Experiencia negativa: I have been going to American Dental Center for my Teeth cleaning past 2 years but my last visit was a disaster. I was made to wait for an hour with no explanation given. When i enquired at the front desk they were rude and literally banged the window on my face. Very bad experience. Total Lack of Professionalism and Respect. Not going to them again !

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Amazing I woke up in pain at 8am and was able to make a same day appointment for 11am. I’m 24 years old I hate the dentist I get bad anxiety when they need to do things to my mouth besides cleanings. I went in and everyone was very nice I showed them my problem and they did an xray and looked at my mouth with the dr. My heart was about to pop out of my chest. Found out I need to remove 2 of my wisdom teeth and two teeth the wisdom teeth and pushing up against causing it to break to the point of no return and there’s no saving those teeth. I have a terrible infection they sent me antibiotics and since I’m a girl medication so I don’t get a yeast infection! So thoughtful anywhere else I would have had to go to urgent care or my primary. They even sent a medicine so I can be asleep during the procedure due to my fear of the dentist! Dr. Foreman was really nice . But the little chubby girl in the front lol I forgot her name was sooooo nice and comforting. But SHIRE was AMAZING she put to bed every single one of my worries even spoke to my mom on the phone lol . She spoke with the owner to get me a very good discount since I don’t have insurance and my mom paid it all today. Started the antibiotics today and will have surgery on Thursday and I feel very comfortable about the whole process. I found them online since they were close to my house and I picked them because I don’t have dental coverage and saw they offered payment plans. It was 27$ for the X-ray and to check my mouth! Not bad at all and they offer many many payment and financial plans to make sure we can fix our dental problems. 10/10 I took like 4 business cards to give to my friends! Amazing customer service and very very helpful and kind people.

Experiencia negativa: Just left this office Dr.Marin was a little late be ok now I have insurance, I’m not understanding why I call ask for cleaning it’s okay over the phone once you get there, it can’t be done because you need more procedures. Unacceptable !!!! Please tell patient that you cannot do a Cleaning over the phone. You’re wasting time. The doctor was not very nice. She’s a little mean. Don’t recommend….

I was also referred by the Dr to a friend of his to get more insurance that has more benefits that I could use for treatment purposes once my personal insurance is maxed this will definitely be my dental home

Experiencia fantástica: Though I was not able to actually get the procedure done at this location due to needing a specialist for another reason, they were actually beyond helpful. They could have sent me in my way but they did everything they could so When it was time for me to move on to the next step they went above and beyond to make sure the process was easy.

Experiencia negativa: Very dissapointing experience. I came in with an emergency. My left upperside bridge came out after 20+ years use. I could put it back in place but it needed to be re-glued. As I am to travel abroad in a week, I asked at least for a transitory repair as I could tackle abroad a full lenghthy job and probably for a less costly rate. A young dentist came in after me being some minutes in the chair, checked the bridge( the nurse had asked me to remove it from my mouth), checked an X-ray image, briefly played with it in my mouth, put it back on the table and diagnosed: a tooth to be taken out, and a new bridge. I expressed my concerns about my incoming trip and the emergency “back in place” to allow me to tackle the situation in my long month staying abroad. He voiced a laconic -let’s see- and left. Another nurse came in with his conclusions: we can not fix it temporarily, would you like to have a copy of your x-ray ?, please come with me, like to escort me out of the room. I asked for a minute to put back the bridge in my mouth, which I did. And left the room behind her. I was given a paper copy of the x-ray. This is me, solidly educated in science, and with the experience of having interacted with other dentists in several countries and all kind of profesionals and scientists in many areas. Above comment is to convey the idea I am not exactly a naive expectator on these subjects. The gentleman in question did not care about the cosmetic-aesthetic aspect of the issue. For him, apparently, it looked ok for me to leave the place with a hole of 3 missing teeth in my smile. Or did he not know how to set it back in place. Or did he not wanted to set it back..?. What a mistery!. On the pure technical side, based on the arguments above, about my background, I would declare his acting was a poor performance. And not helpful in my condition. P.S: the bridge is set in place, it is going to last at least until my trip and I have already arranged a dentist appointment for next day of my arrival. On the bright side: a mature cuban origin lady(I do not know her name) took me in for the x-ray and placed me on the dentist chair, very profesional and attentive. She is one of the best things of the clinic. Thanks for reading.

