Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service from Marisol and Karen They both explained my treatment plan and what my insurance covers very thoroughly. I highly recommend this OFFICE excellent office overall.

Experiencia negativa: I had the dental work done in the beginning of December, 2025. The tooth required a crown, which I paid for on the day of the appointment. They knew that my insurance was going to expire on December 31, 2025, and they told me that they would take care of me. However, the crown fitting appointment was scheduled for January 2025. When I showed up for the crown appointment, they told me that since my insurance had expired, I needed to pay an additional amount of $382.20. I was speechless. This crown was paid for in December, 2025, when I still had the dental insurance. I offered to use my new insurance, but was told by the office manager that that would not work, since the dental care took place in December 2025. So I was left very confused on why they could not file with the old insurance and forced me to pay extra money. I felt they lied to me in December 2025. I was very unhappy. I got my crown installed and told them that I would be looking for a new dentist. Also in May 2025 they overcharged me $130 and promised to sent the refund check in the mail. The check was never sent. I had to go there in person several months later and ask for the check, which at that point was given to me.

Experiencia negativa: I regret ever walking into Dr. Snow's office for what was supposed to be a straightforward procedure. My experience was a masterclass in dental negligence. I came in with one problematic tooth. Not only did he fail to address the core issue correctly, but his aggressive and imprecise technique actually caused damage to the adjacent tooth. He insisted both needed extensive work, a conclusion my new, reputable dentist found to be completely unnecessary and likely a result of his own error. I paid for a solution and left with two new problems. Beyond the technical failure, his conduct is unprofessional. He rushes through appointments, dismisses questions with a wave of his hand, and seems more interested in the clock than the patient. During my procedure, he made a flippant, inappropriate comment to his assistant that left me feeling uncomfortable and trivialized. The aftermath was weeks of persistent, radiating pain that he brushed off as "normal sensitivity." It wasn't. Seeking a second opinion was the best decision I made. The new dentist was shocked by the poor workmanship and had to perform a corrective procedure to fix the damage Dr. Snow inflicted. The contrast in care, precision, and respect was night and day. To make matters worse, his office handled the aftermath poorly, being dismissive and unhelpful when I called to express my concern about the ongoing pain. Save yourself the pain, expense, and need for repair work. Dr. Snow's care is substandard, and his attitude is unprofessional. There are many excellent, careful dentists out there—he is not one of them. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Fraudulently charge dental work under someone else else’s name and Social Security number and asked me to sign it. And tried to charge me $4000 of dental work that they did not do and now is showing up on my credit.

Experiencia negativa: I want to start by mentioning my initial phone call with the office. I spoke with two different people before finally being connected to Karla. The first person sounded annoyed and put me on hold for a long time without any update. The second person also couldn’t answer a simple yes-or-no question about my insurance. Thankfully, when Karla came on the line, she was polite, professional, and very helpful. The office could benefit from better phone etiquette and communication, but I truly appreciate Karla’s kindness and patience.

Experiencia negativa: After paying for an Uber and arriving they informed me that they did not take my insurance. I double checked with them on the phone prior and they lied and said yes. I might as well have thrown money in the trash and they wasted half of my day. Very rude at the front desk too, gaslighting etc. would go anywhere else. I will be coming in person for my refund of the uber too.

Experiencia positiva: My former dentist was no longer part of my insurance plan, and switched to this office. It would be difficult to rate them based on an examination and cleaning. But, I need a root canal, and want a specialist ( Endocrinologist ) to do the work. This office refused to provide a referral to a specialist in my PPO insurance plan! This caused me unnecessary stress to schedule an appointment with the Endocrinologist. The patient should come first, not the office steering business to their preferred specialist that are not on my insurance plan!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Goldstein fit me in for an emergency yesterday, to reinstall a crown that had popped out. Not only did she install it, she also made sure I was completely comfortable with it. Fatima, her assistant, was excellent too. Dr. Goldstein took her time & adjusted it much, much better than after the original placement of the crown. I had complained about it in a previous visit with a junior dentist and he had attributed my discomfort to my flossing.

