Experiencia negativa: After being in there for 5 minutes they wanted to pull all of my teeth even tho I only needed one. They told me it was dangerous to leave the country. Then they said they wanted to pull half my teeth. They were trying to push a $4000 credit after telling them I'm in between jobs. When I asked what would happen if I can't pay and she said, and I quote " they won't come repo your teeth" . Once I said no just pull the one, the dentist was very rude and literally "ripped" my tooth out. They told me to pick up my prescription, I asked at the Publix what my prescription was because they never told me, and no antibiotic just pain medicine. They don't care about the patient only the patient's wallet. Go to a locally owned dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: Just had root canal, probably one of the most feared dental procedures! I went to my appointment nervous & prepared to “be in pain “. What an amazing, essentially pain free procedure!!! Dr. Sinjab is absolutely awesome! Soft spoken, patient, kind & very caring! I was so impressed with him & his competency! Hopefully I’ll never need another root canal procedure but if I do he’s definitely my choice of doctor!!!

Experiencia negativa: I just found out I have a mystery $900 charge on my account from this Aspen in Dania. My service was in May 2025. My insurance said today they paid everything so they dont understand where this extra $900 coming from. I asked this bill to be emailed to me today I didn't get it. I thought odd no call or mail sent to me regarding this mystery charge. My insurance told me today to get a copy of this mystery bill FROM Aspen so I can share with the insurance. Now the insurance company is interested in this. The billing over at this location here is very odd. Be warned.

Experiencia negativa: I came in after several years without seeing a dentist and was hoping to start treatment right away. The staff were polite, but the experience felt more sales focused than patient focused. I explained to the treatment coordinator that I’m in a financial hardship and could only make smaller monthly payments, and that I needed to wait until the 20th to see what I could realistically afford. Even after explaining that, I was still given a high-priced treatment plan and had to ask multiple times for an itemized breakdown and my records, which I still haven’t received. I truly want to get my teeth taken care of, but I need more transparency, understanding, and communication from the office. Hoping someone from management or corporate can help me move forward and resolve this soon.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: I feel like there deserves to be an update to the below review. When I visited Aspen Dental, I did not know they were a corporate company. The first thing they did was tell me I had advanced periodontal disease and try o sell me this expensive cleaning that my insurance would not cover. Then, they took xrays and told me I had 14 cavities in my mouth. I saw the dentist for a total of 5 minutes the whole visit and when he looked in my mouth his exact words were "I see patients with teeth much worse than yours every day". That was it. I never saw him again. As I was checking out, I felt it odd that they hurried me along to pay for my treatment plan. While I was consulting the billing specialist, and my dental history was revealed, she said "havent been to the dentist in SIX YEARS?!?! THATS A PROBLEM!!!" She doesnt know my story, that I was living in my car for a year, and had just financially recovered from an abusive relationship, but now she does. As soon as I left, my gut felt off. I did some research and I had to scratch and dig for even one positive review, and strangely, patients seemed to have the EXACT SAME DIAGNOSIS as me from Aspen offices all over the US! And low and behold, none of their insurances covered their "advanced periodontal disease treatments either!" I called and cancelled my upcoming appointments and got a refund. I visited a local dentist for a second opinion, and while I have 6 cavities, and beginning stages of gingivitis (not nearly as bad), and my treatment will be much easier, successful, and CHEAPER! I would not recommend them to anyone! They were going to improper treatment of an improper diagnosis. I recommend Dentists of Fort Lauderdale. I recently visited Aspen Dental and found the staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. The customer service was excellent, and my appointment went smoothly. That said, I personally prefer to support locally owned, private dental practices and work toward building a long-term relationship with a home dentist who can provide more personalized continuity of care. While Aspen Dental met my needs during this visit, I’ll likely be seeking a private office for future care.

Experiencia negativa: Spent my lunch break making an appointment just for them to call me back at the last minute and say I have to reschedule and I have to provide my insurance over the phone before they will do anything else. Why would you schedule an appointment 15 mimutes before you close then call me back to tell me that. I'm glad now that I went back and read the reviews. Oh well...

Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review to detail a significant and ongoing billing issue with Aspen Dental DANIA that has been extremely frustrating and damaging. My account was billed incorrectly, and despite providing the correct insurance information multiple times, the office has failed to resolve the error. On April 30, 2025, my insurance was billed incorrectly. After numerous phone calls and in-person visits to rectify the issue, the office made another attempt to correct the billing, only to submit it incorrectly a second time. This prolonged and inexcusable error has led to my account being sent to collections, which could negatively impact my credit score. I have spent an extensive amount of time attempting to get this resolved, with numerous calls to both the local office and corporate headquarters. At every turn, I was met with incompetence and a complete lack of accountability. The staff and management have shown an unwillingness to fix their own mistake, forcing me to deal with the fallout of their negligence. I cannot recommend this office to anyone. While the dental care itself may be adequate, the administrative and billing practices are disorganized and irresponsible. Please consider this a warning if you value your time and financial health.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient of Dr Taylor's for the past 7 years. He has done a lot of work on my mouth. Never had a problem with anything. I recently had to see the endodontist Dr. Sinjab. He did 2 root canals at the same time. I would say less than 48 hours my face was blowing up and I had to go to the ER. They admitted me and diagnosed me with cellulitis of my face. I have quite a fear of needles so it was a little bit of a traumatizing experience. Now when I went back into Aspen to see the endodontist on September 17th 2025 he said what are you traumatized for. Another thing, he never apologized. And he was not even aware that I was hospitalized. The office and Dr Taylor failed to tell Dr.Sinjab that I have been hospitalized and had a infection in my face due to the 2 root canals!!! Dr Taylor did a root canal less than a year ago on my back tooth. That still has a lot of sensitivity which leads me to believe there's still nerve in there. The back tooth that Dr Taylor did a root canal on still has major sensitivity after the root canal and the crown. So the endodontist did an x-ray he did find that the tooth doctor Taylor worked on still needed to be cleaned out. The doctor agreed there was still nerve in there that needed to be cleaned out. Jewels wanted to tell me that it's infected and it happened sometimes. Because they want to charge me again. Jewels also told me that Dr Taylor never charged me full price for the tooth.? Say what!!!!!! Well too bad I took a loan out and I'm still paying for that. They want to charge me to go back in and clean out the rest of the nerve that Dr Taylor left. The endodontist wanted to go back in and clean out my front tooth that Dr Tran did 7- 8 years because that wasn't done properly!!! I will never go back here again. I'm extremely disappointed, and I'm still in pain. So I am left to find another dentist and pay again to have a root canal done properly again. Not to mention the two teeth the endodontist did the one feels like it has cement in it and also has sensitivity!! THE DENTAL ASSISTANT'S that work at that office are absolutely amazing!!!

Experiencia negativa: They are billing my insurance for services that were never done. I was not seen by the dentist. I left before anything could be done because they insisted on a full mouth of X-rays. They are billing me for services and committing fraud by billing insurance. I have called 4 times already and they keep telling me "it takes time." This happened in July.

Experiencia negativa: Came in for a simple cleaning that I get every three months at a different aspen up in Tennessee. Soon as you walk in, you have to pay, that’s the first moment I knew I was in for something no good. Poked around in my mouth for a little bit and said it’s gonna be $3000 to have a cleaning, upsell at its best. Stay away from these Dr. ripoffs!! What a disappointment.

