When I'm driving away, I can hear the children conversating amongst themselves about not having any pain, how great the staff was, how fun the dentist is and he thoroughly explains to them the progress about their teeth, and the importance to keep flossing.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, I got home and couldn’t stop telling everyone how great this place was. This is how you should feel every time you leave a doctor’s or dentist’s office—which unfortunately isn’t the norm anymore. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt welcoming and fun. There was K-Pop Demon Hunters playing, awesome LEGO displays to look at, and Disney music throughout the visit, which immediately put my daughter at ease. She even loved getting to choose from the many tasty toothpaste options for her cleaning. My daughter had her teeth cleaned, X-rays done, and a full checkup, and everything came back with no cavities and wonderful, healthy teeth. We actually drove home looking forward to coming back. The hygienist and Dr. Ryan were amazing with my daughter—kind, patient, and attentive. If they treated adults, I would absolutely go here myself. Highly recommend. Oh and we got a token to get a prize from the machine! So fun!

Experiencia positiva: I had to go get my cavities filled. They put s pipe-like thing on my nose. At first, I thought it was to not let teeth powder in my nose but they spray Toxic gas in my nose. The purpose is SUPPOSED to make you feel Calm and floaty meant to reduce pain. But I got SUPER DIZZY and got knocked out before waking back up just to not know what day is it, what time, why Im here. I then couldn't feel my hands or legs. And I couldn't speak no matter how much I tried. Instead of putting half Gas half oxygen, they put 100% gas. They constantly put it for 55 mins. I needed 3 hours to recover at home. I then got many hiccups after at home.

Everyone was friendly and patient the office is clean and at the end they give you a coin to go on a small vending machine for a prize and of course the goody bag of important cleaning stuff. I will just say this place is a 10/10 fot any child, by the way my son is High functioning autistic and is 15 years old he had no problems at all with the cleaning.

That’s not a cleaning i could haven done that for free at home. I think their pricing is a scam. They told me I’m getting a package deal when even the package price was way overpriced! Experiencia negativa: I’m writing them one star because we had an appointment for 210 I called them at 2:31. They have a 15 minute grace. As I was outside, they said that my appointment has been canceled now I did get lost and I did explain that to them because this is our first time at this office and the doctor his name is Dr. Smith decided that he was not going to see my kids because it would’ve never been appropriate timing how is that possible if they have a 15 minute grace. And I was five minutes shy of that. They told me if I would’ve walked in the door they would’ve seen my kids, but I let them know. I was outside, literally in the parking lot and if I had known that, I would’ve walked into the office when I did originally call, I asked to speak with a manager, but The person who scheduled my appointment is the one who actually got on the phone and I thought I was actually speaking with a manager when I tried to ask to speak with a manager she said the manager was too busy to speak with me and I just don’t appreciate that because as a manager, how are you not available to speak to someone when they need to speak with you my kids are new to this office and being shy five minutes of an appointment that they get 15 minute grace period to I don’t see how that’s going to push back an appointment. Only reason my kids switched dentist is because I moved, but their old dentist office will never do something like this . The managers name is Doreen if my kids came within the 15 min grace period they would have been seen the doctor is the one who made the call to not see them saying he won’t be able to provide a good service to my kids how and you have a 15 min grace period what is 5 mins from that please don’t go here God forbid something happens and they cancel your appointment for 5 mins after the grace period so altogether, I was 20 minutes late 20 of those minutes is a 15 minute grace. So they couldn’t see me because of five minutes when I told the lady this that I was on the phone with her I don’t want my kids going to the dentist office because what if I’m one minute shy of the 15 minute grace. Are you guys going to turn my kids around and Cancel their appointment and she said no we would’ve still seen him if you were in the office and checked in and I told her I was I was right outside when I asked to speak with a manager And she said if you would’ve came inside, they would’ve seen the boys, but the lady just told me me over to her who is not a manager she’s the lady who sent my appointment and said she’s the one who set my appointment. She just wanted to speak with me, but I wanted to speak with a manager. My thing is if they have a 15 minute grace period and I’m shy five minutes of that grace. Why not still see my children 20 mins from 15 mins is just 5 mins