Then At that point he was knew I was going away the following weekend for my birthday and he said just sit tight for a few minutes and I will take care of everything. Experiencia fantástica: To be honest I am a little disappointed. We ( my wife And myself }have been going to this office for probably 25 years in total. I was told in 2023 before the years end they would no longer accept Humana Dental, so in order to continue to stay with the office We had to get a PPO . This cost us $40.00 per month more. When I got the call they had an opening sooner than my scheduled appointment, at that time I was informed they are taking Humana. So we are out $500,00 this year for being loyal patients, I will try and change plans after the weekend.

Experiencia positiva: I was in to check why the recent root canal and cap was still hurting. Very bad experience, waiting for 75 minutes in the surgery with no AC. Was told after 30 minutes that x-ray machine is being fixed and 45 minutes later, being told I will have to reschedule a visit. Asked to make sure machine is fixed before scheduling the next visit. Will wait and see when this root canal and cap are checked and fixed.

Experiencia negativa: Attempted to become a new patient at this practice due to the good reviews and nearby location to our Florida office. Spoke with a staff who confirmed that dental benefit offered through my firm (third party administrator) would be acceptable and they enthusiastically agreed and sent over new patient paperwork. Fast forward to day of visit, the front desk staff had no idea what I was talking about and demanded payment up front as I would be treated as a 'no-insurance' patient. I reminded them of the emails, forms and conversations prior to the visit to ensure everything would go smoothly and presented the third party reimbursement form. Without even taking 10 seconds to review it, I was told 'no this won't be accepted' and asked for payment. Payment up front was not the issue - it was the attitude and unwillingness to even look into my insurance benefit. After requesting an office manager look into this, I was given horrific attitude from everyone. Eventually, the office manager called to admit their mistake that they had rushed to judgement and would indeed work with the benefits! Advice: Be patient, slow down, LISTEN to your (potential) patients. First visits = first impressions. I chose to decline being seen here and have instead chosen to work with an office with a little more attention to detail and patience in the front office. This place reeked of a bad culture.

I brought my X-rays from a different dentist who couldn't be bothered to explain my situation to me, because my insurance hasn't kicked in yet, but did try to tie me up in a 25% loan. Dr Snow, brought up my pics. Explain every tooth, made recommendations and then saw to it that I would start treatment before he left for vacation. So I would have at least temporary teeth for Christmas. He and his assistant spent almost 3 hours on my and I never felt an ounce of pain. Also got to pick through the dr.'s CD collection to make my visit more comfortable. Awesome, helpful staff. Don't go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: After a childhood with a rather sadistic dentist, who did 'not believe in any numbing tools', finding a dentist like Dr. Darren Snow was a godsend. Dr. Snow ensures that a patient feels safe in his chair. That would almost be enough as going to the dentist could be so challenging--he is also, outstanding in his work in every way. Dr. Snow does not encourage work that isn't needed but does what is in the finest way. Having several crowns from other dentists, who fell short, the crowns in my mouth from Dr. Snow are almost undetectable from my natural teeth--he is that good at color, bite and shape. You will be so happy to use his practice! And your smile and mouth will reflect that as well.

Experiencia positiva: I miss Marisol and the fun dental hygienists like Denise. Thank G-d Kim is still there, as she is always sweet and helpful. I started going to this dental office when I was in Middle School in 1995. I even went here when I lived out of state. The wait is never long, the cost is reasonable but I miss the old staff. The doctor does a good job but he's not fun to talk to. I try to make a joke and be friendly but it goes right over his head. The lady at the front desk says "Hi how are you?" then closes the window. Why ask me a question if you're not going to wait to hear the answer? The customer service in this office is not what it used to be, now I feel like I'm just a number. Maybe I'm just used to customer service from the 90s and it's now 2024?

At the end of the treatment, the office manager wanted to charge me extra for a "deep" cleaning which I didn't agree too ! I would recommend to consider different options, as there are plenty of dentists in the area !