Experiencia negativa: I visited Aspen Dental for severe tooth pain, seeking relief. While the office appeared efficient, the experience was troubling and left me without proper care. Despite my obvious discomfort, they claimed no issues required immediate attention. Instead, they recommended cleanings and injections, presented an elaborate 3D gum presentation, and attempted to sell me Invisalign. I chose to seek care elsewhere. When my pain became unbearable, another dentist immediately identified two cavities—including one beneath a crown. I'm puzzled how these were overlooked during Aspen's "comprehensive" exam. I'm grateful I trusted my instincts and found proper treatment elsewhere.
Experiencia negativa: Today I want to get my tooth fixed this is my second time because it had fallen out. So today they told me I needed over $8,000 worth of dental wkrk. Unfortunately I can't afford that. But after talking Jules who advised me of how much everything would cost and I can also make a payment plan. After I was telling her that I was not able to afford it I was going to look for other options to maybe borrow money with no interest rate. Suddenly everybody's bed matter changed they were no longer nice and friendly to me because I can't afford $8,000 worth of dental work. I left there feeling like they're about money now so since I'm unable to afford the services that needs to be rendered I guess everybody changed their attitude. I was told by Jules at the front desk if the tooth falls out again that they will not put it back in. So I took that has either get the money or don't come back. So I guess I'll have to make sure it doesn't fall out or find another Dental office.

Experiencia negativa: It’s not surprising there are multiple lawsuits and a class action filed against them. Don’t fall into their deception and misleading information. All they’re after is the money that you’re willing to give away and the money that you allow your insurance company to cover believing in their sales tactics. Serious questions need to be raised about there services provided to the public. It’s important to know that they will have a dental hygienist (not a dentist) sell a treatment that is extremely expensive and exaggerated. Post the brainwash they will sit you down and “breakdown” the cost of treatment. Very unprofessional behavior and approach by a dental provider. They’re definitely out for your Penny and not your wellbeing!

The Doctor and the staff were excellent. They explained the procedure and what I need to do after the Dr. fixed my tooth. I did decide to get a cap instead of filling the tooth. Experiencia fantástica: Did a Saturday walk in as I was leaving on a cruise Sunday and am from out of town. The service was wonderful. I had a filling that had come out and wanted it checked as my tooth had been hurting for a couple of days. They did X-rays and then the dentist came, checked the tooth and recommended either a root canal, pull it or antibiotics until I could have my regular dentist do one of the procedures when I returned home as the tooth is dead. I choose the later. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and would come back if ever in the area again with a tooth problem. Cost was extremely reasonable! Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a dentist for a simple recementing of a crown that had fallen off. When I called, I was told the first visit was free, including X-rays. The place was very clean and everyone was friendly and courteous. After xrays and exams by the hygienist and dentist, I was told I had to see the Finance guy before I could have the crown glued. The office manager explained that the recommended treatment would be over $4000. I explained that I would not be here for long and could not start a treatment plan. He then said that it was recommended that I at least start treatment, and I asked if the dentist would not do the recementing unless I agreed to the treatment. The manager said that was not the case, and gave me the price just for the recementing, which was lower than I'd received from other dentists. I paid and Dr Martinez did a great job. I was skeptical and expected them to take advantage, but they ended up doing right by me. The treatment they recommended is necessary, as I've heard it from other dentists and hygienists and I intend to start it with my home dentist. But I will return to this office for cleanings and any dental needs that may arise during my winter stays.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place, wonderful caring people. Needed an emergency repair, they got me in, fixed me up, came in a week later for my permanent crown and all is well again. Everyone was super nice and the doctor could not have been better. I’m actually changing from an office much closer to my home, am willing to drive to this location for the wonderful treatment.