I was recommended to this practice by a few colleagues after trying a number of different pediatric dentists in South Florida that we didn't enjoy. Dr. Baitner and her partner, Dr. Smith, are absolutely fantastic. They are kind, informative, and never make you feel rushed. They don't push treatments and are careful to explain treatment plans and costs associated with. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a young child. I'm still holding out hope that they will open a practice for adults! :)

He explained everything so thoroughly and he listened to my concerns and answered questions and it’s obvious he truly cares about his patients. My toddler was very nervous and Owin the hygienist was so patient with him. The lovely hygienists that were with my girls were so sweet too! Experiencia positiva: Good but Somber. Dr Smith added a new Stitch to the Lego family. Dr Smith is always a joy he really takes time to communicate and help children understand the importance of heathy teeth. He shows love and care to my children. The experience was so somber because Ms Kayla always made my children feel special and she no longer there. It was like a member of the family was missing. Her smile and her ability to make my special needs child feel special was greatly missed. No cavities praise God!!!

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter for her bi-annual routine cleaning. Dr. Baitner said the x-rays looked great and performed a very quick visual exam. She spent less than 5 minutes with us and said that my daughter had 2 small incipient cavities that needed to be filled. She didn't show me the teeth. My daughter has never had a cavity before. Dr. Baitner had another patient waiting so I was whisked away to reception to schedule the fillings and I was given a $600 treatment plan. My gut instinct told me that something wasn't right. When I've had cavities in the past my dentist would show me the tooth and/or the x-rays. I immediately took my daughter for a second opinion and then to my own dentist who I trust. Yesterday I took my daughter for another cleaning at a new pediatric dentist (4th opinion). All three other dentists did not find any cavities where Dr. Baitner said there were. This office is a factory and your child is a just a number.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, from loving it we went the opposite. We’ve done only cleanings so far. But here comes cavities and the doctor referred my child for sedation. My son is autistic but on a high spectrum, and we never had issues during our visits. I run around like a headless chicken trying to find a where I can have my child sedated and the insurance would pay, and no insurance doesn’t cover that. At the same time I’m wondering: why ? My son is better than some non autistic kids when it’s comes to medical procedures. Long story short : we went and got our cavities fixed without any sedation. Just a basic local anesthesia. And my son was perfect, impeccable behavior and patience. Treatment was denied by his dentist based on disability

Experiencia fantástica: I switched my daughters to Dr Baitners practice 8 months ago. I came from a pediatric dentist that couldn’t seem to put a filling in their teeth without it falling out a month later and leading to a worse cavity. I came to the new practice unsure if I could trust them. They provided a lot of reassurance and luckily they put in fillings for both my girls and 8 months later they are still in! Don’t let other dentists reel you in and feed you BS, some people are out there just to make more money. :( I’m happy I found Dr Baitners office. We have had great experience.

Experiencia positiva: Professional Care: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very satisfied with the professional treatment and warm attitude of the medical staff. I especially want to thank the hygienist assistant, Wallmari, who is simply amazing! She always greets us with care, professionalism, and patience, and thanks to her, my daughter continues to feel comfortable coming to the clinic. I would also like to acknowledge Dr. Beitner, the lead dentist, who is exceptionally professional and kind, making every visit as smooth as possible. Office Service: However, there is significant room for improvement with the office clerks. It is not acceptable that I have to remind them each time to use the special dental insurance instead of charging me directly. Almost every time, I am told about a supposed balance due, and after further investigation, it turns out to be an error on your end. This is exhausting and undermines my trust in the administrative side of your office. Conclusion: I continue to come here because of the outstanding care provided by Wallmari and Dr. Beitner. However, I hope to see improvements in the office's management and insurance processes to make the experience more pleasant and seamless.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience!! I have one son who is super petrified of anything Dental. I just decided to try Dr Baitner because I heard that she is incredible for kids with Dental anxiety. I could not believe that my son was not crying and screaming the entire time. He didn’t make a peep. Also the dental assistant Shayna was incredible. So so nice and calming. The front desk also were sooo nice. All around amazing. I am so grateful to this practice!
