance, so I wasted one of my days off because of their poor communication. The ironic part is that while I was sitting in the waiting room, I could hear the receptionist calling other patients to remind them about upcoming appointments. Apparently, they have no problem reaching out when it benefits them, but they couldn't take a minute to let me know about a significant financial responsibility before I came in. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of communication and consideration for patients' time. -Brandon Scott
Experiencia fantástica: While waiting for the Doctor, I was never left alone, I received a cup of hot lemon tea and a cup of cold water. The Doctor informed me of everything she was doing during and after my procedures. My best experience in a dentist office ever. I recommend all-smiles Dental office and the best Doctor to everyone.

The staff is so kind and the Dr. Duarte ( I apologise for misspelling) and her assistant were awesome, very honest about my teeth and they gave me plans and steps to treat my issues. Experiencia negativa: Here again with a new review I left this previously at 2 stars as there were issues last time but they were quickly resolved when I took it to a more public forum. The issue this time isn't solely on the office but with their emergency line as I've been waiting for 4+ hours to even see if they can help with my anklyoglossia/ tongue tie. You know how hard it is to confirm your info twice by spelling it out when it feels like your tongue might rip apart and twice no less.
Thank you for bringing this critical issue to our attention, and we are very sorry for the distressing experience you had with our emergency line. A 4+ hour wait for a response is unacceptable, and we deeply apologize for the frustration and pain this caused you, especially given the urgent nature of your condition. This is not the standard of care we strive to provide, and we are immediately investigating the breakdown in our on-call communication process to ensure this does not happen again. We want to connect with you directly to address this and make sure you get the help you need. Please call our office manager at (305) 893-4801 at your earliest convenience.

That’s take too many hours just like if you go to a hospital with a pain in order to get attended . Other than that the service could rate to an excellent service

Experiencia fantástica: Well i was skeptical at first since i went there back in 2019 and did not have best experience however today 2024 it was an amazing experience and i hate the dentist. My dentist was amazing very informative and definitely confident in her work. Pricing was not outrageous either. So far i give them 5 I’ll report back after i finish with all the work i need