Experiencia negativa: Please consider this a zero star rating. I am almost 16 months into my treatment plan for full upper and lower implants and still not into phase 2 which will be new impressions and having my permanent implants made and fitted. I had an appointment this morning at 10 AM to get impressions done for my permanent implants, and waited alone in the lobby for 40 minutes before being called in. After the technician took me to the treatment room she insisted that I already have my permanent dentures and impressions were not needed. The doctor just replaced most of my implants and few months ago because they were always loose. My initial surgery there was almost 16 months ago and it's been a painful miserable experience since day 1. The technician this morning immediately contradicted everything I said without even investigating what I was telling her about my previous appointments/treatment. I had to take my old temporary dentures and walk out because she was determined to not provide the treatment that I was scheduled for. I called the office manager about 5 hours after I got home and she didn't seem to care about what I was supposed to get done today or the way I was treated or what the rest of my treatment plan is. She said she was going to call me to talk about treating the technician with respect (which I did, but she refused to listen to anything I was saying). I don't know why 5 hours went by and she never called. She didn't even ask me for my side of the story regarding today's appointment, or the fact that the technician was not going to do the work that I was scheduled for and after I was already there for 50 minutes, she was still trying to figure out on her computer how to disagree with me and what I needed to get done. I have no idea how this is going to end up, but going to Aspen Dental in the first place was the most expensive, time consuming, frustrating, painful, and miserable mistake I've made in my life.

I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. The examination was thorough, giving me confidence in the care I received. A special shoutout to Jewels in office management—she was amazing! She helped me navigate the funding needed for my treatment and was very helpful and understanding. Experiencia fantástica: Having very sensitive teeth makes any visit to the dentist very difficult but the front desk were very reassuring. Then the dental assistant ensured me that there would be no pain and the orthodontist was very patient, supported and professional which made the entire experience much to my surprise, enjoyable. I’m still in disbelief that there wasn’t any pain.

Experiencia negativa: Does anyone know how to *FIX* the bad work Aspen did? After paying all that $, They refuse to correct it. BAD WORK - IN PAIN AFTER MONTHS. They refuse to stand by their work or correct what they did They are "Take the money and go" type of business They don't honor their word. Also, EXTREMELY NASTY - NEGATIVE ATTITUDE from the young African American Woman who gives the quotes on work recommended by dentist. I needed a filing or braces. She yelled at me for no reason and she refused to give me a print out of the work details... I DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS MORE PAINFUL, THE DENTAL NEEDS OR DEALING WITH THE NASTY BLACK GIRL'S ATTITUDE! Also, there is a gap between my teeth on the cap they did... it is painful when I eat. I will not give this office a single dollar of my hard earned money... THERE ARE MANY OTHER CHOICES DO NOT GO HERE - GO ELSEWHERE!!!

You schedule your appointment, get confirmation for appointment with the specialist, waiting for a week, at the date of the appointment couple hours before they call you and notify that they need to push your appointment up due to prior arrangements. They didn’t know that I asked specifically for Entodontist, and on top of that no outside referrals accepted. All insurance information I provided to the call center, not available to the clinic. So it’s a waste of time to get an appointment, no info transferred, and no one from clinic checks appointments in advance, scheduled with a wrong specialist…

I got no solution or a favorable answer: I lower my score because I was approved from my insurance for them to do the cleaning job en Dicember and the job was scheduled for the first week of January , so I got Billed $900 for it. Even Went in to office in Dania and was promised a call back 3 months ago. .They try to screw you by billing you 2 years after you paid you deductible for services rendered 2 years! You can’t get anyone on the phone. This is gonna get ugly. Trust me stay away! Not happy with this place at all. Tried Still waiting for a call back! What is going on with this company? I would have second thoughts about ever using them again. No one will call me back.

Experiencia positiva: The only reason why I give dental Aspen a three it’s because the secretary in the front she’s kinda like not so nice and when I was getting my crown done, it took them a month and a month just to get the crowns, but other than that, the people are nice The dentist is nice. Everybody is nice and professional so my issue is not with the dentist nor the hygienist or the dental assistant. It’s just their secretary in that basically It’s a great place to go and have your work done. I like it. I will go back. I would recommend More people to go. Just don’t expect the warm welcoming when you walk in.