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Adam Snow is by far, hands down, the best dentist. He is very kind, patient, and gentle, which is what every dentist should be. I originally went to Dr. Snow about 2yrs ago after not seeing a dentist in over 10yrs. He took the time to go over everything with me to help me feel comfortable and constantly checked to make sure I was okay while doing the work. I wasn't able to get one thing down before moving out of state, and had to go see other dentists. I saw a total of four other dentist, and let 2 of them do work. It was a horrific experience, and the 2nd dentist left me in pain on a tooth that they swore needed work but had never hurt before. I suffered through this for 5mos before making the decision to come back to Florida specifically to see Dr. Snow again. I am beyond thankful that I made that decision. I am no longer in pain. Also in addition to this, the office staff is wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and that same gentleness that you experience with Dr. Snow, is exemplified by every other person in the office. I also had one problem addressed by the other Dr. Snow in the office and he was also amazing. He had such a jovial expression and character, that you are able to forget any pain you may experience during the work, and leave the office with joy and gratitude. He was also very patient and kind during the whole procedure and constantly checked in with me to see how I was doing. The financial part of the dental work, is beyond fair. Not only are their prices reasonable, but they sit you down and work with you to make sure that the importance that you need to place on your dental, is taken seriously. I would not only recommend Emerald Hills to anyone around the area, but I would tell you to take a flight from wherever you are to get your work done with them as well. There is not a better office to get your work done at, or one that will uphold the morals and standards you should expect at a dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing place!! Jose, the hygienist was the most friendly person, ever. I had to have a deep clean and he was the one responsible to do the job and to give me anesthesia. Never was like this: no pain, no feeling, no nothing!!! I had horrible experiences in the past with more experienced professionals ( really???) but Jose just worked with my gum and teeth as the best ever. Dr. Goldstein was very kind at my first time, when I had a crown that fall off - she fixed and it is fine. Kim and Alex, the girls to check out, friendly, funny, happy, 5 stars also to them. Well, means, I am extremely happy and for sure I will go back and also let my friends know how great they are!

Experiencia negativa: They were in a hurry to leave quickly Friday Sept 13, 2024, which Emily Goldstein DDS gave me too much anesthesia and pricked my tongue and I spent the entire weekend with a lot of pain and inflammation on the entire left side of my face. I put in a call to Dr. Snow and I got absolutely no response the only one that had the professionalism and decency to speak with me was Kim. Very sad it use to be a very well run office. Patients beware of being overcharged and getting services that you were not informed of until you go to pay.

Experiencia fantástica: **UPDATE ON August/02 DR. GOLDSTEIN REPLACED MY CROWN WITHOUT ANY COSTS. THATS WHAT I EXPECTED. HAPPY FOR GETTING THINGS DONE WITH HONESTY.** For now one star. I will come back to change my review depending on the office’s answer about fixing a chipped crown ( done 2 year ago). At first they wanted to charge me $1200 for a new one, I said no way, this is supposed to last anywhere from 15-20 years. I have another 14 years crown in my mouth that was done in Brazil and still solid.Dr.Goldstein said they have to talk to “people “ which I assume are the people from the crown Lab. Also I did my research and it should have a warranty anywhere from 2-5 years from the lab.i am waiting for their answer. Will post update here after happen. My name Marcia krajewski

My teeth and gums feel insanely clean and healthy because of her. She really takes the time and gets in there - theres no halfassing by her. She takes pride in being thorough. And of course, you wanna know how is Dr Snow? AMAZING! Best dentist around. His root canal treatment is painfree. And he has a happy disposition. This is the happy dental office. Sounds weird but i look forward to my visits

The only thing I didn’t like is that they give you this solution to rinse your mouth and then charge you 30 dollars extra for this. They know pretty good that insurance doesn’t cover that treatment and they still do it without notifying you about extra charge. They did the same thing to my friend that came for her teeth cleaning. My friend found another clinic because of that. Very sneaky way to make extra money.