Experiencia negativa: I went there on Monday 11/10 for the first time. I scheduled an appointment for cleaning. They took multiple x-rays then the Dr came and did a very quick exam and went over what issues I have then told me ťhe hygienist will come to do the cleaning. I waited for 30 minutes or more then a lady by the name of Firma who i think is the office manager came and said that the hygienist told her she can't do the cleaning due to some issues with my teeth. There was lack of respect and professionalism. The hygienist should have been the one to have this kind of conversation with me and go over all the details. I'm really disappointed. I had a very bad experience. The reason I chose this dental clinic is due to good reviews but unfortunately that wasn't the case for me.

I went there with some anxiety, but after getting there, meeting the staff and sitting it the dental chair I became at ease. The staff assured me that everything was going to be okay and it was. The teeth cleaning I had was one of the best! The hygienist took her time and explained everything she was doing during the procedure.The dentist even fixed a chipped front tooth that I had been embarrassed when smiling. I could say more, but I do not have much more space. I will recommend anyone that is looking for a Dentist make an appointment. You will be glad you did! 10/30/24 Another appointment today and everything went well. I had a root canal and teeth cleaning. Compared to the root canal I had some years ago, that was very painful this one today was great. No pain and didn't take long. I am really pleased with this dentist office. They even help with financial for those patients who doesn't have insurance or enough to cover. The staff is very nice and professional! This is now my dentist and I have made a referral. On this morning 12/06/24 I had an gold removed from a bottom tooth and replace with a temporary crown. I am very much pleased of the work that was done. My visit was pleasant and the job was done very professionally. Can't wait until my next visit to have the permanent crown put in. I am so happy of all the work that has been done on my mouth and I have two more procedures to be completely. They have me on schedule to have my teeth cleaned quarterly. I have recommended several family and friends to this dental office and will continue to do so. I had another visit today 06/19/25. The service was excellent! I had to be fitted for a crown and a excellent teeth cleaning by the Hygienist, she is the best! If you're ever looking for a good dentist pay the a visit and mention me Leshia, you're be glad you did. They also work with you with financing your dental work if you have a lot to be done. 06/10/25. Had appointment today at 10:00 a.m and was waiting almost an 1 hour. I had to inquire why was the long wait. Was advised by front office staff that the doctor was a little behind. Therefore, I rescheduled my appointment for later the same day at 3:00 P.M. I was happy I scheduled it later because I went right into have one crown and a tooth filling, but later discovered by the doctor that it was a very large decay so therefore I had to get two crowns. As always the doctor was efficient and did a great job. I was out before 5:00 PM. One permanent crown and one temporary crown. As I previously mentioned if you ever in need of a dentist American Dental is the place to your work done. You will appreciate the great professional work. All the staff are professional and courteous. They accept most insurance and Affirm. I had an appointment today 11/4/25 to have two more permanent crowns put in. The procedure was quick and they did an awesome job. They look very natural and I am well pleased. The staff is great and very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to the office on Sunday. We are from NY and we were on vacation in Florida for 4 days. My husband had swollen tooth, fever, difficulty swallowing. My husband was on antibiotics for about 3 days with no improvement , we went to 2 different ER’s before coming to this dental office. Noone was really able to do anything. Doctor in the office said that he needs oral surgeon service, which they won’t be able to provide at that time, because we were leaving home in few days but doctor needs to monitor him. But doctor changed my husband’s antibiotics and in less then 24 hours he started feeling better, no fever, swelling reduced, much less pain, can eat, can talk. Unfortunately do not know doctor’s name she said she only comes there on Sundays, but just wanted to leave review because this doctor saved my husband. By simply switching antibiotics our $29 office visit helped more then 2 completely different thousand dollars emergency rooms. We were desperately looking for someone who can help. Also, Shire is very caring, professional and efficient. Explained everything clearly, was making sure we won’t have any issues with pharmacy and there were no issues. Just wanted to let them know that we really appreciate them for their help that really saved us. Will see surgeon once we back to NY