Experiencia positiva: My experiences at Aspen Dental was ok, the dental assistantl assume, because they didn't tell me who they were . They took impressions of my mouth for my new dentures, n l had to ask for mouth wash to clean out my mouth after the paste they used to make my impressions. I had to wipe my mouth myself after rinsing out my mouth, good thing l looked in the mirror or else l would have walked out, outside with White residue around my mouth . I believe that all of these things should have been done while I'm in the dental chair. I'm not knocking Aspen Dental ; It's just that every dental office that l have visited takes all this into the dental process. This is a huge company n cleanliness is a must. It lets the patient know that you care ❤️. Maybe by Aspen Dental sees this comment they would take this in consideration.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience with the Hygenist Diana she is super thorough and explains as she goes. I have never been happier with a cleaning even though it was a deep quadrant cleaning it was amazing. My mouth has never felt better. Then on to Dr. taylor and Cory his assistant both are super friendly and explain exactly what they are doing and couldn't be more professional of helpful.If I had a third hand it would be be 3 thumbs up.

Experiencia negativa: Good service and transparency. Update 12/24/24 ‐ Do not be fooled by the fake smiles. As you can see I gave this place a good review 3 months ago due to transparency. I go to my second appt as I had discussed in my 1st appointment and come to find out they are charging me more money and claim my maintenance visits were not covered. I swear I asked this question multiple times, and I was told my payment would cover my maintenance visits. Who pays $1300 for 1 cleaning. This place is a scam and they also tried to have my insurance pay the $1300 payment as well. Do not go here it's a terrible scam ! They are going to tell you need a special cleaning and not the one that's covered under your insurance. Stay away !

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a dental emergency for pain in my wisdom tooth. I was able to get the first Appointment in the morning and was out within an hour and a half quick and easy procedure thank you everyone from the front desk to the staff in the back.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Taylor was great, his shots didn’t hurt at all. The new hygienist is fantastic, thank god the one that was there last year is gone, I wouldn’t have gone back otherwise.
Experiencia negativa: Went in to do a routine check-up and cleaning (fully covered by my insurance). After doing the x-rays, an unnamed girl performed some sort of teeth measuring and then I was told that I would have to pay $1,400 out of pocket for the treatment. I have asked to see the itemized invoice just to find it had a bunch of lines of antibiotics at $111 each that those were not covered by the insurance. What a surprise lol. I have refused the offer and asked if I could only get the cleaning that's covered by the insurance. The answer was no. Yet they would still send the bill to my insurance. Before leaving the place I was offered to lower the number of antibiotics down to 4, haha, nice try. After checking with a different dentist, it turned out that antibiotics are not generally required for the condition, especially in the early stages, and are not being used as a common practice since 90s. The only conclusion I can draw from this is - scam, straight up scam.
Experiencia negativa: Stay away. They will upcharge $hundreds weeks later. So I went in for a regular cleanup of $175. After exam, they tell me I need to pay $60 more, and I agree. Weeks later, I get a bill in the mail of $115. After 3 attempts I finally speak to the office manager who tells me my insurance didn't cover so they billed me. Guess what? I am self pay, never had dental insurance! Then they tell me that the manager who handled my case is to blame and they are no longer working with them. And then surprise! They inform me that I was opted in to a payment plan without my knowledge and consent, and I "owe" them an extra $300 on my next visit. Now I have to waste my time to fight charges I had no idea about for an expensive treatment I allegedly received but never consented to?!?! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

Experiencia positiva: Excellent clinic—clean, cozy, with a friendly, kind, and attentive staff. However, the pricing left me in shock. The difference between the insurance-quoted prices and what the clinic quoted almost brought me to tears. Not literally, of course, but close enough! It felt like buying a used Toyota at the price of a root canal and crown. Unfortunately, this clinic’s services are beyond my budget.

Although the staff was nice and professional, I was informed my insurance was out of network, after services had been performed. Unexpectedly having to pay as much as I did, earns this location one star. Why would you not verify my information before calling me to the back? Is it not standard protocol to verify insurance first, then notify the patient so they will be aware that services performed will be covered at the patients expense? Who performs services on a patient and then say By the way we couldn’t verify your information…

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly I almost cancelled my appointment because I saw such horrible reviews but I just went ahead and showed up. I’m so glad I did and because I had a terrific experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted and assisted. There was not a long wait as I arrived on time for my appointment and everyone was friendly. The check in person so very pleasant, the xray person was gentle and the hygienist and dentist was very knowledgeable and provided great guidance.

Experiencia negativa: Left feeling that I was a money grab and not really treating the issue. What I thought was a gum disease now requires all my teeth removed for dentures/implants at $23,000. Who in this economy has this kind of money? I'm not truly convinced I need dentures yet. This experience reeks of money, money, money, not about the patients health. I may seek a 2nd option because the dentist left me unconvinced I need dentures.

Experiencia negativa: If I can give zero stars I would. This place is by far the sketchiest dentist I have gone to. All they are worried about is charging you. They charged me for all sorts of things I never received. When i went through my itemized bill and asked for a refund, they had no answers. The office manager could not even explain any of it. They referred me to a regional manager that never responded. So at the end I am left with a huge bill and no work done. I was charged $2795 for the Motto Aligners that was never completed, they lost my trays and when I called to follow up no one knew anything. Also charged for over $400 for whitening that i never received. This place is a scam, stay away.

Experiencia negativa: Never have I had a broken filling or 3 months of pain afterwards. But here you will! They messed up the filling, overcharge and don’t care about you. My past dentist knew my whole family and my whole history. I haven’t seen the doctors face here. He comes in behind you, doesn’t introduce himself and is super rough. Spare yourself the money and time and find a real doctor and not this mass production place!

Experiencia fantástica: Who wants to go to the dentist? No one. At the recommendation of my wife, I made an appointment due to a toothache. WOW! It was an amazing experience and I am absolutely confident that the treatment plan they provided me and already started on is excellent. The staff, every one of them, were well suited for their possessions and very professional and friendly. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me clearly. I would recommend Aspen dental to everyone!

Experiencia negativa: I am yet to get a call back!! I called this location because I was looking for a new dental office. They scheduled my visit for a Saturday (insurance does not work on Saturdays). They did not get my insurance information to verify. I was told I’d be getting a call to verify it. All of that took place on Thursday, 2 days prior to the appointment. Then I got a text to call a phone number, no one called. So I went ahead and gave 2 calls on Thursday. First time I waited for someone to respond. The automated system said it was too many people calling and offered to leave a message. So I did. No one called back so I called in a few hours and a gal responded. She said that the girl who verified insurance left for the day. I asked them to give a call back next day. They said okay. On Friday no one called and I called them around 2. Well they were already closed (I did not know they were going to close that early). I show up to my appointment on Saturday. They tell me that cleaning teeth would be out of pocket since they did not get a chance to verify my insurance. I was unhappy about it because I wasted my gas and money to get to the appointment. I provided my insurance to the front desk girl and asked her to call me back on Monday to let me know they did and to reschedule an appointment then. Later that Saturday I get a call from an office manager. She asked me if I was still coming. I explained to her what happened. She took down my insurance information and said she would be personally checking it and calling me back on Monday. Guess what? It’s Tuesday morning and neither the front desk gal nor the office managers called me. Thanks for not wanting my business! I am yet to get a call

Experiencia negativa: They are not honest people at all! I had tooth distracted and still was in pain days later, they did not care and told me go seek treatment somewhere else after they already had my money. Turns out they left dead bone fragments in my gums after they pulled my tooth and it was my reason why I’m having headaches still, they would not even do a Xray afterwards to see why I was still in pain, I had strap bone fragments poking out of my gums and pushing to come out, now having to contact the health department. It all started when they got mad I refused to let them use a used laughing gas mask on me because it’s unsanitary they started acting like I was problematic, they don’t care about germs or covid. I deserve new disposable equipment but these people will do anything to save a dollar.

Experiencia fantástica: Well let me start by saying that the staff is very friendly, I am somewhat of a retired dental assistant but yet I was always afraid to go to the dentist and get treatment in my mouth but this place has shown me that there are people that still know what they’re doing. lol I had sat down with the Office Manager very sweet girl and she had broken down everything clearly what my insurance had to pay for and how payments work, She was very clear on everything where I was able to make the best decision for my care. the hygienist was very gentle when she gave me an injection in my mouth to numb The areas that needed to be numb because I have a very sensitive mouth then the next day I went back to get two extractions and the sweet female doctor was just so kind and gentle with me I was telling her that one of my teeth were not gonna come out easy because I didn’t feel movement on the tooth but I knew that it had to come out so I started to get a little worried that she would be challenge but less than a minute that bad boy came out of my mouth and she was telling me we’re done ! two teeth had to be pulled and in less than five minutes they were both out of my mouth! oh my God I was so happy! Experiencia fantástica: On my first visit the atmosphere just welcome me, Dr. Taylor and the Hygienist take the time to explain to me the problem with my teeth and what they going to do for me. they they talk to you not at you this a very nice place. I would recommend this place to anyone. But on my third visit on the day of the extraction everything change. I was very nervous and afraid. I was shaking and trembling so much Dr. Taylor did not ask me if I was ok, he work so hard in my mouth and he was working with two patients at the same time. He gave me five needles to mums my mouth. I have a stroke and after he was finish he did not say to me to seat in the waiting for a couples of minutes because I was dizzy and almost pass out by my car it's a good thing my Care giver was with me, on top of that my prescriptions was send to the wrong pharmacy and I spend a couples of days without any medications no one care they put a big smile on the first day and after that it's gone. I will tell everyone do not go there .
Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. If you need to reschedule your appointments, I guess you must confirm the appointment everyday until your appointment date. I rescheduled my appointment on the phone with a live person and received a confirmation text and they still told me that my appointment was for a different date …smh… very frustrating!!!! Since they did not reschedule my appointment, I had to cancel my appointment and find another dentist due to their lack of capability to reschedule….not a fun experience as a new patient…. Would not recommend, especially if you need to take off work to attend your scheduled appointment.

They refused to do the cleaning because they said it would be a bandaid. Sigh.... now I have to find another dentist. A waste of time. I've NEVER been denied a cleaning in my life.

Experiencia fantástica: So after so many years of neglect; it was finally time to go to a dentist. Immediately upon my arrival, I was greeted by a super friendly staff that reassured me and made me feel that I was going to be ok. ☺ First the dreaded xrays; ...never easy, always a pain... (literally)... but thanks to Cory, she managed to make the process so much more comfortable and bearable of an experience. I then met Jasmine... ...if there is anyone too afraid to go see a dentist, she will change your whole outlook and make you want to make another appointment! I have to say, if there was any way to make a visit to the dentist "fun", she makes it all possible. Not only does she explain everything she is doing, but she simplifies it so that you can easily understand what needs to be done, how it will be done and how soon it should be done. She is truly Aaammmazzzzing at her job... An absolute true professional, and incredible at putting a nervous train wreck like me, at ease. Doctor Vohra was my last stop; ...which made a rather difficult back tooth extraction, seem so simple and, I can't believe I'm about to write this... virtually painless. Even the anesthesia shots were given with care and so very gentle. When she said we were done, it was almost unbelievable... just like that! I made it out alive and well and without any suffering. So YES!!! ...I WILL BE GOING BACK!! AND YES!!! ....THEY ARE ALL GREAT AT THEIR JOBS... Even when paying, I was given a very clear, easy to follow explanation of all that needs to be done and how much it will be, one visit at a time. So, Thank-You Aspen Staff! ~~bgreen

They came up with a plan of treatment for me over $12000 I have my regular dentist that I see regularly and because I recently moved I decided to try this place! I have dental insurance and never missed a dental appointment in the past and my tooth are in decent shape. I needed a regular check up and cleaning. They asked for $1200 out of pocket for cleaning I just had my visit and cleaning less than 6 months ago and everything was done and good. This place and company is a big scam stay away from it!!!
